Went there last night for New Year’s Eve! I really enjoyed myself!!!The drinks were reasonable .And there was a band,That was playing some of my favorite Tragically hip songs.

Been here 3 times with men's hockey team. We had steak dinner cooked at a medium/medium well, it was very tasty and juicy, baked potato with sour cream and butter and a medley of vegetables with a fresh roll. Excellent dinner very fulfilling. First night had an American style pizza, thin crust and well topped along with wings either mild or hot not over powering cooked perfectly, not small wings good size ones with option for blue cheese or ranch sauce and lots of raw carrots and celery. Staff took great care of us we had a party of 20. Have taken minor hockey teams there before same service perfect for a large party and well prepared for us, ability to feed a team of kids and parents in one place without any chaos is a coach and managers dream.

I was a visitor, first time there. An the casino had expensive drinks. But this place is the cheapest in the area an their servers were great. I came to this particular bar for 4 days in a row, while on vacay an they were great. EVERY time I was in there, cheapest price in the area.

This place is lowkey but the place to be. Super cheap drinks but that's not the best part. Bartenders are fantastic, super personable, especially if Becky is working. She'll make the best drinks, and any request you have she'll make it. I'm from out of state and the vibes here are real. P.s. request the Becky Bomb 💣 , you won't regret it.

Had a great time at Legends! My boyfriend and I were visiting from out of town and Legends was walking distance from our hotel so we decided to have lunch there. The food was great but the customer service was even better! Jenny was our waitress and she was so attentive and friendly. She made sure we had everything we needed, made sure we were happy with our food, and even recommended some fun things to do while we were in town. Highly recommend! We would definitely go back! :)

Had a night out to share in each other's company and for over coming obstacles in life. Accidentally overpaid Natalie the bartender $50 and she so honestly let us know. Amazing service made for a really wonderful night out! Thank you Natalie! You're amazing!

Great place good conversation wonderful people just minutes from the falls .had lots of beer and fun,,, lots of food and entertainment in the area walking distance to my hotel stayed in the area 3 days and had a wonderful ti.e hope to come back to see y'all o e day thanks a whole lot,,,, and keep up the great work... on my way to the strong museum of fun,, another something on the list,,, great place thanks for the beers!!!!

Service is unrivaled! The bartender was very personable and so sweet. The drinks were to be expected. This is a diamond in the rough. Keep in mind that this isn't a bar at the Ritz. Overall this was an amazing experience. I would rather come to a comfortable bar with real people than anywhere else! Was here last night. Had to come back tonight!

Great service. I don't know the bartender's name, but she was amazing. She knew her drinks and was able to give awesome recommendations. Would highly recommend this bar when compared to others nearby. Cheap and good quality. If you aren't paying her enough then you need to step up your game. She could work anywhere else and be appreciated twice as much, or more. Good job!

Friendly place right in Downtown Niagara Falls, the heart of the tourist area. Great staff, and a good variety of drinks, domestic and foreign, large breweries and small.

Very nice food and very busy, only downfall was that waiters didn't know who was serving table which meant we having to keep reordering and waiting over half a hour for a drink and what appear to be the manager wondering about drunk.

Good atmosphere, I went for Karaoke night. Had a blast. Can get crowded if enough people are getting food from Papa John's.

It really should be Legend's Bar. A great place to relax and have a cheap drink or beer. There is NO grill. Bartenders are good and friendly. Only place to get food in the Quality Inn is a Papa John's pizza station.

Excellent food and service! All the food gotten by our group was excellent. Wait was a bit long, but worth it. Would definitely recommend, especially as many other places had an hour or more for wait times, but we were able to sit down immediately and order here.

My first attempt at Indian food. It's a buffet so several different things to try. Staff was very helpful. Handicap accessible. Moderate prices and worth the money

I'm there every Thursday for karaoke. Great people and drinks. They have a Papa Johns in the bar now (Hard pass for me) and Becca the bartender is the best, Love her!!!

Very friendly and pleasant staff with prompt service. We traveled from Wisconsin in a group of 9. Everyone wanted something different. We ordered everything from a hot dogs to stuffed chicken and pizza and chicken wraps. ALL of the food was great. I'm glad we took the chance dispit the reviews I read. I would recommend this place to anyone.

