This place is listed as a “buffet restaurant”, but it’s so much more than that. They do have a buffet where the food quality is comparable to nearby restaurants, but OMEGA is also a bakery offering many different sweets, breads, and coffee. The staff is super friendly and the interior is extremely clean!

It was really good. You can have early in the morning already good Avocado sandwiches with all you want, Salomon, eggs etc. They also make delicious smoothies and juices. A part is also the bakery with fresh bagels, croissants and others. A buffet restaurant with hot food is also in the place, already early you can make lunch. If all the fresh food is not for you, from chocolat rips to fridges with drinks, we found all we wanted. Really clean and above the level from the others around.

A must try in the neighborhood! They have breakfast items, salad bar, and an Asian food section. Their desserts are so cool, many different types of beautiful cakes, cookies, baklava, and frozen yogurt. We got chicken teriyaki stir fry and two cakes to try; everything was fresh and delicious. We can’t wait to try more!

Super friendly service, very clean and spacious. Some seating available. A great lunch or breakfast spot! Multiple vegan protein powder and non-dairy milk options. Tofu available at the Asian food bar so there’s vegan meal options as well. Vegetarians would have no problem here, vegans have some options. Cash and credit prices clearly marked (paying in cash is beneficial!)

It is clear that the owner and staff take pride in cleanliness as the counters, displays and hot bar are spotless. The hot bar food is fresh and delicious, with a huge variety to choose from. There is also a ton of fresh produce to select for salads, smoothies and juices. It is so nice to have a clean, healthy and fresh cafe in the area!

i am staying at the aloft hotel near this location. The food is fantastic and the staff are wonderful! My only issues were the narrow chairs inside, which were metal and uncomfortable to sit in. i was actually sliding out and I am only 140lbs and my behind couldn't fit in the seat properly. So, i sat outside. Outside, the tables outside were wobbly as well. But, over all a great place 6/5 stars!! I would just ask them to provide more sustainable chairs!!

Go here for their soft serve ice cream…not even the popular spots or Mr. Softee can beat them on their vanilla soft serve! So delish! Get it with the waffle cone. I’ve had it for three days straight.

For a quik assortment of buffet food its good..the prices are higher than the deli 3 stores north. However they do have a quality selection of desserts in the back.

The place is okay but the prices are crazy. I bought a tiny amount of button mushrooms from the hot bar, they didn't even cover the bottom of the small plastic container. When I was given a price of $7.00, I knew I wouldn't be back. WAY overpriced!

Was excited when this place opened in the neighborhood! It was a good option to grab a quick bite before getting on the train at 125th St. I was then even more amazed after they opened the hot buffet bar. The food was pretty good. Then over time something happened... I went once to buffet bar, got the food to go, came home, started eating and noticed as I was chomping on some of the noodles, there was a long strand of hair in my mouth. I am bald and live alone so I know it wasn't mine or anyone else's in my place. I went back and mentioned this to person the cashier and she apologized. No refund. Just apologized. We all have bad days, so I understood. I decided to give them grace and give them another chance. When I did, I saw two dead flies on the freshly cut up mango at the buffet bar. I went over to the cashier to tell her about it and she said said that she would handle it. So that was about it. I had it. No more buffet food or food made from the store will I be having. I haven't been there since this experience, but if I did go back (they are so convenient, even more so now that the Starbucks on 125th moved) I will only be getting items that are prepackaged.

Pro: clean, well light, they tell you the cash and credit card price. Smoothie was good a little over $7 for a small Con: selfserve hot food was cold when i received it around 9a, not a fan of the avocado toast needs seasoning (or salt and pepper), and the donut was steal I was disappointed for a new store to serve old pastries, but i do recommend them for smoothies
