A hidden gem in Stony Point! The sushi is delicious and fresh, really great quality. Many of their rolls come with a generous amount of different toppings. The menu offers lots of other food too, not just sushi. It's a calm and welcoming atmosphere run by friendly staff. Highly recommend it!

Usually, take out sushi is a coin flip. Good sushi chefs do not recommend eating take out sushi as the flavor will change within 20 minutes. I’ve eaten great sushi in many, many places and great sushi at the restaurant does not translate into great take out, Min Sushi is the best take out sushi I’ve ever had hands down…. I highly recommend this place. The only downside is the wait time, for a family platter you better give it at least an hour, worth every minute of the wait tho! We’ve ordered the P8 several times, great every time.

Min Sushi is the best sushi restaurant I’ve ever been to. Everything is freshly made and flavorful and the rolls are well combined. It used to take a bit longer to order but with the addition of the new chef there has been a faster service. The owner is really kind and the staff are friendly. Definitely check out Min Sushi in Stony point. They’ve got you!

I had the pleasure of enjoying a delightful lunch at Min Sushi and it exceeded my expectations in every way. The sushi rice was impeccably well-seasoned and cooked to perfection, providing an ideal base for the fresh fish. I began my meal with the Salmon Set, which included one salmon roll and five pieces of salmon nigiri. The nigiri featured thick slices of salmon that were both rich and tender, melting in my mouth with each bite. Next, I tried the Spicy Tuna Set, consisting of one spicy tuna roll and seven pieces of assorted nigiri. The spicy tuna was seasoned to perfection, offering a balanced kick without overpowering the fresh flavor of the fish. Each piece of nigiri was pristine and flavorful, with no hint of fishiness, highlighting the quality and freshness of the ingredients. The Salmon Avocado Roll was another highlight of my meal. It had a perfect proportion of salmon, avocado, and rice, with the addition of sesame seeds on the outside adding a delightful touch of texture and flavor. To round off the meal, I indulged in a bowl of Shoyu Ramen. The portion was generous, and the broth was deep and flavorful, harmoniously balanced with pickled ginger, bamboo shoots, and fresh green onion. The noodles were cooked al dente, and the seared pork added a satisfying richness to the dish. Overall, Min Sushi provided an exceptional weekday lunch experience with its meticulously prepared dishes and fresh, high-quality ingredients. I look forward to my next visit.

We placed a large order from here last night (on a Saturday evening) for dinner. While it did take quite some time to get our order, the sushi chef in there is working alone, the people working here were incredibly kind. Despite having a large order with multiple substitutions/alterations, everything was made as we ordered & accounted for. All of our food was fresh, tasty & portion sizes were very generous. I would recommend ordering from Min, just know that the wait time is made up for with fresh sushi & kind employees. Merry Christmas & best of luck!

Scrumptious delicious sushi! I recommend the Stony Point roll. The green salad was perfect, using a fresh mix of greens and cucumber with the seeds cut out and not too much dressing. Clean mellow atmosphere and kind service. Top notch! Can’t wait to go back.

We ordered poke bowls, and american dream roll, mets roll, and a rainbow roll. They were all FANTASTIC! Our favorites were the bowls and the American Dream Roll. That is probably the best roll I've ever had! Food was delicious and the guy behind the counter was a genuinely kind person which I feel is difficult to encounter now of days. He was very polite and helpful. We will definitely be back!