We were very hesitant on coming here due to the reviews we read but we took a chance. Yes it was a quiet atmosphere but our food came out quickly, the waitress was polite and when we made a mistake in ordering the restaurant still provided us an appetizer for the wait. I felt the overall experience was not a bad one. I ordered the pizza and wing combo and they were both great.

We came in after a long day driving. There was no menu and no one greeted us for over 15 minutes. We got up and walked somewhere else. This place seems more like just a bar.

Don't order chicken wings from this place they are from Bollywood and were served rubbery and we weren't able to eat them. We requested new wings three times and they were all the same very disappointed!!!!

The veggie burger definitely is made of chicken. And, be prepared to wait for your food. And drinks. Just go to the bar to get whatever drinks you want! I will say, steak fries were yummy.

Sitting here, haven't evens received my food yet, but even the finest cuisine probably wouldn't bring me back here. Service is horrible. Waittresses are unfriendly and slow. Too bad everything else was closed today.

We attempted to Have dinner at Legends while we were passing through New York to see the Falls. We walked in and the restaurant was dirty. We were seated at a dirty table outside and waited for the waitress to clean it off. Once seated we never saw a waitress again. We waited for about 15 minutes before we gave up. Another couple who was seated before us still hadn't had their drink orders taken either. We got up and walked around the corner to Hard Rock Cafe and had a much better experience.

We stayed at the Sheraton and Googled a place to have a drink. This place pops up. Great 1 block away. they had a DJ! Great! Sat at the bar ordered a couple beers. Sitting around talking. And every time I looked up in the corner a group of Italian guys are staring. Lol I told my lady. Is it me or are they staring .Nope wasn't me. By the second beer I was like let's just go. Not worth my time. We are on vacation to enjoy ourselves not to deal with idiots. So we left. Not my type of place.

The bartenders are great and the patrons are lovely (for the most part). Unfortunately, the manager, Lenny Bevilaqua, leaves something to be desired. He expects the patrons and contracted staff (DJs, etc.) to also act as security, and has even threatened a DJ's future bookings over it. It's really quite absurd. But don't bring any of this to his attention - he'll tell the bartender not to serve you and tell you to never come back.

We had dinner here. We were sat right away and our watress was great we order chicken diners they were large and fantastic. We then came in for breakfast the waitrest was great. The only thing I would have liked was the tables and chairs put back in place and the floor vacuumed

Post said karaoke started every Thursday at 7pm. Arrived at 730, no one was there, not even a bartender. Front desk of the hotel knew nothing, though bar was in hotel, door to bar directly across from hotel front desk. We did not stay to find out what happened, instead driving to Buffalo for entertainment.

Dirty and broken tables and chairs. Too compact to everything else with the hotel and papa johns. Leaving a mess where everyone goes. Horrible drinks and unappealing.

Staff couldn't be bothered with customers ask to order a meal and they tell me the kitchen is closed at 6:00 at night? Really? The seemed to be annoyed that we disturbed by paying customers.

So we go to Legends Bar and Grill and they have a buffet for 1299 and when we ask where is the buffet at it was right behind the waitress and there are only four items needless to say that the food was so bad I still have scars down my stomach from the chicken I never eat there again the place was so dirty only one good thing the staff was friendly but they don't take care of their place and never come back again to eat

Was posted that bar would be open until midnight. And our party of 6 were told we were being kicked out at 11pm by a very rude hostess. Left $30.00 in credits in music machine..

I've been in a couple times. Service decayed Everytime. Don't waste your time or your money here. Plenty of much better places, all over.

My personal opinion i don't like the buffet the food dont taste that bad but the presentation was kinda fugly first and last time me going to this places total deception.

Food was terrible. Ordered 2 cheeseburgers and it took 55 minutes to get them. How can you screw up cheese burgers.

Food sucked salad tasted old, brick oven pizza tasted like they set it on a brick outside the building and cooked it with a torch!

I just visited this place with my family of 5. And let me tell you it was the worst restaurant that you can ever go. The waitress was so rude, never greeted us and he took forever brining our food even though the place was empty, the buffet wasn't even in service. There are no refills for drinks, the food was terrible to my taste. I don't recommend this restaurant not even to my worst enemy.

Folks, this is "Niagara Falls" "Legend's," thank you for having a bar that is open late and having a great selection of beer; that's what the one star is for. The blanks are for the rest of this place. Basically, just read the reviews about service and food. Can you Improve "DRAMATICALLY?" I hope it's possible. I hate to write bad reviews, but you need to know...

