Service here was really good compared to other taco bells but I really don't like the building. The interior shows its age; from the old tiles to the beat down chairs and tables. This place really need to be remodeled but good was good and employees were great.

The dollar menu for breakfast or lunch is great, but the main menu just doesn't make it worthwhile for the price or assortment! I wish that they offered real Mexican food at a reasonable price instead of putting their basic ingredients in different combinations of their few ingredients! Even their tacos could be more authentic, with real recognizable ingredients ! When you order anything, it never appears to resemble the pictures that you order from!

Their ratio is about 8 orders to DT and 1 lobby, restrooms and lobby was dirty, they call the name and drop the bag on the counter, uninterested about customer

They closed 20 min earlier than expected. Sometimes you want Taco Bell and the fact that they closed was diabolical. They could have added $100 more dollar to the night for 5 more minutes

We were visiting the area and stopped by for a quick evening meal after a long day traveling and on the beach. The food was prepared quickly, however one main item was left out. We didn’t notice until we returned to our hotel. The overall cleanliness was mediocre, more to be desired for sure. The food was just ok.

Worst customer service of my life, they refused to serve me my food and then I found a piece of hair in my fries, and they didn’t do anything about it except give me one fry. Please don’t waste your time here.

All that these people know how to do well is how to mess up your order. I asked for Mountain Dew Freeze, I got Mountain Dew with ice. Then I check the bag, there's no straw. And the fries container is upside down. And the tacos are cold! What am I getting here some left overs?

Honestly worst experience I’ve had with Taco Bell. I placed two order online separately. When I got to the drive thru I told the guy I had 2 orders and he was only mentioning my first order. So I drove up the window to show him I had 2 orders even showed him the receipt and he was saying they didn’t have it being all rude, he said to pull around again because he “had another car behind me” but I pull around and there was no car whatsoever, and tells me thru the speaker like I was a new customer, knowing he told me himself to go around, then when I get my orders they were both incorrect! Will never be at this location again!! Don’t go here guys !!!!!!!! STAY AWAY !!!! From my experience the Night Shift is horrible !!!

The only reason I come to this location is because I work next door. This place has the absolute WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Corporate do yourself a favor, clean house, and get some employees in that will be grateful for the position. If I could give negative stars I would! Also I may add that any of the good reviews you see on here is because the employees asked for them and bribe you with a free drink. I’ve been asked to leave a 5 star review for a free drink or free food at least 4 or 5 times.
