Amazing dinner! My server, Sebastian, gave a great recommendation to try the Lumache and it was delicious. Sebastian was attentive, kind, knowledgeable, and provided extremely high-level service. The bread and olive oil provided with my meal was fresh and a perfect appetizer. The Lumache was served quickly. I had a latte to cap it off and also received some house made biscotti to accompany which was a perfect treat to close out. I believe Nizza is an incredible value and can’t wait to return!

Great restaurant with nice, accommodating staff and DELICIOUS food. My wife and I walked in on a Saturday night at 6:30 and only had to wait a few minutes. During the short wait, the host kept reassuring us that he was working on getting us a table quickly. Once seated, Sebastian took great care of us. He was very patient, offered great recommendations, gave my wife a couple samples of wine for her to decide between, and he checked on us regularly. Whenever he did check on us, he'd also have a quick chat which made the experience much better and more personable. The crispy Brussels Sprouts, Gnocchi, and the Lumache were all fantastic. You can tell from the texture of the pasta that's it's fresh made in house. They also have great specials on Tuesday and Wednesday. Highly recommend this restaurant and we'll definitely be back on our next visit to NYC.

Found this restaurant on Google. It was close to our hotel and I am so glad we had that chance to go. Justin was our bartender and server and the service was outstanding. He was very friendly and personable. When we told him that this was our first time visiting New York, he made recommendations on what to see. He was well educated with the food, and the drinks that pair well with it. Overall 10/10 experience. My partner picked the special of the day which was a shrimp pasta and I got the vodka rigatoni pasta and both were excellent. The drinks were perfect. They do indeed have the best espresso martini that I have ever had.

I've eaten at Nizza twice recently, and had wonderful experiences both times. I have celiac disease, and the staff were wonderful in answering my questions. They confirmed for me that they have dedicated water for the gluten free pasta and dedicated pans for the gluten free pizza. Their gluten free table bread is solid. It does have the more crumbly GF texture, alas, but the flavor is great. I think their GF pizza crust has a wonderful texture though. I have also had their GF pasta, specifically the cacio e pepe, and it was DELICIOUS. You'd never know it was GF. The texture and flavor were spot on. My non-celiac dining partners also enjoyed their gluten filled meals! If you are a celiac attending a Broadway show, Nizza is such a great option, given the robustness of their GF menu and their proximity to so many theaters.

I really enjoyed the burrata & bruschetta mix and especially the Bianca pizza. The pizza had a strong garlic flavor which I enjoyed and the Calabrian chilis added a nice kick that made it 10/10. I really enjoyed the homemade rigatoni as well, but it could have been just a tad spicier as per advertised on the menu.

We had a great dinner at Nizza. For starter we had the Arancini which was nice but came with a spicy sauce that didn't compliment the arenchini. We also had the buffalo salad which was fresh and good with a nice touch of grilled figs, the salad was quite small. The gnocchi got a nice touch in the oven, was in the perfect texture and was with a tasty sauce. Tagliatelle flat iron was delicious and came with a crispy and tender polenta sticks and with broccoli. The service was friendly and attentive and the restaurant have a nice atmosphere.

I’ve been coming here about 10 months. The service is unbelievable. They remember your name they find you perfect seating to fit your company. Everyone in the restaurant smiles. Everyone is attentive even the waiters that are not serving you. The manager Anthony is above and beyond and always remembers you when you come in. The food is incredible. We talk about it for days after we eat there.

This was our last stop on our trip here in NY, which was filled with plenty of restaurant stops. Unlike the enveloping sea of Italian restaurants we tried over the last week, this meal was one of the best of our lives. The table outside we were glad to have due to myself being a rather large guy, and the street was wonderful as a backdrop. The sound of other patrons inside mixed with the light music playing made for a great atmosphere. Our server, Sebastian, was superb despite having a full section. We had a lot of attention from them despite the traffic they saw. The manager even stopped by more than once to make sure we were good, which i enjoyed because it showed they pay attention to their staff and make sure they are not overwhelmed. I had the Sunday Meat Sauce which was the single greatest pasta dish I have ever had the pleasure of eating. From the braised short ribs and meatballs to the house made pasta, I would pay any amount of money they would ask of me. The house red pairs well enough with it but could easily go without. My partner had the Cacio e Pepe and, for being one of the simplest and traditional recipes on the menu, was astonished. She claimed it to be possibly the best meal she had ever eaten. There is no place I would ever DREAM to go for Italian food when we come back that isn't Nizza. MUST TRY!!!!

Nizza, you truly outdid yourselves! From the moment we walked in, Anthony and the entire team welcomed us with warm smiles and impeccable service. The attention to detail was impressive, and every dish that graced our table was a testament to your culinary expertise. The crispy Parmesan artichokes, eggplant rollatini, and arancini were all standouts, but the meatball pizza and quarto formagio were absolute perfection. And let's not forget the Chicken Milanese and Sunday Sauce - sublime! The focaccia was heavenly, and the tiramisu? To die for! We're already counting down the days until our next visit. If you haven't been to Nizza yet, do yourself a favor and get there ASAP. You won't regret it! Grazie mille, team Nizza.

I’ve visited this restaurant many times now, but unfortunately, I cant ignore the stark change in their portion sizes. I fear Nizza has become a victim of shrink-flation. Centrally located with a diverse menu accommodating for gluten intolerances and even carrying decaf espresso, I became a big fan of this place. The personal gluten free pizza went from 6 slices to 4 in the past couple of years not even large enough to fill the plate. The flavors are still delicious but its hard to ignore the size difference, There aren’t a lot of places in NYC to get good quality gluten free and I hope they can adjust back to their original standard.

I tried their filet of Branzino alla Ligure ($29), seen only on their dinner menu, it was delicious. it comes with small tomatoes and fingerling potatoes. It was cooked in a way that the skin had a great amount of flavor. The pictures submitted by me here were taken at 4 in the afternoon, accounting for so many empty seats. Days after the owner replied to the Branzino review seen above, I tried the restaurant again. That time, for lunch, I had their soup of the day which was bland. Then I had their salmon which was dry and not flavorful. On another occasion, for dinner, I had their meatball appetizer, which was mild in flavor. My main course was their pork shank which, not including accompanying food on the plate, had little flavor.
