Best coffee ever and one of the few places, other than Starbucks and Dunkin, to actually serve decafe. Great breakfast sandwiches, delicious lunch and some grocery items too. The staff are always friendly.

This deli is superb. In such a convenient location, you find this lovely little store with kind and helpful staff and good food. Great for lunch, breakfast or a quick snack. The queue at breakfast time shows the popularity. Everything is easy to find, and if you look a little confused the staff are quick to offer help. Good coffee too!

My go to spot for a hot delicious meal when I’m in the neighborhood. Whether it’s breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The staff are just wonderful, from the cooks, the servers, to the cashier. Become a regular and you won’t have to say a word except good day, of course. 🙂 The food is so delicious. Soups, pizza, salads, holiday fixings. Everything is homemade. If if isn’t it sure tastes like it. They also do catering year round.

Always take great care of me, just wish they had a larger hot food selection, fast delivery! Great food and hot sandwiches! I love their steak sandwich with Mozz, peppers, onions, and marinara sauce on a scooped and toasted hero.. If you get Rob on the Phone tell him Bruce sent you! he is great!

Lots of selections at this deli, lots. Ordered a turkey, pastrami and corned beef hero which was filling, tasty and yummy. The staff was friendly and the deli was clean.

I love this place. They have amazing bacon cheeseburgers that are always worth the wait. It is very convenient and carries a good variety of food. The sandwiches and pizza are amazing!

Been going here for over 20 years. Easy to see right off of 20th Street servicing the Lower East Side and the adjoining areas of Manhattan. Parking on the Street is available but it fills up fast especially at night and on the weekends. Parking lot is nearby. Moderately clean facilities. No public Restroom. Nice staff. Credit cards accepted. Great for breakfast on the go. We will definitely be going back.

Also when they make their sandwiches they are very skimpy with meat and you end up having a lot of bread and vegetables. I don’t know who trained the staff on making sandwiches but they could use some retraining

Do not order delivery via phone you will wait 2 hr to get your order and it will be cold. I live half a block away and after this has happened to me 4x now, I m writing this review. They should not take orders if they are to busy to deliver them that simple

Since August 1, 2020 I’ve spent at least $100 per week here. Tonight I called to order my wife Advil. A few minutes later I received a call from Lenz that my card was declined. Since I had enough money to pay the order I checked my bank card and it showed Lenz Deli charged my card and the money was deducted. I called the deli back told him my findings and sent him the proof. He told me “Papi the machine said it was declined and the boss isn’t here and hung up. I then called the bank and they confirmed the transaction was approved. I called Papi at Lenz back and he told him that it was declined. Now I have to wait 10 days for the transaction to go through before I can get my money back. They lost this customer for life.

Rude service average deli not the first time won’t be back . Even a simple order or question and the staff pretend to be annoyed or stressed. A pain to deal with. Life long NYer don’t have the patience. Sandwich had absolutely no flavor with every ingredient on it . Cheap stuff

Put an order in on Seamless and put the wrong address when I got a break from work I realized it was incorrect and called the restaurant all I asked was for it to be delivered and all I got was some screaming man telling me it’s not his fault and being rude. It not like I asked him to refund or anything I was just explaining myself and he was causing an uproar.
