It was an incredible experience, not only does this place become an incredible and truly terrifying haunted attraction, but then it also then becomes a Christmas nightmare and then also a Christmas Wonderland truly an amazing experience that I’ve gone now two years in a row that I recommend so many people if you love horror and also enjoy attractions and the most delicious donut you’ve ever had
Wow, I am not into haunted house usually. We went to Frostbite tonight. AMAZING!!! The staff were so nice. The scary people inside were top notch. It was a mad dentist theme and one very creepy nurse had teeth falling out into her hand! She scared the hell out of me. Very authentic and well done from start to finish. The “elf on the shelf” dude was another highlight. I highly recommend and will definitely go back for their Halloween event!
SO AWESOME!!!! I'm giving this 5 out of 5 only because I can't give it 100 out of 5, that's how great it is! Very highly recommended!! This was our 2nd year here and it was fantastic!! Great detail goes into every attraction. The scare factor is always lurking around every spooky corner. The hayride is awesome, the Headless Horseman rode up behind our hay ride. The corn maze leads you through many houses of horror. Loads of scares 😱 and loads of fun!!!! The Scream Pass is extra money, but it let's you jump ahead of the long lines, so worth it!!
This was the best attraction I have seen and as a Halloween enthusiast, I have seen TONs (I'm from another state). The themes and ideas were brilliant, especially the motel, diner, very last haunted house, and hospital scenes. Really well done! The details on every single prop, room, and scene were impeccable. I wish I could have stopped and examined all the props and details in all of the houses! The crowds were well organized, and there was a good amount of food, drinks, merch, and decor to see after the event. The prep for this must have taken a whole year and more! Thanks for such a great experience!
Worth it - this place exceeded my expectations. The imagination and artistry that went into every single attraction (there were 13?!?) was mind blowing. Each one was so inspired and had so much attention to detail (I wish I could've lingered in some of them longer). It was well organized and each attraction led seamlessly into the next. It didn't feel rushed or overcrowded despite the huge turnout of attendees. The cast also seemed like they were having fun which is always a bonus for me. I would recommend Headless Horseman to anyone who enjoys spooky season activities!
We had a phenomenal time at the Headless Horseman! The haunted houses, hayride, grounds, and extras (e.g. food vendors, gift shop, etc) were all fantastic, with lots of attention to detail and several features we’ve never seen before (and which I won’t spoil by describing them). It takes several hours to get through everything, so well worth it. We were also impressed with how organized everything was - the lines kept moving, and we barely spend any time waiting because this place was run like clockwork, but without making us feel rushed. The actors and event staff (including security) were kind, friendly, helpful, and funny. We’re already talking about our next trip. 10/10!
We had an awesome time!! This was our first time attending and it was great from start to finish. The wait to get in was very short, we attended 3 weeks before Halloween and we got online tickets 1 day before. There were plenty of open slots. Although there were a lot of people, since they have the time slots it doesn’t feel too busy and they keep the lines moving. It’s very efficient. The place is huge!! The sets are actually insane, it felt like stepping into a movie. The amount of actors was perfect, and the balance of animatronics and statues had us guessing who was real and who wasn’t the whole time. It was a very long experience and included a hayride, outdoor walking paths with sets and many haunted houses. It took us about 1 hour and 45 minutes to finish the attraction and then we stayed for about 30 more minutes to eat, take pictures and just enjoy the place. It really is amazing. Very detailed, thought through, and entertaining. It was unlike anything we had ever seen, and we’ve been to many haunted attractions. Their midway is also fun and decorated beautifully, and is a great place to stop and get a snack, hot chocolate, cider, donuts, etc., take an picture with The Headless Horseman himself, and they had shops to get souvenirs, and plenty of tables and chairs to sit with large groups. The whole experience was well worth the ticket price and we hope to come back for years to come!
This place is very fun! I always get the scream pass because I hate waiting on line and id say its very worth it, I barely waited 2 minutes to get into the haunted houses with the scream pass. This place has 3 main haunted houses that are longgg you basically go through room after room with different themes and inbetween the rooms is like a corn maze walkway that also has scary people spooking you. Very fun and well made every room feels very realistic. Of course the machine jumps cares aren't super realistic but there fun and creative and tastefully placed. Id say the worse thing about the haunted houses is when this place is super crowded cuz then u got other people so close to u while ur going though it but its also fun seeing other people get scared lol. Also this place has delicious snacks and donuts and a fun magician show. Over all a fun Halloween activity to do. Also I see a few kids here every year, idk if id bring my kid here but there are people who do it lol they also added alcohol this year so def check out the tavern and grab a drink!
