Lovely little cafe for a breakfast in midtown. We ordered pancakes and avocado toast. Pancakes are generous and fluffy. Avocado toast was delicious loved the addition of mint. Coffee is good, flat white as it should be. Worth a visit.
Little Collins was fantastic. The egg, bacon, and cheese breakfast sandwiches were delicious and perfectly made, the Bloody Marys were excellent, and the lattes were smooth and expertly crafted. Great food, great drinks, and a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend.
I was craving pancakes, and found this spot near our place. Good thing, this was close by and the wait wasn’t too long! While waiting, I ordered a cappuccino. Good amount of kick to start my day. We got seated after maybe 10 minutes? Order my pancakes and my husband ordered the eggs benny. Pancakes were good, and it didn’t need syrup. I liked that it had toasted hazelnuts! Couldn’t finish all three, so my husband finished the last one. The eggs benny was good too. Hollandaise could be a bit more tangy in taste, but that is just my preference. The potatoes that came with it were 👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽 Ordered a cup of drip coffee. It was a good end to the meal. Would come back!
One of my favorite go-to spots before work! Very attentive and friendly service, excellent food and coffee options. I have tried Mary’s mushrooms, the French toast, avocado toast, and Collin’s granola that have all been amazing! I also love their cappuccino and chai latte that have both been great!
If you prefer a healthy breakfast, this is the perfect spot. Everything we tried was incredibly delicious, and the coffees were excellent as well. Since the place is quite small, you may need to wait a little while for a table.
Little Collins is one of the best breakfast place in town. I tried so many things and they are all good. It’s worth crossing the town for butter milk pancakes that I’m craving for in this freezing weather. Their coffee is so delicious, you gotta try flat white when you’re here. I recommend 10/10. No reservations though so walk in but you might have to wait for busy hours.
Friendly service and portions were good enough. My partner got the Green Eggs n Damn! I felt they added too much spinach but it was delicious anyway. I got the Chorizo Breakfast Burrito. It was amazing. The only issue was that they didn’t have a few drinks we wanted including the orange juice. The music was loud but that shouldn’t be a problem if you’re ok with it. Either way it was a good experience. Will go back for sure.
The buttermilk pancakes (despite having honeycomb) hit a perfect balance on flavors and are not at all too sweet! The toasted hazelnuts and banana really pulled through nice flavors without overpowering. The shakshuka had some nice zing to it, but a bit heavy on the silantro. Same high quality ingredients cooked with care for the other dishes too. Overall, whatever you pick on the menu you’ll be very happy! The coffee is “chefs kiss”, and the hot chocolate too is not too sweet and just great quality. The wait is probably a bit too long to become my go to takeaway spot but in terms of quality it’s right at the top of my list in NYC. The service felt a bit rushed and inexperienced. We asked for a table and were given a time to return, but then someone else had been given it and without an ounce of embarrassment were asked to wait 25 mins again. There’s also a lot of movement happening collecting dishes etc for not a lot of output, e.g. they don’t make eye contact etc in the process so it’s hard to ask for things. The waiting staff’s quality felt especially surprising given the contrast when compared to the focussed execution of both the baristas and kitchen staff. However the service is made up for by a cozy ambience, great soundtrack (and appropriate volume) and comfortable lighting and chatter noise. Can strongly recommend but hope they can work together on raising the professionalism bar of the waiting staff.
Great little breakfast place with out of the ordinary, but not crazy options. All innovative takes on breakfast foods. We had the broccoli breakfast burrito, French toast and shashito pepper eggs. All amazing but the French toast style the show. The coffee was also amazing.
The food was flavorful and had unique elements that stood out from traditional breakfast places. We had the salmon Benedict eggs, the salmon roti and the French toast with a side of bacon. They were all delicious but the French toast with challah bread was my favorite. The average wait for a table of 4 was about 30 minutes.
Had the Holy Shishito, Green Eggs n’ Damn, and French Toast — all were incredible! Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully made. The coffee was excellent too. It was busy but we didn’t have to wait, and the staff were super friendly. Little Collins is easily one of the best brunch spots around!
Yeah this is one of the best breakfast places around, no question. Seating is a little tight but everything on the breakfast menu is awesome. The broccoli burrito, the benedict, the rosti, the French toast - there are no bad choices. And they have the best pour-over cup of coffee that I’ve ever gotten anywhere. I’m glad I decided to stop in the first time I walked past them.
Everything was absolutely delicious! The dishes were beautifully plated and full of flavor, fresh, balanced, and satisfying. The Eggs Benedict were perfectly cooked, the pancakes were light and flavorful, and the fruit bowl was incredibly fresh. The orange juice tasted freshly squeezed and was the perfect complement to brunch. Service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was cozy yet lively. A definite must-visit for brunch lovers!
This place has such a nice vibe. Service is great and food is delicious! We had the breakfast salad and granola. Both dishes were well balanced. First time having fresh chili slices in my salad, gave it a nice kick. And the granola dish is the perfect combination of yogurt with crunchy granola, candied peach and something sweet (i think it is something toasted in maple syrup). To top it all off, flat white was smooth. We really enjoyed our brunch.
A must go for breakfast in the mid manhattan area. Phenomenal espresso and hand squeezed OJ. Breakfast menu is small and everything we had was fantastic. As normal extremely tight sitting quarters and very busy. Would love to go again!
Little Collins is a must-visit for brunch in NYC! The cafe has such a cute and charming atmosphere, and the staff are some of the friendliest you'll meet. Our food was delicious, and I especially loved my Shakshuka—it was packed with flavor. Great food, great people, and a great vibe. What more could you ask for?

