What a great place to get food, I used to go almost every single day, I tried almost all of their dishes they were all good, I definitely recommend it to everyone but if u don't wanna be on long wait line better don't go at lunch time, it gets really crowded and there's not enough seats for all. Long line only 1 cashier, I even ask if they have more cashier because there was a lot of people waiting and the boy said they don't have it I was wow. Horrible experience in the drive thru, I asked for something simple a two piece white meat chicken meal with two loco side salad with only 4 avocado salsas and one creamy cilantro dressing. They give me the wrong salsas, no beverage and don't even look at you or say anything at all. These girls need better customer service and if don't want to be there well get another job simple as that. Do your job right or don't do it all. I used to be a worker for pollo loco before when I was younger and no matter the job even if I hated it I would do my best period.
