Opinions de Berimbau do Brasil New York
I’m Brazilian and, for me, this is the best Brazilian spot in the city. Brazilian food is rich and varied and Berimbau features a little bit of everything. You can’t go wrong starting with Coxinhas and Pastéis - these are like institutions in Brazil. For main, I would recommend the Feijoada - bean stew with pork meat - or the strogonoff (Brazilians mastered this dish, sorry Russians, our version is better lol). And for dessert, our pudim - like a flan. Or, of course, the brigadeiro. You should definitely get the Caipirinha flight - Caipirinha is THE Brazilian cocktail, made with cachaça, sugar and lime. Also, if you go for brunch I would definitely recommend trying the Pão de queijo waffle. Pão de queijo is like a cheese ball made of tapioca flour and cheese. It’s super chewy - and the idea of converting that into a waffle is just genius.
Cozy and muted atmosphere of this restaurant, with indoor and backyard patio seating creates a nice environment for a casual family and friends lunch or dinner. The e-menu has plenty variety, along with traditional Brazilian seafood stews and cocktails. I highly recommend getting a flight for you to try multiple flavors. The waiting staff were courteous, patient and very helpful with selecting a dish and with extra requests. I recommend visiting for weekend brunch, as it does get busier toward the second half of the day.
I came here for a lovely afternoon lunch the day after my bday with a friend. The food was amazing. We had two orders of the pão de queijo. Tina tartare. So good. Had a few cocktails and wines. For the entree I got the stroganoff and my friend had the steak both really great. Also our waiter (male I forgot his name) was one of the best. Great job 🫶
Berimbau came highly recommended by Brazilian friends so I kind of had high expectations. And the restaurant delivered - strong delicious cocktails, food was really good, and loved the back patio seating. The sidewalk seating area is also very nice but the back def felt more intimate. Their cheesy bread and the lump crab app were terrific! So were the entrees we ordered: salmon, steak, and the shrimp with that sauce. You can even buy the cheesy bread to take home, but I want that spice they use for their shrimp and wish we could have bought it also. Don’t hesitate, this place won’t disappoint you! I highly recommend!
We had an amazing experience. The food was delicious and very reminiscent of Brazil. The back patio was very cozy and cute. Dino was a great host and we loved speaking with him. We would absolutely return!
Great food and drinks. My wife and I went for some small bites and a round of drinks. We got the Pão de Queijo and three Pastéis (beef, spinach & ricotta, cheese empanada). The beef and spinach & rocotta were so good we got another order before leaving. For drinks I got the Nico’s Heart which was smokey and delicious. My wife got the Guava Caipirinha which was fruity and delightful. They both leaned on the stronger side which we appreciated. We’ll be back. Especially for the cocktail flights which we found out are available for brunch on Saturdays and Sundays.
Had great food and drinks and great service. Sat in the cute hut outside which wasn't crowded, seating is a bit uncomfortable. We were scared we weren't going to find a table on a Saturday. feijoada was amazing along with the beef steak. They put citrus in the collard greens which was mind blowing. I hate collard greens but I devoured this one. brigadeiro was amazing, I never had it like that before! Super milky and creamy and ooey gooey. I don't recommend the flan, wasn't good. Looking forward to coming back to try the seafood dishes.
This is such a wonderful restaurant. Love the food and the people. Dino is truly kind. If you're looking for a place that feels and tastes like home, this is the spot.
Very cool spot!! The steak entree was the best at the table and we loved the empanadas and pao de quejo! The cocktails were fabulous. Funny seating a la west village as it winds to a back patio and has tables in little nooks and crannies including the streets. Clean bathroom. Loved the chocolate truffles! What a suprise!
