Tasty subs with quick, personalized service. Though it seems like a typical sandwich shop with typical sandwich options, the food is made fresh with a lot of flavor. Not a lot of indoor seating, so may be difficult during the lunch rush to find a place to eat, but turnover is quick.
Any sub you order is fresh and delicious. The service could be a bit more attentive. I was ignored while waiting for the line to die down. I use a cane, so I didn't appreciate waiting since I was only picking up my sandwich.

The staff and manager of this location are next level. I just watched them hustle through a Sunday lunch rush while waiting for my order. The manager was motivating his team with positive feedback and they were all working together like a well oiled machine. I got my order quicker than expected and everything was delicious!
My favorite sandwich spot, better than Subway for sure 💯

I went in on Sunday with my dad at around 3pm to buy some subs, and they were very good. I got the club supreme, the Buffalo Chicken and the Philly Steak sandwich. Mind you we live like 25min from that location and the sandwiches weren’t soggy, the customer service was fast and quick. It’s the best location where they make the sandwiches to perfection. The order also came up to 62$ for 3 subs, we’ll be going back soon.

Stopped for a late lunch (3:30) and was surprised to find 70-80% of the tables with crumbs on them. With 5 employees behind the counter during a slow period, I’d think that someone would have the time to wipe them down. Also, very minor thing, but the knife used to cut my sandwich had mustard on it that spread to my sandwich. Really not a big deal, but I’d suggest at least a quick wipe down between the knife in between customers.

The crew needs retraining as the standards are lacking. LAX is better than this location.

