Was a little worried seeing some of the reviews stating that the portions were too small, but I got a great portion! Very reasonable price. Good flavor. Enjoyed being able to build my own bowl. Server was helpful and explained the options. Would definitely come back here again.

Jose and the entire staff were absolutely incredible. As someone who’s extremely picky about food—especially when it comes to saltiness or anything that tastes too heavy—I was so impressed. Everything tasted clean, fresh, and balanced. I could even see the team prepping vegetables from scratch, which made the experience feel that much more wholesome. Honestly, it made me feel like I could eat here every single day. I’m genuinely excited to come back and try more from the menu!

I work nearby and eat here sometimes 3 times per week. I always have modifiers and they always are on point. From the manager to the staff, everyone is Friendly and makes you feel at home. They even offer glassware for dine in customers. Prices are fair with large portions.

I stumbled upon this spot and it's like a Cava. They do bowls, salads, and wraps. I ordered the Mezeh Classic bowl, which comes with Chicken Shawarma and it was pretty good! The chicken was moist and flavorful. The bowl wasn't spicy at all and I felt like all the toppings that came with it went well. This establishment is super spacious with ample seating. There's also a restroom and a counter with all the cutlery you need. Staff is quick. Mezeh is your standard to-go meal spot!

My meal here was okay. I built my own bowl and I will say this place has the largest selection of toppings Ive ever seen at a bowl place like there were so many things to choose from. I got the chicken kebab which did not seem like kebab chicken and there wasnt very much of it either. There were much much more toppings so it felt like a toppings and rice bowl. It was pretty good, but wish there was more meat. Out of the toppings though OMFG the crispy chickpeas were FIREEEE I loved these so much the crunch was insane. Also I got a side of pita bread and it was a properly large sized pita! Not those tiny little things other places give you.

It’s a large space with lots of seating. However, they didn’t have pitas available at 12:30pm. They rush you through the line, barely fill your bowl (very tiny serving of protein), and the minimum bowl price is around $15. Definitely not worth it!

I ordered the junior bowl ($8) with an extra side of chicken kebab (+$3.50). The food was decent, very standard Mediterranean bowl that you would expect from any fast casual place like Cava. The ingredients were a bit lacking in flavor and nothing was amazing to me. The place was also severely understaffed on a Sunday evening, with only one cook and one front counter staff running the entire place. I waited 10 minutes (no line in front of me) because they were so behind on online pickup orders. I also initially stated that I ordered a “Build Your Own Bowl” but the staff must’ve misheard and ended up giving me a Junior Bowl - likely due to the stress and rush from being understaffed. One of the registers was also not working. I don’t think I’ll come back as this place seems poorly ran and the food does not make up for that.

I had a terrifying experience with Mezeh today. I ordered a custom bowl to-go to eat at the office. As I was eating, I suddenly bit down on something sharp and hard. When I spit it out, I was shocked to discover it was a staple. As my tongue started bleeding, I felt there were a few more hard objects mixed in the food in my mouth. I spit them out, and to my absolute disbelief, I found multiple staples mixed in with the food. This is a serious health hazard. Had I swallowed one of these staples, I could have ended up in the hospital with severe internal injuries. I cannot even begin to describe how dangerous this is. I am appalled by the lack of care and safety in food preparation at this location. This is completely unacceptable, and I hope the management takes immediate action to ensure this never happens to another customer.

I want to like this place because the food is good, but I’ve had two bad experiences here now and I don’t think it’s worth the hassle. The first time, I ordered in person but the person behind the bar got a few things incorrect. That was a custom bowl, so I can see where that might get confused. Second time, I placed an order in the app for a default bowl at 12:52 that was due for pickup at 1:04. I arrived in other at 1 and It wasn’t done until 1:22. The frustrating part is that people who lined up and didn’t do pickup orders got perfectly reasonable service. It seemed like they only had 1 person doing online orders while 4 or more were doing in person. I’m understanding of tough lunch rushes, but there wasn’t a long line of customers ordering on the line and 18 minutes past the due time is a bit excessive. I hate to be a complaining Karen, but I asked why there was so much less meat than in the photo since it was such an lengthy extra wait, and the employee brushed me off completely and wouldn’t do anything. I’d recommend steering clear of this place if you don’t have a lot of extra time on your hands to wait.

I recently visited this restaurant near my college after seeing some good reviews, but unfortunately, I didn’t have a great experience. The portion size was very small for the price—$14 felt too expensive for how little food I received. I’m used to getting much larger portions at other similar places.They also ran out of several ingredients, which was disappointing. The person taking my order seemed very busy and distracted, listening to music instead of focusing on customers. I had to repeat my order multiple times, and it felt like they didn’t fully understand English . I also asked if they were hiring, but I didn’t really get a response just something like “pay the bill,” which felt a bit rude.That said, the food itself was delicious. I ordered the half falafel and chicken shawarma bowl. The falafel tasted a bit old and not very fresh, but overall the flavors were still good.

This place used to be a good option, but now every time I go to eat, they're always out of ingredients. They don't have everything like they used to; they run out of sauces, sides, proteins, salads, and pita bread. The service has also gotten worse; there's very little staff, and they take a long time to serve you. Often there's only one person working, which causes delays. There are rats outside in the lobby. I'm very disappointed because the restaurant management used to be good. But I decided that yesterday was the last time I would eat there. Because when I went to buy food, I was completely disappointed. They didn't have any kind of protein—no chicken, no lamb, no beef, no falafel. They were only selling salads, so I had to go somewhere else. And all the employee said was that they didn't have anything left.

This place is so understaffed and their website gives you an unrealistic time when your food will be ready. I ordered online and received the notice that my order was ready within fifteen minutes. Got to the place and no pickup orders were on the shelf. It took ten minutes before someone addressed me or the many other people waiting for their food. What's the point of ordering in advance? I might as well have ordered directly from the register. As for the food? Maybe it's good. Maybe it's not. I'm still here waiting. I won't be ordering again. Staff did the best they could.