A piece of Brazil in the heart of NYC. Definitely the best and most authentic Brazilian restaurant in Mahattan. The “picanha feast” is the best steak ive ever had. Pao de queijo with guava , stroganoff, feijoada, dadinho de tapioca! I cant choose my favourite. Amazing drinks. Freat happy hour. Just love it
One of the best experiences in NYC. The restaurant is modest, but the food is incredible. We ordered the coxinha and pastel as starters and bobó de camarão and filet mignon strogonoff. The desert was pudim! Everything was tasty, fresh and delicious!! Please, do yourself a favor and visit this place😅
Dino was an exceptionally kind and welcoming host, making our experience even more enjoyable. We started with the smoked Negroni and passion fruit cocktail—both were well-crafted and flavorful, offering a delightful balance of taste and presentation. We also tried their salad, which we absolutely loved. The dressing was perfectly balanced, and the combination of watermelon radish added a fresh and unique twist that was new to us. For a side, we opted for the tuna, which was incredibly fresh and complemented our meal beautifully. Our main course, the Piranha Tom Jobim, was simply outstanding! The medium steak was cooked to perfection—tender, juicy, and full of flavor. It exceeded our expectations and quickly became the highlight of our meal. For dessert try the Brazilian flan. The chef knows it best how the combo of flan with lemon could make a miraculous taste. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this place for both the quality of food and the warm hospitality.
Dino is the most amazing server! We had the best time (as always), delicious food, great conversation, and an amazing atmosphere! Can’t wait to come back. Also great music
My Mineira wife and I have been coming here for years and I adore everything about it. They serve the best Brazilian food in New York. The service is always impeccable, especially Dino! Highly recommend it for date night, hosting friends from out of town, or even for a solo meal.
We had a wonderful dinner and drinks! Deno was our server and was lovely! We were celebrating we got an extra little dessert that was so yummy
Little cute Brazilian restaurant with outside, inside and patio seating! Came here randomly and will definitely come back again! Very nice list of cocktails and juices 🥤 Very friendly staff and excellent service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Nice ambiance And the food was delicious 🤤 I highly recommend to try their chocolate desserts 🍨 Parmesan cheese ball was good Fresh salad with heirloom tomatoes and onions very good Pork stew very tasty I would definitely come back to try more and for delicious cocktails and juices!
We came here for my husbands birthday because we love Brazil and Brazilian food and it did not disappoint. The food, drinks and ambiance was amazing and Dino was so friendly and attentive. Definitely recommend coming here for a good night out!
This was my first time at this restaurant. I came here with some friends while visiting from Philadelphia. I love that the menu was very simple and had a large variety of dishes to choose from. We all shared a taste of each other's dishes. The price for the food is a little steeper compared to eating in other neighborhoods. However from the food that we had, it was well worth it. I ordered the Feijoada. All I can say is wow! The beans and pork were full over flavor. This meal will definitely put you to sleep. (Our waiter warned me. Lol) Also their spicy Caipirinha was so good!!!! Please give this place a visit. You will not be disappointed.
Delicious food and our server, Dino was amazing and so friendly! Loved the atmosphere as well, would definitely recommend going!
Brazilian food and service will make your heart and belly feel good and warm. The ambiance and music make you feel like you’ve escaped to Rio. The ribs and the steak both melt in your mouth. I dug in so fast I forgot to snap pics of the entrees. You’ll be extra blessed if Alice is your server. I can’t wait to return for more.
I have always heard good things about BERIMBAU and finally got a chance to try their brunch on a Saturday. We loved everything we tried from the Filet Minon Strogonoff to the coxinha to the yuca fries but my new obsession is the brigadeiro😍 Drinks were so good, service on point, the backyard is very cozy and intimate and they also have an outdoor space on Carmine street. Great experience, definitely recommend this spot!
One of my favorite restaurants in the entire city. Had their mussels for the first time today. They were great, the sauce was spicy tomato. Came with a big piece of bread to soak up the sauce. Had a matcha style caipirinha which tasted just like a normal caipirinha, very limey. I wasnt really bothered about the lack of matcha taste. I tried a different cocktail afterwards which was the Rabo De Galo with aged cachaça and vermouth so its closer to a manhattan cocktail. I liked it, it was definitely on the strong side and if you dont like red vermouth in general you wont like that cocktail. The pão de queijo was amazing, I loved it. I dipped the pão into the mussels sauce, it was great. Highly recommend this place if you’ve never tried it! Their outdoor seating area is super warm and they seal it off with closed sliding doors so it stays warm…
Our experience here was incredible!! Loved every single part of meal. And our server, Dino, was the sweetest! He made our dinner here a 12/10! Can’t wait to come back 🤍
Amazing food!!! Came here for my birthday on Sunday and was blown away. The fried pork belly, mussels and assortment of Brazilian empanadas were all huge hits. Order the stroganoff, you will not regret it. I had the hobo with rice, and shared the salmon which was also delicious. Finished the meal with flan
This place is a true gem. To be fair, I don't really have any experience with Brazilian cuisine outside of the defacto steakhouse type environment, but I am aware of what great flavors and fantastic service are like and they have it in spades here. While I didn't know what to expect, everything I tried was seemingly better than the last. The food is surprisingly filling too. I thought when it came to the table we'd be stopping again soon elsewhere or ordering more, but we were all stuffed in the end. We actually visited their other location and had some chicken wings and a cocktail, and I gotta tell you the chicken wings shocked the hell out of me. I love chicken wings and these were top notch. Super crispy and had a great sauce on them (not overly done either, so you could actually taste the batter on the wings).