The sandwiches had a lot less meat in them and they weren't very good. I usually go to the one on Soledad and the sandwiches are much better. Philly cheese steak wasn't good and neither was the portobello mushroom sandwich. Stick with cold cuts.
Horrible customer service and a huge let down. My son and I came in no one greeted us. Only one customer ahead of us. A another customer walks in gets greeted and they also took his order . One of the girls behind the counter asked if I was trying to order I had to stand behind that customer. Just a horrible attitude and not friendly at all. Latino customers don't seem too welcome at this location!
2nd Time to this Jersey and both times were terrible. The sandwich has no meat and the girls working there must really hate there jobs. So sad to see cause every other Jersey in the SCV is great and never had an issue. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone I will drive farther just to get a good sandwich and great service.. First time I never tipped that's how bad my experience was.. Owner should fire the whole staff and restart..
I usually NEVER have an issue with Jersey mikes. I was so excited to introduce my friend to it since it would be her first time. We’re starving, but patient since we’re not too familiar with the menu and I was curious to try something new. As we’re looking at the menu, (the lady who was extremely impatient and abrasive with us for no reason. I didn’t get her name but this happen last night 3/8/25 & her coworker on the grill was Emma Lou) yelled over to us that when we’re ready to order that the line would be over there. I took that interaction with a grain of salt because we weren’t ready to order yet and we had been standing off to the side for a minute discussing the menu. Once we were ready, the way she took our order was so hostile and hurrying us along. Simultaneously interrupting us while taking our orders and getting the order wrong. I ordered a mini turkey and provolone and just as I was about to ask for it to be double toasted she RUDELY interrupted me asking me what bread I’d like and immediately after telling her she rolls her eyes and turns around to make said sandwiches without even attending to my requests that I couldn’t even ask because her attitude was so abrasive and completely unacceptable. Given the fact that it wasn’t even busy, it was 8:15 and given the fact that after I told her I wanted my sandwich toasted she just removed all the avocado lettuce and turkey and cheese and slightly toasted my bread instead of just owning up to her mistake and remaking it. She didn’t ask for my mikes rewards either and I had it ready for her to scan. The only reason I was aware of this was because of the two older WHITE men behind us who ordered and the lady offered him to use his points. I don’t know if she’s racist, or has esteem issues. But being the fact that this woman has multiple complaints. She should be dealt with and or let go. Especially if she’s representing “Jersey Mikes”
I love jersey mikes. We go here for lunch all the time for work. However today we ordered 5 sandwiches. I personally ordered the Supreme club, mikes way, no onions. When I received my sandwich, it only had meat. Also a whole tuna sandwich was missing from the order. This isn't the first time this had happened. Please be more organized. I'd hate to take my business to subway.
I came in 25 mins before closing they made my sandwhich in under 5 mins that means 20 mins before closing.. The girl at the front takes my order didn’t even ask me if I wanted it for here or to go & then mentions they’re about to close in a couple minutes.. but it says they close at 9pm It’s barely 8:40 as she’s telling me this. She was very rude and wanted us to leave. If you didn’t wanna take my order or deal with anymore customers you should’ve just closed the store.
I’ve been here twice and the first time the restaurant had dirty tables and flies everywhere. The floor had food scattered all over and the bathroom also needs to be thoroughly cleaned. The second time I went in very similar environment. I almost walked out because as a pregnant women I was nervous about getting sick due to the conditions that the staff were preparing the food. The cutting board was filthy with vinegar, oil and lettuce but that wasn’t my biggest concern. They put the spices container, vinegar bottles on top of the cutting board and then moved it by wiping it down with a generic towel they reuse over and over. At other locations, they prepare the bread on a wrap. The bread was leftover from another sandwich they had made before and it had been sitting on the counter for a while. Again flies were roaming. When I brought it up to the girl finishing up my sandwich looked shook, but had no problem cussing prior to that moment alongside another coworker and a manager. Why hire so many people on a shift if no one can clean and have a sanitary sandwich prep area. The meat/cheese slicer was also dirty with meats left over from prior sandwiches.
UPDATE!! April 22, 2025 Revisited this place after 5 years! Yes, decided to give it another try. BIG MISTAKE!! Employee named Carolina was ringing up orders while cutting and wrapping sandwiches. I told her to please not touch my sandwich after she touched the register. She said, “I touched it with my knuckle“ and proceeded to laugh and roll her eyes with her coworkers. She went to change her gloves and her coworker asked what’s wrong. She was laughing and rolling her eyes. I told her that what she did was a serious health violation. She just kept laughing. I told her I was glad she found it funny and that I would report this incident. She seemed throughly amused. I’m so disappointed that this is the kind of employee you are hiring. Not only did she know that touching the cash register while handling food was wrong, hence her knuckle comment, but she didn’t care one bit. FYI: Touching a cash register and then directly touching food without washing hands in between constitutes a health code violation in California! It’s not petty, it’s DISGUSTING!! Employee named Anthony wrapping and cutting sandwiches by the register needs to change gloves after touching cash register, dirty rags, and tables. So disturbing! Told several employees. No one seems to care. Will be contacting health department.

A kid was on the tablet touching and swiping and holding the tablet with noth hands and did not change his gloves and then stuck the dirty gloves in all the ingredients and bread and meat, very disgusting and unsanitary, if a health inspector witnessed this they would have been docked points or worse depending on how many violations. Management dropped the ball at this location, used to be good but no anymore. I threw my sandwich away l what a waste, and ate somewhere else, and no i did not want another sandwich, who knows how many days dirty gloves have been dipping in the pickle juice and then dip same dirty gloves in the lettuce and other ingredients for how many days it has been festering and grwoing bacteria. I own a restaurantand this tainted this sandwich chain for me, never again especially if all the chains follow this disgusting way of business, they also have many 1 star reviews about same thing 6 month back go read for your self, I guess management loves their pay check but does not love the quality of a clean place and having returning customers) Old review from October 2024: This location as well was extremely wonderful. Clean, and fresh feeling. Happy staff and the girl with the 2 ponytails and the gold band on her arm is the star of the show. She handled everyone's order and kept that ship afloat. You can tell when you walk in she is the main part of that team. She was on point and got the line out fast. Food was delicious and definitely coming back to this location more often when I am working in this area.
