We had the most wonderful experience tonight thanks to our server. She was attentive, kind, and genuinely warm from the moment we sat down. She checked on us without hovering, kept our drinks full, made sure our food came out right, and handled everything with a calm and positive attitude. What stood out most was her energy. She made us feel welcomed, not rushed, and valued as guests. You can tell she takes pride in her work and represents IHOP extremely well. In a world where customer service can sometimes feel rushed or disconnected, she went above and beyond. Please recognize her for her professionalism and kindness. Employees like her are the reason people come back.

The waitress was the best waitress we have ever had while at this Ihop location. Her name was Kay. She was extremely fast with our drinks and food. The food was topnotch, and she was super kind and friendly. We will definitely be back soon!!

EXCELLENT SERVICE! 10 stars for Kay!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My husband and I hadn’t been to IHOP in nearly 8 years but he was craving crepes so we decided to give it a try. When we arrived there was only one family there so we were sat immediately and offered beverages. The menu is huge!! So many options. It took me a while to peruse the entire thing. He wanted the Nutella crepes from a past experience but he decided on the banana fosters crepes and he said they were delicious. His hash browns were crispy and eggs over medium cooked perfectly. I had a cheese omelette with a stack of buttermilk pancakes. The pancakes melted in my mouth. They were some of the best I remember ever having. My omelette was tasty too although I do prefer a fluffier omelette. It was very good,we cleaned our plates. The restaurant itself needs a bit of an update.. a little decor would go a long way. But we weren’t there for that. The real reason we will be back was because of the impeccable service. Our server KAY was amazing!! Some of the best customer service skills I’ve ever experienced. She was very personable,kind and outgoing. She made sure we felt like important guests. Kay took pride in her job and is by far one of the best servers in Evansville. Well done!! We look forward to returning soon.

The hash browns were overcooked on one side, and not cooked on the other side. Hash browns need to be flipped to get done thoroughly. Aside from that, everything else was good. Kay was excellent!

Our server done great but there was many employees standing around or sitting with only 1 rolling silverware. It was a little slow though. Food came out timely and was great.

My food (Classic Eggs Benedict with hash browns) was good, but my wife's biscuits and gravy were cold. The server apologized and didn't charge us for what was cold. It was also a bit loud, but that's just how it is in a crowded restaurant. All else was fine.

I ordered a dish that had two eggs, two slices of bacon, two sausage links, and french toast. I ordered my eggs over medium, and they were cooked to perfection. My wife ordered pancakes with maple syrup and peanut butter. The service was a little bit slow considering they weren't packed, but once we got our food, it was good. The waiter was kind. He seemed to be new. He forgot to bring a couple of things we asked for, but we gave him a good tip anyway. He seems to be a nice kid. If this review is helpful, please acknowledge that.

Food was luke warm, bacon was almost burnt, coffee tasted burnt. We bkth needed refills on our water but sat there with empty cups due to the server disappearing after bringing us our food. We thought we'd give it a try after not going there for a couple years, but do not forsee us going back.

Nice enough maybe a bit better than average IHOP. We had breakfast with coffee and the Bacon Avocado Eggs Benedict. Coffee was fairly good and so were the Eggs Benedict. Nothing was truly exceptional but the service was good and efficient and the food was better than expected

The portion sizes have been cut in half and were the same price. The kitchen didnt read the ticket properly and messed up our food. Our server was amazing and apologized for the new management. If it wasn't for her we would have left. We are regulars here and were very disappointed with what management has done with the place.

Servers did not act like they wanted to be there. Gave me one ticket then gave me another ticket at checkout and it was more money. I just paid it. I will never eat here. Servers on phone clearly not wanting to be at work. Cooks seemed happy to be there should have tipped him.

So the past few times I have been here something has gone wrong the first time I went there since they’ve opened at this address the food wasn’t cooked at all undercooked. Second time I went there was a straw that was used in my husbands cup that had been used. Then today 2/14/2026 there was a piece of plastic in my husbands piece of sausage and all they want to offer is to remake the food. And also the straw in the cup again happened then there sweet tea also was not sweet at all tasted like it was sitting and not brewed at all.

Worst food ever, from the coffee to the hash Browns, eggs for an omelet were scorched which changed the flavor of the eggs. The lack of meat, too much cheese and the worst crepes to ever be made. But the waitress was very nice.

My wife and I love IHOP. We have always had great service and great food. This morning we went there for breakfast at around 7:30 AM. We waited 10 minutes to be seated while the waitress was talking to a kitchen person. She seated us and took our drink order. 10 minutes later we got a water and my coffee. After 20 minutes she never took our order. They were not busy at all. They had an entire section closed and where we were sitting they had plenty on seats. We at that point decided we would just leave. The service was terrible. I will never go back.