Very flavorful dishes and excellent service. We came here for brunch and got the Panelinha and Picanha a cavalo with Guava juice and it was so delicious. Our waiter insisted we also try the Pudim de leite (brazilian style flan) and it was very tasty. They have very cute outdoor space in the backyard nicely decorated with lots of plants. Overall lovely experience.
Had amazing, authentic Brazilian food here. Pão de Queijo is top notch. Our server, Dino, was especially welcoming, helpful, and passionate about the food too… 5 stars
I see why they say this is one of the best Brazilian restaurants in NYC. I would say it's a lot better than all you can eat style of Brazilian restaurants. I would highly recommend their empenadas, skirt steak and the Brazilian cocktails. Very welcoming atmosphere with very friendly and helpful staff. Service was prompt timely they even helped with a reservation adjustment I had. Would definitely come back for this tasty place😋
The food was authentic and delicious. There was enough rice to share and each dish was fresh. I was there celebrating my friend's birthday. So I wish that after I told the waiter, they would have acknowledged it with chocolate or something. Otherwise once you eat there, all you need is a nap.
Great Brazilian food and drinks in a gorgeous setting. We only had the typical Brazilian finger foods (coxinha & pastéis) but we will be returning for a full dinner. Service was great as well, tips for when visiting, make a reservation and if you get a chance, ask to sit at their backyard!
We had my birthday dinner at Berimbau West Village location. This place was recommended by one of our friends who is from Brazil. We tried the Caipirinhas, pao de queijo, dadinhos, pastels, shrimp ceviche, Bobó de camarão, picanha experience and finally as desert brigadeiros & bolo de mandioca. Everything was delicious but my favorites were the pao de queijo and pastels. Our host Beatriz was worth a mention too! Thank you for everything! 💜
Beautiful place !!! Best part of the day experience is how welcoming and comforting the ambiance feels. Dino was super attentive and kind and made our night great with his service. Food and drinks were delicious too :)))
We are vegan and Berimbau has several tasty options! Dino was our waiter and he is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He shares about Brazilian culture and the language through your dinner, which makes the experience even better.
Came here for dinner with a group and had an amazing time. From the outside the place look small but their is a decent size patio Outback. It feels as if you escape any to Brazil. Especially if you get the delicious coconut drinks. The food is amazing, drinks are pretty and delicious and service is very friendly
The food was amazing, everything was flavorful and complex while still being light, which makes you want to keep eating more and more!! The service was also exceptional, the servers were so knowledgeable and gave great recommendations. Dino especially was super attentive and had amazing insight into Brazilian food and culture in the city!
One of the most authentic Brazilian kitchens in the city! Berimbau is absolutely fantastic. The food is incredible and the staff is so friendly and helpful. If you have questions about the menu, just ask! They will be more than happy to help. The space is incredible. There’s a cute backyard and even the street side seating is cozy and intimate. Now let’s get to the good stuff… the food! Whatever you do, you MUST order the Pao de Queijo. This fried cheese is a Brazilian specialty and absolute amazing. We also got the Cohinha and it was so good. The empanadas looked so appetizing, we decided to order one of each flavor. They come in 3 but if you’re like us you can add 4th. All were top notch but I think the beef and the spinach & ricotta were my favorites. For the main course, my girlfriend and I split the filet mignon stroganoff. This stuff is incredible. 10/10 meal.
Cozy spot with a half indoor, half outdoor area at the back of the restaurant. Good place for brunch, lunch, or dinner. Our waitress was really friendly and gave us good recommendations. Everything from the appetizers, main courses, and desserts were all delicious.
