Took the wife out for a date night. Our first time here and we weren’t disappointed. The service was excellent and the menu had plenty to choose from. I settled on the prime rib and she picked the filet medallions. We both got the loaded mashed potatoes for a side. I also opted for the French onion soup. The steak and prime rib were excellent. Probably some of the best we’ve had. The loaded mashed potatoes weren’t bad. They lacked some seasoning but were whipped to a perfect texture. The French onion soup wasn’t bad either but didn’t really suit my taste. It was a little too garlicky. But it’s still worth a try. Overall, this is a great place for a date or even for a quick bite. We will definitely come back. The kids menu has several options as well so we will be sure to bring our kid so they can try it too. We also ordered a couple of mixed drinks to try. The Bahama Mama- excellent Old fashioned- perfectly made Bloody Mary- good garnish but wasn’t a fan of the flavor.

I had always heard great things about this establishment and let’s just say they were spot on. Absolutely loved the food, the service and the atmosphere. The Mac Daddy burger was fantastic along with the cheese curds! We will definitely be returning customers!!

We recently moved to Newburgh and have been trying to find the best local restaurants. We had passed Prime Time Pub once or twice and decided to stop in for dinner last night and couldn’t be happier with the place. The food was incredible, unquestionably the best burger I’ve had in the area so far. The prime dip looked and sounded so good that we came back again the next day and it didn’t disappoint. Very reasonably priced, especially considering just how good the food was. Our server Lindsey was phenomenal as well. Extremely attentive to the table making sure we were taken care of, as well as great recommendations and and courteous service. Prime Time will definitely be a place we visit often!

This place is a true hidden gem! We come often from Henderson just to eat here. Their prime rib is melt in your mouth and they have THE BEST sweet tea!!! Every waiter/waitress I've ever had here is very attentive and friendly. 20/10 recommend this place!! Also, they have the best cheesecake and rotate flavors often. Everything we have tried here is amazing! You also get free homemade chips as an appetizer!!

Excellent food and exceptional service. The pork sliders were so tasty, best I’ve experienced. The smokey ranch dressing has a wonderful flavor profile that I used it as a dip for the homemade potato chips. The Prime Dip sandwich had thinly sliced prime rib, peppers and onions, cheese, and was accompanied by some very flavorful au jus sauce and horseradish sauce. We went back on Sunday for brunch, great biscuits and gravy, and loved the pancakes with fruit!

My favorite restaurant still fails to disappoint me. I absolutely love the food and the staff here. Tonight i had Katie and Audra behind the bar serving me. They were spot on with their orders, professional, and easy to talk to. Keep it up ladies and ill keep coming back. Btw... get more pork shanks in stock!! Lol

First time here. Place was nice and clean. Promptly seated. Our waiter was extremely nice and made the visit pleasant. I order the mac daddy. The burger was cook well and was extremely good. I'm not much on the fried chips maybe let the customer choose a side with out a up charged because I didn't eat any of the chips. I also think that you should add the onion straws as a appetizer. I would come back again and try something different. Keep up the good work!

The food was delicious and while the price was a bit high, it reflected the portion sizes and quality. The pretzel sticks tasted wonderful. Takeout was ready in the time expected.

My brother and sister in law came in town on Sunday 9/28/25 & we decided to have lunch at the Newburgh location. We were seated immediately on the patio. Our waitress was very nice & answered all my sister in law’s questions about her seafood allergies. She reassured her the seafood is fried in a separate fryer. My brother ordered the blackened chicken quesadilla ( $13.49) & a side of fries. ($2.99) My sister in law ordered the chicken sandwich with sweet potato fries. ($15.49) I decided to order from the brunch menu the waffles which said comes with 2 waffles with butter and syrup. ($9.99) The food came out fresh, hot and delicious. I however will not reorder the waffles because they were the tiniest waffles I have ever seen. I’ve eaten at your establishment many times before and all the portions have always been generous. This dish is overpriced in my opinion for the miniature size waffles that were served. They were the size of the palm of my hand for reference of the size. This doesn’t include any sides either. I hope in the future that you might readjust and include a couple more waffles on the plate. I will eat here again but will stick with burgers & sweet potato fries which are very good.

Nice decor. Friendly server and attentive. Food had good taste and wasn't too long of a wait. Little over $20 with tip. A bit higher than I usually like spending for lunch but it was good.

Overall a decent restaurant, waiter was friendly, immediately served with a pitcher of water and bowl of chips. Decent allergy awareness, didn’t give me the completely safe feeling when we went over what was dairy free but it obviously all was. Pretzel sticks were good. I did The Prime Cut prime rib, I was disappointed. It was a good size, cooked great, but it was cool. I prefer my prime rib to be warm/hot. The flavor didn’t really jump out either. The Au Jus wasn’t really spectacular either but it was alright. Side of fries and tater tots, again not the best but not the worst. Wife got the Prime Dip sandwich. She said it was good! She also got a Dirty Shirley, we both concurred, it was horrible! With tip we were at $101.14 which in my opinion is high for the quality received, if we were closer to $60-75 range we’d probably come often but at this cost I’m not sure.

My husband and I visited Prime Time Pub & Grill in Newburgh for the first time. My chicken tenders were inedible. They had overly thick, hard breading that overwhelmed the dry, rubbery meat. The fries were cold and soggy, though their flavor was decent. On a positive note, my husband really enjoyed his burger and cole slaw. Our server couldn’t remove the seal from the new ketchup bottle due to her long fingernails and left it for us to handle, which seemed unprofessional. The patio table was dirty when we were seated, the indoor floors were sticky and made noise as I walked, and the women’s restroom was visibly unclean. I didn’t raise these concerns during our visit to avoid an awkward situation or potential tampering with our food. However, the noticeable issues suggests a need for better oversight by management. Overall, the food quality and cleanliness need significant improvement.

Took my furbabies out to lunch today (05/11/2025) of course sat outside in the patio service was good, meat the heat burger (asked for a little pink) was dry as all get out!!!! Had to drink 2 glasses of water & that still didn’t help!!! Got a grilled chicken breast for the kiddos (didn’t know until I paid they have a dig menu) will take them back again, as I do like the meat the heat burger… thankfully it was half price burger Monday!!!
