I recently stopped by Insomnia Cookies after dinner, and it was the perfect sweet treat to end the night! We ordered a couple of the deluxe cookies, and they were amazing—served warm, which was an extra bonus. I’d definitely recommend the Peanut Butter Cup and Salted Caramel flavors; both were absolutely delicious with the right balance of gooey and chewy. The prices are a little on the higher side, but that’s part of the experience for late-night, freshly baked cookies, and it’s worth it for the quality. If you’re looking for a tasty dessert before heading back to the hotel or just a treat to satisfy a nighttime craving, Insomnia Cookies is a must-visit!

Staff was extremely rude and barely had any cookies left. How are you open till 2am and there’s no cookies left or ice cream? If you’re so tired you should close earlier and if you don’t like this job maybe you should try another profession based on that attitude.

Very poor service in these location, I was completely taken a back, I came in with my daughter to get a cookie cake and the girl at the register all ready had a bad very bad attitude and then she proceeds to leave and another man comes out front, they are both talking and ingorning the customers which is us, and then he gets upset because when he finally decides to take my order, he is upset because the cookie cake takes an hour, I will NEVER go there again nor recommend anyone to go there.

Imagine being excited to grab some cookies only to have your mood change completely the moment you walked in 👎🏾.I visited this past weekend and the first thing I noticed was the lights being off before entering, immediately I thought they were closed until I pulled the door and realized they were open. To my surprise the staff was sleeping with her head down at the register, she lifted her head ,rubbed her eyes, and went back down without even acknowledging us. The other staff came out from the back and didn’t acknowledge us either she just sat beside the fridge.I ended up making a verbal comment asking “do we serve ourselves in here” the staff at register then lifted her head and looked at us as though we were bothering her.Anyhow with a nasty attitude she took the order which she messed up even after reading it back to us.To top it all off the staff’s looks as though they were going to bed with bonnets on their heads, I’ve never seen such at any establishment. -10 won’t recommend going to this location with those staffs very unprofessional.

I regret my visit here. The staff were literally sleeping and the lights were off and when it was time to serve us they had bad attitudes. The cashier was very rude and moody, not a hello not a thank you, just an is that all. To top it off they messed up our order. I've never walked into an establishment and meet associates who wore Bonnets and literally slept behind the counter. They were acting as if we were a bother to them during nap time. 0/10