I swear by this restaurant’s cocktails and dinner. Such amazing cocktails all with unique twists on Brazilian drinks. I loved their take on espresso martinis. The service is phenomenal - our waiter had the best recommendations for drinks and such a fun and friendly vibe. I love coming here to catch up with a friend over drinks and apps because the patio in the back is so cozy. The dinner was amazing and big portions so I definitely left satisfied!
This place was incredible. First time eating at a Brazilian restaurant that wasn’t in Queens, and it didn’t disappoint! The food was so tasty and the cocktails were made amazingly. Highly recommend the smoked negroni for a cool looking cocktail and the nosso fashioned. The atmosphere in the garden is perfect for a dinner date, very intimate and cozy. The service was also very quick, overall very happy with our experience.
If you are in New York City and looking for authentic Brazilian cuisine, you must visit this spot located in the West Village. Food is so so yummy and they offer a variety of dishes. I first came here to celebrate my partners birthdays which was a fabulous experience! staff is super friendly, excellent service. Bellow you will see the Filet Mignon Stroganoff, chicken croquettes and the Picanha steak. Enjoy!
This place is a phenomenal Brazilian restaurant! 🇧🇷 Berimbau Brazilian Kitchen 🍴in the West Village 🗽 serves an wonderful selection of delicious 🤤 dishes 🍽️ - definitely get the Cheese 🧀 Bread, Salad 🥗, Chicken 🐔 Stroganoff 🍲 with Rice 🍚, and Steak! 🥩 The staff 👨🍳 is super friendly and professional, and the service is quick! ⏲️ They have limited seating 🪑 so make a reservation 🛎️ online 🌐 ahead of time. ⏰ I wish I came here sooner!
It was an incredible experience, extremely enjoyable! The food was excellent and generously served. The atmosphere was beautiful and very pleasant. The live music was great! It was a fantastic experience! All the staff were very attentive, especially our server Laís! I’m already looking forward to coming back!
Had a wonderful experience with Dino as our server. Not only was the food delicious and timely, but Dino was very attentive and kind. He provided great recommendations for the menu and we had a great time.
Amazing food, staff, and great spot to check out! It's a cute spot with a great selection of Brazilian cuisines, and I highly recommend their dadinho as a starter! (Although more guava sauce would make it better!) and their moqueca baiana and filet mignon strogonoff ! They complement each other nicely when shared. For drinks, I recommend their guava or passion fruit caipirinha!
An excellent, excellent Brazilian restaurant! The food and drinks were delicious, service was so friendly and helpful (thanks Dino!). Highlights were the coxinha and ceviche starters, and for mains moqueca and bobo de camarao. Everything was great though, you can’t go wrong. I highly recommend!
A neat little nook of a restaurant! We selected it because it offered vegan options and they did not disappoint. Communication about our reservation was a nice touch to remind us when and where to be. We were seated right away in a quiet corner and served promptly. The cocktail menu was delightful as was the cheese appetizer. We shared both vegan entrees and couldn't decide which was better... so order both!
Dino was the star of the night - he’s such a warm and gracious host. His recommendations were all delicious. I only wish I had more room in my belly for more coxinhas and caipirinhas. The menu is filled with a such interesting dishes that another visit is a must to lane sure you get an authentic fill of Brazil’s fine cuisine!
Berimbau Brazilian Kitchen is a true gem in the West Village! 🇧🇷 The food is authentic, flavorful, and beautifully prepared, every bite tastes fresh and homemade. The caipirinhas are amazing, the portions are generous, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. On top of that, the service was top-notch attentive, friendly, and made the whole experience even better. Perfect spot for a night out with friends or a cozy dinner. Highly recommend if you want a real taste of Brazil in NYC! ✨
Delicious food and great service. Our pretty waitress with the beautiful sparkling earrings explained the menu to us and informed us we still had a few minutes to order from the Happy Hour menu. We got the amazing mussels (I drank the sauce), the cheese bread, and the fried calamari. It was all delightful. For the mains we got the Pichana for 2pp and the skirt steak. The Pichana steak portion was smaller than expected. More of 1.5 pp size. Everything was beautiful and delicious. Would definitely recommend the skirt steak.
