Decent Dunkin Donuts location, always has a great selection and service is adequate. This store also has Baskin Robbins inside, which is a plus for business and anyone looking for that selection in the neighborhood!

It was so full that I finally just walked out of the line. But i'm assuming the food's good.

Don't go here in morning when there should be all kind of donuts but no they was out of just about everything.

If you love Coffee and Donuts, this is a good place. The thing about Dunkin Donuts in NYC, is they are a bit better for on-the-go service and taste. There is better donuts and coffee out there, but for a quick fix, this is a good joint. Their donuts are a bit better in smaller, slower placed joints, but sometimes there are better donut shops in those areas.

They are people-friendly with their customers. They have what you want. However, since they are so popular. They tend to run out fast. You will always have to make sure that you are able to get there at a reasonable time for the majority of their locations(like this one for example.) Aside from that the locations vary in size.

It's a Dunkin Donuts. I have not had a bad experience here. The place can get really busy in the morning... lot of people come here before going to work!

Double Ds please, FTW! get your mind outta the gutter yo--not those type of double deez. nuts rights! this is your typical Dunkin Donuts establishment that serves coffee, food, DD brand merch, and has the sister co. Baskin Robbins ice cream display next to the doughnut set up. looks are deceiving bc this Dunkin Donuts space is fairly narrow, but it looks larger from the outside. there are two entrances one on 6th street. & another on 1st avenue that has wheelchair accessibility ramp. single file store, so it can be a tight squeeze in the morning or afternoon coffee rushes. my advice to you: hit this place only during off hours. the food and drink offerings are pretty standard at the DD location. variety of doughnuts from crullers to the knockoff cronut to munchkins. once the doughnuts are done, that's it for the day. crullers go fast at this location, but the cronut knockoffs not so much. munchkin varieties are slim. there are the typical breakfast-y/hot sandwich offerings. always check the DD app for deals on food and coffee as you can earn Dunkin Donuts reward points and earn free cups of coffee. of course, you need to load cash into the app. the app works way faster than cash/debit/credit card in terms of paying. coffee is brewed fresh. they do have a heavy on sugar, so be aware. and of course they have all the flavored syrups. they offer coolatas, hot chocolate, and all those dessert-y drinks. they do offer the Dunkin Donut iced teas. however the green tea option is often out, but the black iced tea if typically available. i never really see anyone partake of the Baskin Robbins. yeah i know it's winter (time of this review), but even in the summer...people don't come here for ice cream. i think BR ice cream ain't so great to begin with...wish they'd get rid of the ice cream and open up more space for coffee and seats. they have a freezer with those pre-made Baskin Robbins ice cream cakes for birthday/office/etc. celebrations. however i think BR ice cream cakes are on par with most supermarket offerings. speaking of space...there are two tiny two person tables for sit-n-drink. but meh, it's not that kind of coffee place. the staff is quick n attentive, but this place can get slow bc of the way the place is laid out. again, i'd avoid during morning and afternoon rushes. brightly lit location and relatively clean. dropz mic, so i can cruller n coffee with ease.

Donuts were horrible, and not fresh nor tasty. Atmosphere wasn't great at all.

This Dunkin Donuts never surprises me when it comes to lazy service, dirty floors, and always being unsanitary. When I came to this Dunkin Donuts and got a spoon i found that the spoon was dirty as if it had been used before and the workers just left it there. Do not recommend

Not sure why but they never smile never seem to be happy yet they are in customer service and dealing with people face to face. I don't know how you could sell sweets to anyone with an angry face but they do.

It's 45 degrees outside, so I order a hot coffee. Does this look like a hot coffee? The label says hot coffee, but there's ice cubes. I understand that substitutions must be made from time to time for various reasons, but on this 40 degree day, who in their right mind substitute a hot coffee for one with ice cubes? The remedy should be to refund the customer, right? Unfortunately that wasn't an option either. The restaurant proactively refunded the hot coffee and charged me for one with ice cubes, generating a 1.13 refund. So now I'm locked out of that option. You think I can save this drink until the weather hits 80?!?!

I ended up leaving without my order because I couldn’t wait any longer.

Worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to. They served stale donuts and when I called back to complain they hung up and then unplugged the phone so that nobody was able to call them. I will never return and I would urge all New Yorkers to avoid this horribly ran business.

Awful staff. They are at the back talking between themselves and act as if they are doing you a favour serving you. They are rude and shpuld not be working with customers.

I stopped coming to this place after the mgmt got very petty with their customers. There was a power outlet next to the window counter that I used to recharge my phone while I had my coffee. The next time I was there, they covered it with masking tape. I guess they are too cheap to let paying customers use it. So tacky!

These guys are extremely disrespectful towards my payment when I had a screenshot from my mom for the dunkin app. I didn’t know how much was in it so I asked to scan to see how much was left and then the cashier started yelling at me that I did something to his machine. I didn’t know what I did wrong and then I got kicked out of the store for messing up his machine.

I gave the counter person a 10 dollar bill which had a small tear on the top corner. The bill was still in tact. I was told I could not use the bill and that I had to pay with a credit card. Then they hand me two of the wrong coffees with the wrong amount of dairy and sweetner they purposely put the tops on loosely that when I picked the cups up the spilled all over the counter when I asked for napkins they tree them on the counter. After the non English speaking counter people bought the bill to their manager they were told that they can accept it. I don't know why they wouldn't I mean it is legal tender and we are in the United States

Snowy night, walked to get a donut. The guy there kept scrolling down on his cell phone near the coffee machine and pretended I wasn't there. Just simply pretended not to see and hear me to get my order. What a waste of time.

I had been there and I purchased a donut and in dunkin app I saw that there is an offer going on purchase anything and get a drink free. I purchased a donut day before around evening and the girl was nice to and she gave me a free drink as per the offer without being asking but today I went over there in the morning and there was a different girl, I think she was the manager over there and she didn't gave me my free drink when I asked she said that no we have no offer going on, I showed her in dunkin app and she was like no you need to purchase drink and a donut will be free, I asked her to read and guess what she was unable to read english even she was unable to speak well I don't know how dunkin is hiring these kind of people, I have no problem with dunkin and there food but the service over here is awefulllllll
