It's been a long time since I've had a great pie. These guys are great! I ate a cheese and a pepperoni slice. $9 for 2 slices. Oddly, the cheese slice was better, but both were fantastic! They have so many different sliced pies, your head will spin. I stuck to what I know, but will venture out next time. Great job Andiamo (let's go). We'll be eating here every day while we're in town. The gentleman that served us was "on it". The cashier was hilarious...when she helped the customers after us. She told them not to order food with her, she just takes the money... tourists. Made a pick up order around 11pm today. Noticed this was a two minute walk from my hotel and is open late. It’s Sunday so I figured options were slim and I wanted something reasonably priced. Got the chicken Alfredo and it didn’t disappoint. I went in with low expectations figuring it would be something basic like most cheap pizza pasta places. It had such good flavor. I was in shock also a very good portion size which is rare nowadays. It came with a side salad and some bread. I will definitely come back on my next trip to New York.

Best pizza in town! When you are in NYC - go to Andiamo Pizza and grab a slice or two…the pizza is always fresh, super delicious and not very expensive. They have a good variety of pizzas like regular pizza with cheese or mushrooms or whatever… Totally worth it!

Fantastic New York pizza! We had the pepperoni and garlic knots — both were outstanding. The crust was perfectly crispy and chewy, with those amazing curled pepperoni cups. Popped in on the way back to our hotel having walked downtown. Two slices of margherita pizza and two drinks for $16. Food was really good and nice friendly service. It was empty when we visited but trusted the previous Google reviews and wasn't disappointed. Hopefully will go back as just around the corner from the Virgin hotel.

Fresh out the oven serve to your table. The sauce and pepperoni had a nice kick. The dough was crunchy but creamy with perfect pizza grease.

The pepperoni slice here was excellent. Toronto just doesn't make pizza like this. Pro tip, if possible. Get whatever pizza slice is fresh out of the oven instead of the flavor that you want, but it's not fresh because it will taste better.

Last 2 weeks we took our daughter to NY for her first day at dorm, we booked a hotel near her school and we walked to this pizza place for NY pizza and we loved it. Every day I came here for a different slice of their delicious pizza, the crust is crispy and the dough with toppings are excellent. The meat lovers, hawaiian, bbq chicken, vegetarian, all tasted so good. The price is reasonable, $6/slice with tip $7.5. I didn’t get tired of eating here everyday because I don’t visit NY often. Everyone here is friendly and the service is fast. Will come here again when visiting my daughter next time.

This is a really small storefront and I think it s a satellite store of their storefront a little farther away but it was still great! Because it’s smaller it gets packed fast but the frantic energy is just so NYC. Orders are flying, people are talking, and pizza is being reheated! In all seriousness, this place is great for a quick, cheap, filling bite to eat. Our flight got delayed so we didn’t check into our hotel until 1 am. Thankfully this place is open until 5am on Saturday. It was packed when we arrived but the line moved quickly. You have to tell to be heard and you basically just point at the pizza slices you want. If they just came out of the oven that you normally don’t have to wait but if they been out for a while then they try to reheat it so it’s warm. Personally everything I had was good there. I had the chicken Parmesan pizza and the vegetable pizza but I will say that the better tasting pizza slices were the ones that had just come out of the oven. We also tried the garlic knots, which were just sitting in a bowl of front and you could see the butter and delicious garlic just flowing over them. All in all for four pieces of pizza, a drink and two garlic knots it was $23 which is more than reasonable for New York and the pizza was really good and filling and not so greasy that you feel bad the next day. we will definitely be coming here again when we travel to New York.

There's a law that you have to eat New York pizza while in NYC, right? I had a slice of white pizza with a Greek salad; my husband had two slices of meat pizza; my son had a cheese slice with fries. Great pizzas all around, thin with generous cheese and toppings, grease dripping down the side. Nothing fancy here, just plain good.

I went to this restaurant today with my mother and twin sister and please hear me when I say this was some of the best pizza I've had like- ever. Not only was the pizza fantastic but also the service was phenomenal. The employees were extremely friendly and welcoming to us. Specifically, an employee named Alexandro or ‘Sammy’ who greeted us and was especially kind to us. He made our weekend for sure. Im forever glad we decided to dine here tonight. We’d certainly come back once we visit NYC again, and ill let my friends know to do so as well. Thank you Sammy!! 🫶🫶

Visited in October and had the best upside down pizza. During my visit, the final song from The Sopranos started playing, and the staff began singing along. I thought to myself, I’d be just as happy if I made pizza this good—so I started trying at home in the Czech Republic! Let me know if you ever consider expanding to Europe.

