This little taco joint is right off the beach. It packs a lot of personality into its limited space. A bodega with about three small outside tables and two small inside tables, the staff is friendly and easy to talk to. Food seemed to come out immediately after ordering. The food is decent, but I like their fresh made chips from the corn tortillas they cook in the deep fryer.

Excellent restaurant, I got three tacos and a can of soda for $10. Excellent service wonderful atmosphere and fast and fresh delivery of food. I was shown this place by my very good friend and I will plan on coming again if I'm in the area. I highly recommend this restaurant and establishment because of its variety and menu and I enjoyed their delicious food and I say it's very authentic and ideal if you're looking for Mexican food in the area.

So went down and checked this place out on a Sunday I mean it’s killer down there. It’s nice beautiful beach. I think the owner was running the register and was super sweet. The tacos were great. The fish tacos, the shrimp tacos and the Asada tacos were all bomb, so I definitely recommend and it says tacos Cancun right in the name. The fries, rice and beans were bit as good. So go here, order tacos, and be happy

The woman owner who helped us was very nice and welcoming. Attentive and gave suggestions. Let us know about drinks available at Cabo Cantina. We ordered a few items and they were good. Shrimp taco was fresh and shrimp flavor was not overpowered by the toppings such as the chipotle sauce. The asada tacos had a good serving of meat, the tortillas so soft they fell apart in your mouth. The meat was so fresh and tasty that a little splash of lemon highlighted the flavor and no salsa was needed. The guacamole was chunky and fresh, we didn’t feel cheated (aka we are Mexican)! Ambiance was good, not too crowded, and pleasant music in the background (not too loud). Well thought out and well executed beach front restaurant. Bravo! Conclusion: Would recommend!! Will come again next time we are in town.

Buenísimo!!! (Great service, vibe, and great tacos!) Tina (the owner) is wonderful, the place has a great artistic feel (limited indoor seating but not really an issue with great weather year round). Service was great, prices were appropriate and flavor very authentic while still having some fun twists for some menu choices. The grilled fish taco was especially good! If you’re looking for an authentic taco, great vibes and fair prices, definitely come check this place out and support a local business!

I stopped in with a friend to give this place a chance. I'm glad we did the owner Tina was there to take our order and make us feel at home. The food is good and the owner is delightful. Stop in and give it a try prices are reasonable too.

Wow, the food was incredible! I was at the beach for the day and looking for a place with vegan options. Ordered the vegan chicken tacos and was floored at how good they were. Chips and guac were bomb too but those tacos!! Seriously, I would drive back just for those!

The owner is an absolute gem and the cook was so accommodating. This was the only meal that our toddlers finished our entire vacation!

They have a fabulous separate menu selection that is all VEGAN! Really enjoyed the vegan “chicken” & “ground beef” tacos. Homemade salsa was tasty too. Outside seating was nice. Tina served us and was very warm and welcoming. 😊❤️

Our group of 6 (4 adults and 2 kids) had a great experience at Tacos Cancun! The food was so so fresh and very delicious. Very friendly and speedy service too! I wish I had photos of the food but we devoured it before I could snap anything to share. We had the chips and guacamole, quesadillas, and multiple #8’s with tacos and enchiladas. Would definitely dine again!

Love this please but the hours need to be updated. We got here at 6:25 and the gentleman said we could order to go because he was closing in 10 minutes. Best vegan chicken torta in OC. Call to make sure they’ll be open.

Pretty solidly average. I am from Minnesota and actually have way better Mexican food back home. The enchiladas didn't have much flavor, but I did really like the homemade chips. And props for the Frida Kahlo mural.

What Happened to being open till 9:00pm a bunch of got off The light boat cruise , hungry . Busiest night of the year ! And closed way before 9pm . Was so disappointed.
