Second weekend in a row they do not brew decaf option forcing people to buy Americano and charging a dollar extra for it. Edit: they relied stating it was just a supply issue, which is understandable.
I would give this place 5+ stars. The person at the counter was very friendly, caring and courteous. Visited here twice in last few weeks, the staff wore masks and gloves, they saw me use a plastic bag as glove and offered me gloves for my use. Felt safe to visit this place during covid
The store is sooo cute & the staff are very friendly for LA. The mask ordinance is a bit much for small businesses like these but I’m hopeful people will support great chains as they change some of the restrictive “rules” anyway great CM! Informative staff & good music what else would you want from SBUX
I love this Starbucks location. And the barista in the morning knows my name. So I got the bacon gruyere egg bites, and the top was a little crispy..... SO GOOD!!!! They don't usually come like that, but they were amazing lol
I had left my wallet there, the manager put it away in the safe and my husband was able to retrieve it. They have a great crew thank you Starbucks in Stevenson Ranch.
This location is awesome! Great and prompt service. Love that Starbucks now has sandwiches as well. Will definiely be returning.
We were on a long road trip from San Francisco to Los Angeles with two kids under 2. After tons of pit stops we ere still 40 min away and need to grab milk for our daughter. They let us purchase steamed/warm milk and then helped us to as much cold milk as needed to get it the right temperature.
Nice view, plenty of room, clean. Nicest of 3 Starbucks I've visited in the Santa Clarita area. Grocery store nearby if you want more variety of food, but be decent and buy at least a coffee here if you'll use a table.

5 Stars – Great New Spot with a Hardworking Barista Stopped in around 7:15 a.m. at the Starbucks in Stevenson Ranch. The store is new, clean, and surprisingly not crowded for that time of day. The young guy working the counter was holding it down completely solo—making to-go drinks and serving customers inside. You could tell he was expecting someone else to step out and help, but no one did. The look on his face said it all, but he still kept things moving with a great attitude. I left an extra tip—he deserved it. Definitely a solid location with good energy and a hardworking crew (even if short-staffed that morning). Will be back!
Great location, friendly staff. I come here often because of the late hours compared with other Starbucks in the area. Make sure you remind the barista to get your personal cup discount. They are pretty good at giving you the cup discount or rather remembering to do it. It's just that we are all human and people sometimes forget. Otherwise it's a really good location.
The team at this Starbucks is exceptionally friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere. It is evident that the management is effective, ensuring a well-organized and smoothly run establishment. The strong sense of teamwork is palpable, reflecting positively in their customer service. I would like to express my gratitude to Amy, Tawni, Jenn, Genesis, Sam, Emma, Tru, Christian, and Rebecca. Their collective efforts have transformed this branch into a delightful, friendly, and yet professional environment. The experience here has consistently been a pleasure, thanks to the dedicated and personable staff. Kudos to the entire team for their outstanding work!

Drive thru server was friendly and patient. Scones tasted good but could have been warmer. Drink was made correctly. Overall, it was a great experience
The baristas are super friendly, helpful, and willing to accommodate any dietary restrictions that they can. The atmosphere at this Starbucks is very comfortable and clean with excellent customer service. 10 out of 10 in all areas.
This is a very remote Starbucks so it's nice that there's not that much traffic and you're able to get in and get out fairly quick and No complaints about the food or drink. Services very nice too
I really like hitting this Starbucks location for business meetings, plus it really has one of the prettier exteriors around. They have a nice patio outside that's private and shaded, and some nice spots for grabbing a cup with a friend. Of course, the staff is always super nice, as you'd expect from Starbucks, and they have so many good options for satisfying your coffee craving. Now that I think about it, a Cold Brew sounds good right about now.
Usually stellar in almost every way, on this visit thecservice was lacking and the selection of food itens was limited. I had to have my drink remade due to it being too bitter. All in all though it's a great place to enjoy a meetup or just hang.
Nice Starbucks. Good view. Nice places to work. Services mostly very nice. One time they got my order wrong, but were eager to redo my order.
After a weekend morning walk, one if not all of the family gets a drink, and of course, this Starbucks never fails to quench our thirst. The pink drink is always a favorite after a 3-mile walk up and down the hills of Stevenson Ranch. Service has always been on point -- friendliness, clean counters, and quick service.
Always friendly and good service. And today they took it to a new level - I was walking in to pick up my mobile order and the girl working the mobile orders saw me coming and met me with my coffee 30 feet before I even got to the door! Put a huge smile on my face!
This is my favorite Starbucks which has a huge indoor dining area and also a spacious outdoor patio overlooking the mountains. Great place to enjoy a relaxing getaway with your favorite coffee or beverage. The Staff and General Manager Amy are extremely helpful and friendly. I am looking forward to return to this Starbucks location in the near future. First time trying their new "Oleata" line of specialty coffees. This is my favorite coffee. It's smooth, creamy and has a great taste.
My wife and I came to this Starbucks yesterday because we were in the plaza and my wife wanted her chai latte. I told her to place her order through the Starbucks app to avoid the line or just waiting at the store longer. When we arrived to the store, she was able to find parking easily and there EV charging station here as well. The drive thru line was very busy so it was good we chose store pickup. When I walked inside, the place is a decent size and they were busy. My wife chai latte drink was already at the pickup area and they change the cup to a reusable cup. They also have outdoor seating here as well. My wife drink was made right and she like it.
Has to stop in, reroute due to traffic on freeway during a really bad storm place was packed. Staff was upbeat, polite and fast. Quad Espresso Latte was perfect. Thank you for the quick pit stop.
This Starbucks location is at the top of the hill with great views from the outdoor patio. The store itself is modern and very clean. The employees were very friendly and service was fast. I would definitely come here again.

