Went here with my son , my wife and her grandmother. Each one of our meals were salty. I'm not even sure how that's possible but all of them were. My son would not even eat the bowl . I got the grilled steak and it tasted horrible. The price did not fit the portion we received either. It was not out of price range for us just felt for the cost we would of gotten more. And well our food to taste Good.

Portions have gotten extremely small compared to what they used to be. The Changed the original salsa. Burritos used to be $5 here. They out priced themselves on this product. Ate the burrito and I was still hungry. I have not had good luck at this location. The Bloomington location smoked this one

It’s really hard to leave a review for this place because I absolutely love Moes, I love the staff, I love everything about this place. I just don’t understand why the hours don’t get updated online. It’s so frustrating to try and come to eat here across town and show up to a business that’s closed when online it shows it’s open. I even took pictures of the new hours and sent them to Google to have them update your hours since the owner is choosing not to. Hopefully reflects soon because I really would enjoy to continue being a customer here but very disappointed in how the hours are being handled.

Food was not worth the price. The girl behind the counter was in such a hurry to get is out of there, I missed half my ingredients I wanted on my bowl. The dining room was actually open for dining, the make counter behind the glass was a mess, all the ingredients we're not clean at all. Not impressed, Won't be back here again.

So as I walked in you could feel some kind of tension I got to order my food and I ask the guy if I could get extra rice he proceeds to put a little bit and I asked for a bit more he said in a shitty voice that's all I can give you as he looked at the manager and I said I had no problem paying for extra they weren't trying to do a decent portion for the price is why I asked for extra. So after that I go through the rest of the order and head home got home half the rice was still rock hard the food tasted as if cilantro was the only seasoning they used . I like cilantro but it needs other things . Needless to say I won't be returning to Moe's again

Got there 30 min after they opened. Ordered a burrito. The chicken was old. The black beans was very old. You could tell it was left over from the day before. Worst Moe’s I’ve ever ate at.

Placed a mobile order then went to go pick it up and that’s when I found out I just made the biggest mistake of my life. Food was picked up assuming everything was correct as it should have been. But it wasn’t…..drove all the way back to work to find out it was done incorrectly. Tried calling them hoping to make an easy fix but boy was I wrong. The manager said we needed to bring everything back along with the receipt. We only have an hour lunch so me and my coworkers were on a tight schedule. Instead of helping us (the customers) who paid for the food, the manager was unwilling to help. We just wanted the food we paid for nothing more nothing less.

So this is the size of a current taco (notice the mini butterfinger for size estimate). Used to be I could go in and just get two tacos, and it would be more than I could eat…So imagine my surprise when my boyfriend brings home these miniature tacos! I will say I called and the employee offered to give me a refund. I asked if they changed the size of the shells and they said they did not, but I can tell you these are most definitely way smaller but the same price as before! Disappointed

Qdoba is way better with portions and not charging for queso on your meal. Today I got a burrito bowl and the rice was hard and nasty. I called in hopes of getting the next lunch free since this $15 meal was so bad and the manager told me I would have to bring it back and they would replace it. I said I couldn't since I was at work and after work I would have to pick up kids and get them where they needed to go. So then he proceeded to tell me to bring it back whatever day I could make it. He also continued to say it was fresh rice and he was looking right at it and there was nothing wrong with it so insinuating I was lying. Unbelievably terrible customer service and I will not be back!!!