I am a big fan of all things scary and haunted. Coming to headless is such a great experience. This year I decided to splurge on the scream pass and it was more than worth it. There were multiple times where it was just my partner and I walking through the haunts, making us the main targets for all the scares. When we were done with the haunts, we made our way over to the picture booth to purchase our picture. Only to discover I had lost our card with the scan code. The woman working the booth took the time to search for our specific picture, and found it! We couldn’t be more grateful. I love the fact that there is so much to explore when you’re done with the attractions. The illusionist show, the cafe, the shops, etc. Will be back for more.
Wow! What great changes for this year's Headless Horsemen Hayrides! The Scary Clown 🤡 Theme, Killer Hospital 🏥, Killer Wolf 🐺 Theme Hayride, and scary Interactive Pumpkin 🎃 Head Corn Maze were all screamers for everyone there! 👻 😨 😱☠️ Even amazing cider donuts and apple cider! Try the new Horsemens Tavern is also a great stop through this great adventure for refreshments! 🍻 🍷 🥂 Make the trip, it is definately worth it! ✨️
At first, I liked that we sat on hayride facing out, but the one side doesn't get to see anything. Since you are sat so close, its hard to turn around. The props were first hand. Would have liked to walk thru more slowly, but there wasn't much time between groups, and people were stepping on the back of your shoes. Some rooms didn't have any jump scares at all and just full of fog. The actors we did see were spooktaculare! 5 stars for the pumpkin careers. I didn't see any sign indicating who the carver or carvers are, but kudos to you. Most likely will come again
An okay experience - worth it if you need something to do on a weekend with a group of friends. When you first enter, the event is extremely well organized. Security is polite and efficient. The stores are cute and we really enjoyed the hot apple cider while we were waiting on line. The actual haunted houses were okay. The hayride script honestly gives too much of the game away, it’s heavily reliant on the tour guide to provide a compelling performance and ours was definitely more comedic than scary. Which is still entertaining but not what I paid for. You guys have beautiful set pieces but it doesn’t feel like they’re used fully. The haunted houses are okay. The set pieces were really good but there needs to be way more staff. It felt like we were interacting more with the animatronics than actual scare actors and it was a little disappointing. There were times we were walking for 5+ minutes without seeing a single scare actor. Also feels like someone has a real fixation on smoke machines to an unhealthy degree. Some of the rooms had my group coughing because the smoke was so dense. My girlfriend and I have also had coughs for the past few days and she got a nosebleed the next morning (something that hasn’t happened in years). Speaking of scare actors, some of them get way too close for comfort and need to let people leave when they want. We got stuck in the circus because one of the clowns would not let us leave and kept saying he wanted to “breathe your air” to my girlfriend and got uncomfortably close to her face. The scare actors also LOVE screaming in your ears when they haven’t gotten a scare out of you. The magic show was great though. So were the drinks. My group had a lot of fun but didn’t come out of it a lot of scares. I think HHHH has great potential but atm feels a mile wide and an inch deep.
I enjoyed it for the most part. Only a few thing I had to say that I was disappointed about was: my family and I were in a line to go not sure at the moment. we already finished everything but we didn’t know it was the hayride again. After speaking with the character who didn’t break character, she pretty much said have you been here before and we said yeah we’re trying to find if this is the way to get out or another haunted attraction we missed. She was all like hang here and we shouldn’t have survived then like three people came, and they were all like telling us not to be in here so it kind of felt like we were getting in trouble(I could’ve sworn it said you can go to as many attractions as you want). I didn’t like we didn’t get to see whatever show it was almost 9 at night. We were already there since 6 and didn’t want to sit around and wait for another 45 minutes. Also wasn’t able to see the headless horseman. He was the main reason why I drove 3 hrs and I couldn’t even get a picture with him But during the hayride he was there, but we cannot take video or picture during the hayride. 2 of the attractions were very smoky. It was hard to breathe and absolutely hard to see.
The attraction delivered excellent visuals and a great vibe, kicking off strong with a cool hayride experience. The merch store was a highlight, offering well-designed shirts. However, the experience was significantly hampered by the continuous, single-file walkthrough, which killed the scare factor due to a complete lack of spacing between groups. The overly chatty narrator also distracted from the atmosphere. Given that we paid $240 for two VIP tickets during the first week of October 2025, the flash pass felt unnecessary, and the photo booth was drastically overpriced. Overall, strong aesthetics, but the execution of the scare experience needs serious work.
