I've been to this place several when Tom Colicchio was running it - well, you know, his food should never be taken out of the tele into the real world, and it was bloody awful. Now with new management the place really turned around - it's about quality and ambiance, not pretense and sauce doodles instead of food. Smallish, but well executed menu, extensive wine list, competent bar drinks (with 4-6 pm happy hour). Exceptional service, great ambiance.

My department held our Christmas holiday event at Riverpark and it was Amazing and special!! Consistent and productive communication with Emily (events manager) from beginning to the final day of our event. Excellent service, delicious food, great ambiance, lovely and flexible space. lastly, views of the East River are spectacular during day/evening/night). It was a great place with dishes cured to perfection, since it was Valentine’s Day, probably the items on the menu are seasonal, but the level of cuisine was exceptional across all of them, which makes me think that regardless of what you order, you have high chances of loving it!!! The service was great, but they forgot the cutlery once and they took more than necessary to bring a second round of drinks, but it was the only thing… Atmosphere, spectacular!!!

This place looks nice, pretty good atmosphere. Food is different. Salad was interesting and ingredients was unusual. But nice to try. Pasta was pretty simple. The desert was great! So beautiful and tasty! I loved the presentation! I would really come back again for a date

The restaurant's chic, modern design, combined with its breathtaking views of the river, set the perfect stage for an unforgettable dining experience. To start, I couldn't resist the Seafood Tower. This towering platter was a seafood lover's dream, featuring a delightful assortment of oysters, shrimp, lump crab, and tuna tartare. The oysters were briny and fresh, each one offering a taste of the ocean that was both refreshing and satisfying. The shrimp were plump and perfectly cooked, with just the right amount of sweetness. The lump crab was rich and buttery, melting in my mouth with every bite. But the star of the tower for me was the tuna tartare. It was delicately seasoned, allowing the natural flavor of the tuna to shine through. Each bite was a perfect balance of freshness and umami, leaving me craving more. Next, I indulged in the Heritage Grilled Pork Chop. This dish was a revelation. The pork chop was perfectly grilled, boasting a succulent, juicy interior with a beautifully charred exterior. The accompanying charred peach added a subtle sweetness that complemented the savory richness of the pork. The broccolini provided a crisp, slightly bitter contrast that balanced the dish, while the peach rhubarb relish with ginger added a burst of brightness that elevated each bite. It was a symphony of flavors and textures that left me thoroughly impressed. Finally, I was intrigued by the special of the day -- the Duck Cavatelli, and I'm so glad I gave in to temptation. The cavatelli pasta was cooked to perfection, with just the right amount of chew. The duck was tender and flavorful, its richness melding seamlessly with the pasta. The dish was hearty and comforting, with layers of depth that spoke to the skill and creativity of the kitchen. It was a dish that felt both rustic and refined, a testament to Riverpark's ability to marry tradition with innovation.

Riverpark is a modern American restaurant situated right next to the East River. Floor-to-ceiling windows paired with beautiful contemporary design and breathtaking views, dinner is sure on the next level. Check your coats with their friendly staffs and have a seat by the window. Salmon mousse was served as an evening starter along with bread and butter. Riverpark’s cocktails are tasty and not watered down by using a legitimate big block of ice. Cheese and meat board is neatly organized with the right pairings. Shrimp cocktails are like jumbo prawns freshly caught and chilled then served on the table. Today, they have an appetizer special of hamachi crudo with sea urchin. So delicate and full of umami flavor. Ribeye for two is absolutely fantastic and it was what you expect in a modern American restaurant. Save room for their amazing delightful desserts and a small little surprise at the end of the meal.

The menu was a play with Spanish and American Cuisine. The Aged Gouda on the Cheese plate was delicious. The Chef visited our table, and gave us two extras ox tail pastry and vanilla biscoti. The Roasted Mushrooms with Sherry Cream sauce was phenomenal. Highly recommend the roasted mushrooms. Ambiance was great and the view of the river is perfect for special occasions. If you're seeking Spanish fusion Fine Dining with a great view, this is the place. Very attentive service. Great place for a birthday celebration.
