My wife and I really enjoy the pizza @MOD! If you like thin crust the standard pizza fits the bill, but if you want something closer to pan style chewy crust the "mega mod" (double crust) is the way to go. Absolutely love that you can choose all sorts of toppings for the same price. Save room for the "no name" cake, it looks like a ding dong but delectable enough to share! We plan to make this part of our regular dining lineup!

Franchise is great, fully customizable pizza. For some reason mine came with about a pound of cheese on it though and it overwhelmed all the other toppings, had to pull about half of it off

The water tasted like mold Which is in the drink fountain So I told him and they didn't do a thing about it They literally just looked at me and said okay And the girl that was serving me. She didn't have a smile on her face either

My 1st Experience Was Not The Best. Staff Was Very Kind But My Pizza Wasnt Great. I Got Buffalo Chicken Pizza On Gluten Free Crust. I Love The Options & Variety Of Toppings. The Chicken On My Pizza Was Extremely DRY & Not Nearly Enough Sauce. I Will Try Them Again & Hopefully Have A Better Review.

We've ordered successfully a couple times in the past, so we know they can do good pizza, bit tonight we received two incorrect pizzas. The tickets on the boxes were correct, but the toppings were all wrong. When I called, they could only issue a refund if I came in and spoke with a manager. We don't ever go to the store and always have it delivered, so that won't work. No refund. And to top it off, the delivery guy carried the bag sideways and everything slid. Who carries pizza sideways?!

Picked up pizza and two extra cups of sauce for me and my brother. One cup was fine and one was weirdly pressurized and rotten. Guess who got the rotten one? The pizza was fine, though. Please take better care to keep food fresh. I will always love your blackberry lemonade though. I hope this isn’t a regular thing because me and my family love MOD. Will be back soon

Ordered 3 pizzas - received 2… via uber eats -got refund via uber but does little good for person minus a meal… will never order again… pizza was average at best - hassle of scrambling to find another meal for missing food

Vwry bad customer service. They cannot effort to give an free kids pizza offer. Kids pizza means just cheese oizza they cannot add on it being vegetarian what we would have asked just olives and they cannot effort to give olives. I asked for well done pizza and look at the picture below 👇. This is the reason why there is no one going there compare to azzip. on top of that customer behind me she was very nice she just offered topping for the same kids pizza nicely so i saw racism too. Very disappointed

Ordered their thick crust pizza thinking the whole pizza would have thickness but what a joke it is paper thin and only the outside crust is thick. I also order it cooked well done and that it sure wasn't cooked well done either. I won't be wasting my money here again.