Stayed in NYC for a weekend and stumbled across this gem of a pizza spot. Pizza was very good, authentic NY style. I was fortunate this place was near our hotel because we had this pizza 3 out of the 5 days we were in town. The place is small (typical for NYC) and more suited for takeout. The times we were there, there seemed to be a lot of locals buying pizza which is a good sign. Mozzarella sticks were okay, nothing fancy. Pizza was 5 ⭐️

Well, Andiamo lives up to its reputations. I stopped by for a quick slice the night a flew into NYC and stayed around the corner. It was better than I expected. I love a good slice of NYC pizza. And, Andiamo delivered. It was just what I wanted. My friend and I were out for a walk and saw the shop. So, we gave it a try. I am glad we did; you will be too. Give them a try.

Great pizza in Midtown. I was waiting to meet friends when I popped into this joint to grab a quick bite. Got plain and sausage slices, but they have so many excellent options to choose from the counter it was hard to decide. Anyway the slices came out quick and were absolutely delicious. Good crack to the crust when folding, tangy pizza sauce, and just the right amount of topping on the sausage slice. I dined in and it is a small space, but tables and counter space by the window turnover pretty quick.

Awesome Pizza place. They guys behind the counter are really cool and provided great service. Accommodated our requests well. Pizza was great too. We tried the NY cheese pizza and whatever the meatlovers one was. (I forget if there was a name for it). One negative comment though, I didn’t like the garlic knots all that much. It wasn’t fluffy or soft. Felt tough to eat. Flavor was there, just needs to be softer. Overall, I liked this pizza place. Will visit again when I visit NY again.

Solid neighborhood pizza in Manhattan. We stayed at the Virgin Hotel and it was a short walk. Open late every day with reasonable prices for the area. It’s either this or the flood of Halal food trucks on the streets and this is a great option.

Corner pizza shop with a small storefront. Bacon pepperoni pizza ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️: they definitely know how to do their crust right as that was my favorite part of the pizza. I feel like the sauce was lacking a little bit of depth that would give it the oomph to bump it to 5 stars. That and also being almost 6 dollars a slice makes it a bit difficult to recommend over a lot of other places. That being said it is still a very solid pizza place. The value seems a lot better if you order a whole pizza so maybe consider that.

Nothing special here. I rated 3 stars because I asked them for a fresh out the oven pepperoni slice and they gave me from an older batch.

I don't get a 4.7 rating, proving once again why I should never rely on the average consumer's taste, because this pizza is about as average as they come; not terrible, not great. Maybe it's because of it's proximity to MSG? Either way, I won't be back when there's great pizza to be had.

We had a slice of this our first day in town coming straight out of the oven and it was very solid, but a few days later after trying a reheated slice I wouldn’t be back. Sorry to the New Yorkers out there but your pizza sucks reheated. It reminds me of frozen pizza. I know there is no other way to do a variety of slices without pizza sitting out, but it just impacts the quality so much. I will only eat fresh pies in New York from now on.

There's just no way this place has a rating of 4.7. the pizza was not good and we tried 3 different slices. All where warm, and when asked to reheat the cheese still wouldn't melt. Sauce is bland and crust is below average. We could finish any of the slices. Can't give it a 1 star cause the gentleman behind the counter where nice and the place was clean

I ordered a Margherita pizza through Uber Eats and it was very disappointing. The dough was hard and dry, there was barely any cheese, and it didn’t taste fresh at all. On top of that, it seems they completely forgot the basil, which is a key ingredient in a Margherita pizza. Overall, the flavor was very poor and not what I expected, I wouldn’t order again.

Our group ordered 1 Large Pizza, half was BBQ and half was Buffalo. The other group ordered their own. Don't try to cover this with false information. Go and look at your records of what we ordered. I had just taken 2 bites from a single piece after which I found out the horrible taste! Stop posting false information that I couldn't eat all and threw the Pizza away. Why would I throw the pizza away if it tasted well??? I would have done a takeout if I was full. Learn to take criticisms and improve rather than blaming the customer. You should go back and look at the CCTV footage of what happened rather than misleading the public. Adding a photo to show what I ordered!