Amazing food! I have an aunt from Bahia, Brazil, and eating here felt like traveling from New York to Brazil in just one second. Authentic flavors, full of soul and tradition. The service was outstanding — [Amanda] made the whole experience truly top and unforgettable. Thank you so much, I’ll definitely be back!
we came here on a friday night and they sat us immediately in the back area. the pão de queijo and the vegan feijoada were absolutely delicious and rivaled anything i had in brazil! our server Dino was great and guided us through the menu. would absolutely recommend coming here for a taste of brazil in NYC!!
An amazing Brazilian restaurant with spectacular food and outstanding service. Everything we tried was delicious, and the atmosphere made the experience even better. A special shout-out to Dino — such an incredible person, always high-spirited, friendly, and welcoming. His positive energy truly makes the place feel special. Highly recommend!
Enjoyed a casual lunch with four other coworkers today. The food was delicious — especially the Hamachi! So fresh. Exceptional caipirinhas. Our server, Dino, was exceptional. He was so kind, friendly, positive, thoughtful and attentive. We will definitely be back! It was honestly one of the nicest service experiences I’ve had in a long time.
I saw this place being recommended a lot ok the internet and decided to give it a try. The restaurant itself is a bit small so seating is a bit tight. Service was pretty good. In terms of the food, it's okay, just average. The food that we picked didn't really make us say wow this is really good. We got the picanha tom jobin, it was nice that there is some fat on the steak but otherwise it tasted a bit bland, if there was some other sauce, that probably would have been better. We also got the chicken stroganoff. I'm not sure what we were expecting but it's quite sweet and very creamy, by itself and rice, it's okay. It taste much better if you mix all 3 ingredients, sauce, rice and potato sticks together. I would have liked if there was a little more kick to it and a bit less sweet. You can also check in on Yelp for a free pão de queijo, that was pretty tasty. Empanadas were good as well, not sure I would recommend the sauce that was given to go with the empanada. Drinks were pretty good as well, if you come during brunch on weekends, there is a caipirinhas flight for $24 where you can try 4 different flavors. Overall, it's a nice place to check out. Presentation is very nice and the location is decorated beautifully but the food is just average, and I personally would not come back for the food.
This is the perfect place to explore Brazilian cuisine — we went based on a local friend’s recommendation and it truly delivered. If you’re with a group, trying one of their special tasting menus is a great idea, as sharing different dishes makes the experience even more enjoyable. Their passion fruit cocktails were also great
As a Brazilian, Berimbau impressed me because they really do make great Brazilian food. They do charge a lot for that though, but nothing unlike what you’d expect at West Village. The food is great and authentically Brazilian and the people who work there are also very nice. It is also very small, so plan ahead if you want to go on a group with more than 3 people.
Loved the cozy atmosphere the moment we walked in—it felt warm and welcoming. To start, we shared the Coxinha and Pão de Queijo. The Coxinha—crispy chicken croquettes filled with a tasty mix of shredded chicken and cheese—were absolutely delicious, though I would’ve enjoyed them even more if they were served a bit hotter. The Pão de Queijo, or Brazilian cheese bread, came in golden, bite-sized balls with a crunchy crust and a chewy, mochi-like interior. So satisfying! For our main, we split the Picanha Burger, which features a patty made from the Brazilian cut of beef known as picanha (also called rump cap or sirloin cap). The burger was massive and perfect for sharing. Our server was kind enough to have the kitchen slice it in half before bringing it out—such a thoughtful touch. If you’re craving Brazilian comfort food in a relaxed, intimate setting, Berimbau is definitely worth a visit.
The appetizers were really yummy, but I found my vegan feijoada pretty plain and not exciting at all.. however, my companions seemed to really enjoy their food! So maybe not a good choice for vegan/vegetarian people Btw the staff were super cool and friendly, and we really liked the vibe!
I have to deduct a star because they charge you a 3% credit card fee. Credit cards are a cost of doing business and it’s wrong to pass that cost on to consumers. Other than that, the food is so good as is the service. Shout out to Dino who was great.
I came to this restaurant over the weekend and had such a lovely experience. We were walk ins and were seated relatively quickly. The host was kind and even accommodating to our request to a different table. The server was attentive but not overbearing. The food was amazing!! We got the cheesy bread and fries as appetizers and almost got too full for the main. For the main I got the avocado toast and my husband got the omelette. Both were delicious! The sourdough toss was delish and the things accompanying the avocado toast were well balanced! Overall I had a great experience and ate delish food!
