My first try at the new location in Niagara Falls, Ont. The biscuits are so good. Over all pleased with food quality except the gravy. It's okay, like a poutine type gravy, but I was expecting brown gravy for the fries. I was a little confused while waiting since people who ordered after me at the counter recieved their orders first...but after how hot and fresh everything I ate was (and after a few bites realizing I was just hangry) I am happy to give this 4 solid stars.

My wife and I stopped here randomly on our way home from a show at the Casino. This was our first time trying Church's Chicken and we were pleasantly surprised with how good the chicken was! There are some similarities to other chains, but what stood apart was that the chicken pieces were not as greasy, and the coating had an overall better taste with some nice crunchiness. We also tried some wings, which were very good as well. Service was friendly and efficient. It looks like this is a relatively new location as there was some renovations going on, which made it not the best for eating in. Also, we had to wait about 20mims for wings, but I assume this is not typical as it was close to closing time.

Their cheddar honey bunds were very delicious. Chicken was great but fries was ok Seasoning and breading on chicken were on point, tenders were were ok but missing seasoning, might be because we got the mild compare to the chicken. Over all a great place if you are craving fried chicken

I brought the kids in today for lunch. It was very busy when we showed up. I though the food was very good and the wait time was fair for the amount off people there. I thought the price was very good. The restaurant was clean. I will return for an another meal.

The 3 piece spicy fried chicken was incredibly juicy, not greasy, super reasonably priced, pieces were large and chicken quality was top notch 👌🐔 The bathrooms, on the other hand, were more eventful than I wanted them to be... 2 of 3 bathrooms were out of service, and the 1 "operational" bathroom's lock did not work, I had people walk into the bathroom while I was using it! 🚻

Good food, great service! Tried the regular and spicy chicken and both were fresh and tasty. The onion rings and fries were tasty as well and so was the coleslaw. It took a long time to put the order together which causes the fries and onion rings to get cold, but the chicken was nice and hot. Ordered a few dipping sauces and was a bit disappointed of the size for the mayo and spicy mayo (very small compared to the rest of the sauces). Overall it was a good experience and would recommend it. I felt it was like Popeye’s but at a lower price.

The place is cold inside, very unwelcome. Order didn't have any napkins or ketchup.

Grabbed some chicken burgers from an app. They were ready extremely quick. One burger, the chicken was overly dry and very thin, almost inedible. The second burger had more meat, a little less dry, but the chicken was rubbery and hard to chew. The batter was ok, but bland. Barely any sauce on the burgers, thus not helping with the dryness. I woke up with a sore and upset stomach the next day. Very low quality chicken for their $15 burgers. I cannot comment on their fried chicken, but chances are I will not be going back.

Stopped by Church’s Texas Chicken while visiting Niagara Falls and, unfortunately, it was a disappointment. The fried chicken was tasteless, overly oily, and felt like it was slapped together without care. Some of the tenders were dry and overcooked, and the sides didn’t impress either — nothing felt fresh or properly prepared. Overall, the food just didn’t feel professionally made. The seating area is fine, but it wasn’t cleaned properly — sticky floors and tables that weren’t wiped down made the experience even less pleasant. The staff were polite and the location is convenient if you’re nearby, but the food quality and overall dining experience really need a lot of improvement. It’s convenient if you need a quick bite, but I wouldn’t go out of my way for this place and likely won’t return.

Worst service I have ever experienced in my life. I came in for a pickup order on Uber Eats a there was an option to toss your wings in sauce for an upcharge. The lady working ( she was the bigger one) was not helpful at all and extremely rude and this isn’t the first time her service was horrible. I finished a 12 hour shift and came to pick up food with the worst service possible. She didn’t even want to compensate for the up charge. Bunch of scammers

I have heard so many good things from friends about this place. Specifically the Hamilton location, but I tried this one in the falls. I stopped there last night and was severely disappointed. I ordered a two-piece chicken with onion rings. I had a very hard time understanding the counter staff. The wait it was really long. There was one other gentleman ahead of me waiting as well. There was a lot of chicken just sitting in the hot holding area and the staff kept passing it back and forth from the kitchen to the front counter. It seemed as if they just kept reheating it. While I was waiting, I attempted to use the washroom, which was disgusting and smelled of urine. I asked for the white meat chicken and when I open the box, I had two pieces of dark meat. One of which was pink and and there was still blood near the bone. I did not eat it. I tried the drumstick, it was very chewy. For at least 2 hours after this meal my esophagus was coated in thick oil residue. (Imagine drinking castor oil) The only thing that was decent was the biscuit and even that was a little doughy. The whole experience made me sad because I was looking forward to what I thought was going to be great chicken.
