My daughter is vegan. I ordered my first box of vegan cupcakes by Baked by Melissa in December and my daughter absolutely loved them. For Valentine's Day I sent her 2 boxes so she could take them to her office to share. They were a big hit even with her non-vegan co-workers. I saw pics. Absolutely beautiful. I will definitely send more as gifts. I also sent my friend gluten free cupcakes as a gift and she also loved them. Highly recommend.

I’m from Malaysia, so I don’t get to visit New York very often. On my first trip in 2019, I stumbled into Baked by Melissa and instantly fell in love. The cupcakes were tiny, colorful, and packed with flavor. It was impossible to pick a favorite. When I came back to New York in 2025 and saw the shop was still there, I was genuinely excited. This time, I even got to try different flavors, including seasonal ones for the Christmas season. It made the experience feel new all over again, and the cupcakes were just as cute and delicious as I remembered. Thank you for making such joyful little cakes. Being able to enjoy them again made my trip even more special.

My daughter and I are from California and we were there in Manhattan the last week of February we stopped by and got some cupcakes and they were deliciously amazing!!! So for my daughter's birthday I surprised her. While we were there we inquired if you guys ship across the state you said yes. And so I placed an order and my daughter received her order about half an hour ago! She was so happy she started crying thank you guys so much!!! This symbolizes our mother daughter trip to New York. These cupcakes were delivered, so I was never actually in the store, but they are absolutely delicious!! They are sweet, but for me that makes it all the better. They also come in perfect bite size pieces allowing you to try all kinds of flavors. I'd love to someday personally come in and order.