Very nice ambiance. Seamless service. Most of the food is non spicy. The tuna had some spice to it which I appreciated. The drinks are solid. The food is all very well done, multiple vegan options available. The food is well presented. The stroganoff options and the tuna were the stars. I would pass on the skirt steak. Price point appropriate for the neighborhood. The damage was 80 dollars a head with a cocktail included. Overall would recommend to try, but not CRAVING to come back.
The house has a new chef and food now has a better taste. I suggest the house salad , Berimbau salad - wonderful explosion of flavours. Other than that , the stroganoff and the meats have a special taste . They’re back in the game. PS. My only observation is about the way the feijoada is served - very small plate, and somehow makes me feel I’m eating a salted desert rather than a main dish . Tasteful , anyways .
I’m being a bit generous with the 4-star rating because of the excellent customer service we had. Our waiter was very nice, ( and everyone else too), but we didn’t like that much our main dishes. I had high hopes for the Brazilian cut sirloin steak, but it came in a very hard texture that was hard to cut even with the steak knife. Milanese chicken was okay, but it’s salad was very salty. Anyways, Appetizers were excellent and the cocktails as well. Empanadas were so delicious! Might come back ONLY for the drinks and the appetizers.
Tasty Brazilian spot in village. This place is super cozy. But they do have a back area which larger crowds cane fit. The food comes out fast. Everything tasted delicious, the portions are large too. Great for a couples dinner or table for 4 or 6. The pan de queijo was super delicious and hot and fresh. The picanha burger was huge and flavorful. The ceviche was a wow 😮. Completely different flavor profile than usual not very acidic but more 🍊 tangly I wanted more. The passion fruit juice 🥤 was refreshing
It was my first time here! The staff were amazing and very helpful. The food was great, though my Feijoada was a bit too salty for my taste. The caipirinhas were outstanding highly recommend them. The restaurant is small, but it works well, just be sure to make a reservation. If you love Brazilian food, this place won’t disappoint.
Food was good but the portion size is too small. It is not worth it. 12$ for 3 little brigadeiros, 18$ for 5 little coxinhas? It is not a place to take your family even though the atmosphere is good.
We sat at the patio which was really cute. Our waiter was super friendly and service was great. The food was ok. Seafood entre was great but the pork belly was terrible. It was dry. Beef empanadas were good. I guess this place can be great depending on which entree you order but I think it needs to be consistent.
We stopped by during the happy hours on a weekday, enough selections on the menu. I really wanna like this place but their services made us feel not really comfortable. They were promoting a certain cocktail that day which was on the house. My friend ordered it, and a staff came with the drink, asking to take a photo of my friend with the drink as a proof? It was fine but it would be nicer to inform at the very beginning when customers are ordering. Cheese bread was good but on the soft side. However the pulled pork came as the side was delicious! Corn mousse was unique but it had an oily smell and taste.
Native Brazilian here, went for a quick bite by myself before another engagement. The staff was nice, specially the waiter. Unfortunately, the coxinha lacked taste and was a little over fried, leaving a strange feeling I my mouth. The drink gave me a headache, which I almost never have. I still would like to return to try some of main dishes to get a better sense for the food. It would be nice to have a Brazilian place to go to in the area.
Today, I visited a Brazilian restaurant in Manhattan for the first time to try their feijoada. The ambiance was very pleasant, the food was delicious, and the welcome was warm. However, I was quite disappointed with the service from one of the waitresses, Natasha. It felt like she judged us based on certain prejudices, like our appearance and color, and she treated us rudely and unprofessionally. When we asked about menu options, she dismissed us and told us to just read the menu, showing no willingness to help or explain anything. On the other hand, Yasmin, the waitress who eventually took over our table, was wonderful! She was kind and informative, telling us all about the restaurant and the lunch specials during the week, showing a level of professionalism and respect that really made a difference. Unfortunately, this experience with Natasha left me quite disappointed. I work with many clients and students in the area and love to recommend good places, but with this kind of service, it’s hard to endorse the restaurant. Yasmin truly saved our experience, and I hope the restaurant’s staff can reflect the same quality of service she provided.
