In a tourist spot like this, he is well versed in customer service and provides services that a tourist will surely have a great experience. Great job!!! Local pizzeria, great for a quick snack. Pizza was great here, and the fries were fresh. Order was made accurately and quick. Definitely would recommend trying if you’re in the area. Great customer service!

Great pizza! We enjoyed our food and their special pizza is definitely the best choice! The fries was good too. The costumer was great and our order was ready in about 10 minutes which was fast compared to many other places. The indoor seating is cool but we walked for 2 minutes and sat by the bay. Highly recommended! Make sure to check it out! The public parking is only 2 minutes away!

So glad we stopped in here. Plenty of seating, view of the marina and ferris wheel. The pizza was great. We had the house special. Kids loved it, the customer service is amazing, super friendly and helpful. Will stop in next time in in town!

$5 a slice and it big! I tried not to eat and drink before whale watching, trying to avoid the restroom but it backfire lol. Wondering around looking for cheap eat. Went inside since it wasn't crowded and my eyes looking for the decent cheapest food for my temporarily hunger. Wonderful services and staff.

Really cool chill spot especially if you’re looking for a slice! Right by the ferry and the pizza here is really good. You can customize an individual slice however you want which is a rarity! Pizza was crispy, melty cheese, with a nice crust! If you’re hungry and in the area this is a great place to stop.

This is no joke. The best pizza place out there. The workers are SO nice and chill. The pizza was cheese pull from the pizza in UNBELIEVABLE. And definitely made an unforgettable there.

I can tell why there are certain people that don't like the place because the crust is very crunchy but it is so loaded that it is really good I am surprised by the other ratings because I completely disagree

⭐️⭐️⭐️ Came by Azar’s Gourmet Pizza on a Saturday around 2 PM. Got a slice of cheese pizza for $7.02—simple, fresh, and tasty. The crust was crisp, and the cheese had good flavor. The shop smells amazing as soon as you walk in. Located near the Balboa Fun Zone and just steps from the ferry dock, it’s a convenient stop if you’re in the area. Pizza took about 5 minutes—hot and fresh. Plenty of seating inside, even on a weekend. 💡 Tip: A bit pricey for one slice, but fast service and great location help make up for it. Azar’s – One slice, full satisfaction. 🍕

The cheese was not very flavorful, and tasted a little like plastic. It could have used a lot more of the red sauce to improve the sauce to cheese ratio. The bread of the pizza is very thick, but the crust tastes good on its own. I was anticipating an NYC style pizza, and that’s not what I got, so it wasn’t a pepperoni slice that I enjoyed very much. I didn’t get to try the NYC pizza around the corner, but I might try that one instead next time.

Ok for a slice & a drink if you're in a hurry or to kick-back for a break. That's about it. Right next to the auto ferry. So there's plenty to keep your attention. There has to be better pizza in the neighborhood because you can go to a grocery store to get better pizza, wings, lasagna, & garlic bread out of the freezer. Not one person in my group would go back there again.