Came here for a matcha latte and a chocolate croissant. Both were good and the staff were all very friendly.

Everything is great, however I wish there were more options for computer workstations than the tiny bartable they have. Also something that is bad across all Starbucks I've been to. The temperature management is terrible. Maybe it's cheaper to freeze the place out in advance of the outside temperatures rising than to incrementally manage it, but it's absurd that all of your customers now have to wear jackets inside your cafes. When you're in a Starbucks next, ask yourself how many people are wearing jackets. See for yourself.
Love the baristas. Most are great people. Food and coffee are not as good as elsewhere and very overpriced. We go there simply due to convenience.
Used drive through and I always request light ice. And rarely do they actually do it but this one was great and employee was a pleasure thanks and keep up the good work 👏

during the day the people are friendly and get you in and out fast. at night time they are to busy socializing dont clean the bathrooms they smell like urine and would rather empty trash than take your order. so go during the day the morning people are wonderful.
The only time when this Starbucks has good service would be at night and when you are lucky maybe during the day. The mornings at this Starbucks are slow, even when the line has gone down. Most of the employees during the morning and afternoon shift do more socializing than working. I am waiting for the new Starbucks in Newhall to open. Now I prefer to head to the drive-thru in Canyon Country. The quality of coffee is okay.

The coffee was ready but I was expected t o wait for the several other folks ahead of me who were getting the same piece of loaf bread but heated up before I got mine. I didn't think it was that complicated but the employee I asked about gave me a death glare and a snotty response (and I was more than polite to them). Sheesh. But look. It's Starbucks. You already know you're getting overpriced goods.

It's always a mixed bag here. My coffee is hot one visit, next visit the cashier is tilting the coffee dispenser of the remaining coffee that has been sitting there for god knows how long and now I have a lukewarm drink. They feel understaffed at times and the cashier always seems distracted. Something always feels off at this location, it feels mismanaged.
I used to really enjoy this location.today i ordered my favorite drink. but i am very unsatisfied, i paid extra to buy 4 cups of dragon fruit. i drink there often i looked and knew it was not enough for my 4 cups. but the staff said it was enough for 4 cups. and i checked it. this is the second time i really feel uncomfortable.

they do not focus on in house guests. It took them seven minutes and a line out the door to actually take orders that weren’t drive through or mobile. very upset with their service, or lack there of… terrible terrible terrible job starbucks. also there coffee is burnt more times than not.
Went there this morning and had a horrible experience. I worked as a shift supervisor for 2 years for Starbucks. They fell so far behind on drinks they could not catch up. They were making all the drinks wrong and tried to cover it up. The shift supervisor was too busy warming food instead of taking over the bar that 3 people YES 3 people were working and they still could not get drinks out or make drinks correctly. I ordered the pumpkin cream cold brew and they gave me iced coffee and when I told them it was wrong all they said was we can add some pumpkin spice to the top. Which it was supposed to have already. They were behind on regular orders, mobile orders and remakes on drinks. This is not this first time they have made my drinks wrong and when you tell them it’s wrong they come back with attitude. I will stick with my regular store.
The new lids for hot beverages are horrible. I didn’t even make it a half mile down the road without spilling… The lids do not hold up and stay on and taste horrible. Not to mention they absorb coffee like a sponge and become like wet paper. There has to be a better biodegradable option. I will not go to Starbucks locations that have these lids. The worst ever.
If I could give 0 starts I would. Megan sounded so bothered taking our order. We had a drink order and needed gift cards. She never smiled and rudely handed us our drinks, gift cards and straws. We said thank you and we were ignored. Megan needs a class in customer service!
I had an unfortunate experience at this Starbucks location on July 22nd at 1:56 PM (Order #5308). The barista at the drive-thru, a blonde young woman, was notably unprofessional and discourteous throughout the interaction. When I attempted to order a Trenta-sized beverage, she curtly informed me that the largest available size was a “large.” After checking online and confirming that Trenta is indeed an available size, I politely showed her this information. She then acknowledged that I could order it, but added that she would “have to put a bunch of ice in it,” which seemed unnecessary and confusing. Ultimately, she handed me a Venti instead, without any explanation or eye contact. The overall tone of the interaction felt dismissive and indifferent. I’ve already reported the incident to customer service, but I felt it was important to leave this feedback publicly as well. Customers deserve to be treated with basic courtesy and respect, and that was clearly lacking in this instance. This Starbucks usually has the most kind workers

Hours are incorrect. Doors were locked by 9:00 on a Friday.
They should change the hours on google they close at 10pm instead of 11pm like how it says
Worst cup of coffee ever. I don't know who touched what before handling my drink. But taking a sip, all I could taste was someone else's food. I had to toss it out. What a waste of money.
The new lids smell like foul milk. I can’t describe it. I had to throw away my coffee because every sip I took smelt atrocious.
I always come to this Starbucks, and I always feel so welcomed here but not today. The cashier Gigi was very rude and kept rolling her eyes at me when I was ordering. She seemed grossed out and disgusted to be working. She kept rolling her eyes when I kept adding drinks, as I was ordering for my family. Today was not a good day at this Starbucks. I usually don’t leave bad reviews but this lady had a horrible attitude!! I work in the customer service industry as well and I was taught to never treat a customer the way the lady treated me. It’s basic common sense why treat another human so rude for no reason? If she doesn’t like her job she shouldn’t be working there in the first place.