A very cozy and busy brunch location in midtown. They don’t take reservations so we had to wait 30 minutes but it was well worth the wait. The eggs Benny was very tasty and the bread has the perfect amount of crunch. The French toast was one of the best I’ve ever had. The espresso drinks had a nice richness and not too acidic. Taking off one star because the male hostess who was seating people was extremely rude when we asked about wait time. All the other staff were lovely and helpful.

A very cute and cozy spot to go with your friends. Their menu is great and the food was fresh and delicious, not very experimental but great portion sizes with a great taste. The vibes and the music is better which made us stay longer and enjoy our time. The espresso based drinks are excellent, would not recommend their house drip/filter coffee.
While looking for breakfast spots in the area, I found this spot and was drawn to the challah French toast. Arrived and there was a brief 10 minute wait before getting seated. Ordered the French toast with eggs and bacon (there are no sides of eggs so you have to order the two eggs meal with no toast to get eggs) as well as the fried chicken sandwich with truffle fries. Everything tasted good but the star of the show were the truffle fries! The French toast was lovely paired with the berry sauce although it had a slightly tart aftertaste. The fried chicken was well seasoned and even thought looking at it I thought it would be dense and heavy, but it was a very light sandwich! It’s ridiculously pricey - while the food was good and the service was decent I wouldn’t say it should be that expensive (1 slice of French toast for $22 is kinda insane). Also note: a biscuit here doesn’t meant the flaky pastry but instead means a cookie or biscuit in the European sense of the word.

The service was great! Everyone was very attentive and friendly. I got the fried chicken sandwich with a salad. It was a very good chicken sandwich, crispy with a lot of flavor, but for the price the portions were really lackluster. The side salad was super sad, just some lettuce with dressing, it could have used some tomato or onions to make it interesting.
I wanted to try their brunch menu but I was there a little after 12:00 so brunch items weren’t available. This place is pretty busy with all the office workers around grabbing lunch. Lunch sandwiches are average. The taste is a bit boring but they are nutritious and filling. The service was quick and attentive.

Our food was good, but the service was *horrible*. Our waitress, Kaila, took our order and then forgot about us until it was time to pay. Never checked on us once. Even when paying, she dropped her POS terminal on the table for us to pay and then walked away. Seemed quite rude. I'm glad we didn't have any issue paying because I can only imagine how much longer we'd have had to wait to get assistance! Extremely disappointing!
