Updated Review: I gave this place another try... More like 10 more! Been couple years since my bad waitress experience. The wait staff is great and friendly. Food was good, and decent priced.

Took my sister here for our brunch. She's in town from Ohio. Food was cooked perfectly and staff very friendly. She loved the atmosphere and food. Said it was the best She's had since being in town. There is gaming machines as well. We played and she walked out $16 ahead. Great experience.

We got there at the end of the lunch rush so they were busy and the waitress cleaned our table, brought our drinks and took our order all within 5 minutes of walking in the door. I had the open face hot beef, food of the forrest pie w/ ice cream and it had the best & most roast beef that I've ever had in 57 years of eating in restaurants. The Mrs. had the best Philly cheese steak sandwich that we've ever tasted & a cup cake which was also delicious. We live 70 miles away and will definitely be back. The cleanliness of the place, high level of service, the amount & quality of the food combined with the value of the price, I can't say anything negative about my experience. A lot of other businesses not just restaurants could learn from their example of customer service, quality & value.

Holy moly!!!!! I have been waiting to critique this establishment..... This is probably going to make me tear up alittle bit as I write this review. The people eating and visiting in this establishment while the two of us were on our review mission made it even feel like Moms house on a Sunday afternoon. The staff a younger lady behind the bar was extremely outstanding and unbelievable!!!! The food was hands down absolutely WONDERFUL! I review alot of establishments but this one in New Windsor beats em all. Ma'am if you read this... Thank you so very much for the hospitality and unbelievable service we received. We will make the 2 hour trip back soon. Very worth it.

Stopped by on a Friday evening. No wait for a table. Service was good and food was excellent. I had the Hot Beef and the meat was excellent. As an Angus breeder, I appreciate good beef! Sister had the tenderloin. It was big and thick. We both brought a box with leftovers home. It was good the next day! All was good!

The food is fantastic! I'm from Arizona but original roots to Illinois. Went to visit my dad and he suggested this place and it was great! The small town charm still exists and as I mentioned, the food is really good. Visit!

This is not a fancy place, but the food is very good, the people are friendly, and the restaurant is in an old train depot. We had the Cheeseburger Special. The sandwich was very good and the fries were fabulous! A fried pickle was on the plate too. They have nightly special every night. We'll be back...

I had a delicious Depor burger with bacon and cheese! It was as good as everyone said it would be! I have to admit that the cheeseballs were not cooked thoroughly, but the breaded/fried pickle totally made up for that. The place was clean and friendly with great service. I recommend the pumpkin beer...mmmm.I highly recommend giving The New Windsor Depot a taste.

Just ordered a San fran burger basket and a side of onion rings to go. When I got home I found that I paid $23.05 for onion rings and a burger. No fries