The pizza doesn't come from their kitchen, and it looks a mess. I ordered the pizza and wing combo and the cheese was only in the middle of the pizza so it slid right off when pulling a slice, I have about 4 slices of pepperoni, the edges of the pizza were burnt and overall disgusting. And the wings were SUPER salty. I won't go again.

Ok soo, this place sucks.. Servers and bar tenders have no clue what they are doing, they literally look lost. Ordered wings and a quesadilla, brought the quesadilla out 30 minutes later..it's was made wrong. Wings came out 40 minutes later...also wrong. Fries were cold. Didnt have any marinara sauce as advertized in the menu. Pizza logs were cheese sticks with pepperoni. Ketchup bottle was empty. Very dirty place, the tables are not cleaned off of food and beverages of last customers. Avoid this crappy place. .....but the onion rings were good.

Total joke. I picked this hotel for the pool, restaurant and bar. And guess what….pool was ok at best and bar was never open. Countless people walked in asking about the bar. And no one there to sell or open the bar. Total joke. Don’t go here. Don’t support this type of business

This place in conjjunction with the indian rest was AWFUL!!! Food was very skow com2ung and terrible. I had to ask for silverware and they served drinks in the cans. I ordered the fish fry..it was overcooked and they served me some COLD mixed veggues from a can.. Save your money and go to THIRD STREET RETREAT AND EATERY.

Very boring every time we needed a drink the bartender was no where to be found. Very big place but was empty so don't understand the long wait for drinks. The bartender said the reason for it being so dead was because it was off season. Whatever an off season is for a bar I have no idea.

Apparently they don't offer takeout, but they will speak too quickly to understand on the phone, add "Sorry", and then promptly hang up on you before you have a chance to respond.

Terrible service! Waited at a table for 10 minutes before being acknowledged. Restaurant is dirty, floors disgusting and look they haven’t been cleaned in years.

Terrible service, got 1 drink and told me I couldn't buy shots for my group at 1050 bc she closes at 11. Instead of serving patrons she cleaned up the bottles the last 25 mins. If you're open till 11 then you serve a 2 second shot. Lots of patrons tried to get served as she cleaned. You lost money and customers.

My family & I went to see the Falls a few days ago and decided to have a late lunch here. Our waitress was a total snob. And it seemed like she was the only waiter because we had to wait over an hour for our food! My father actually had to get up and talk to this lady & ask him where the heck our food was -she had no clue what he was talking about and was useless--my father was so close from going into the kitchen (where our waitress was now) Then she came out and was giving my father a hard time. We decided to go, even though our food was right there on the platter in her hands. It wasn't worth it. The service was horrible, the waitress had horrible manners & it was just a horrible experience. After we walked out, a couple other tables had done the same & our snobby waitress screamed at them, "FINE JUST GET OUT!!!" would not recommend this restaurant at all..

I was staying at the hotel and called down to order a pizza. The person who answered the phone answered by saying "hello? - Oh! Legends" I asked to order a small pizza and she had to ask someone else if they could do that. Then she said it would be ready in 20 minutes. I went down to get it 25 minutes later. The two waitresses working were both confused and one went to the kitchen "to find out". An older guy came out and asked if I ordered a small pizza and came back with two large pizzas. There wasn't anyone else there, and they sat on the counter. He went back to the kitchen. I ended up standing there about 20 minutes. None of the people I dealt with gave the impression that they had ever filled an order before. In fact, each one looked like they were on their first day of ever working in a restaurant. The pizza tasted good.

Worst service ever! Bartender saw us sit down at table. 2 young men at bar,only ones in place besides us. Totally ignored us for 5 minutes ,finally had to ask how we order and was told we had to go to counter to order Papa's pizza. Acted as if it was too much effort to acknowledge us.Unbelievable.

Sat down to have breakfast. Waited an hour to be served. They had mixed up two different tables orders and after the waiter touched to food to figure out what was what we got up and left. Upon seeing us get up and leave, at least 3 other tables filed out the door after us. (There were only 7 tables total occupied at the time.) This place is in the Quality Inn and suites at Niagara Falls and also has a negative effect on them as I will not stay there anymore because I enjoy having a restaurant and bar within the hotel I'm staying at.

Worst bartenders ever. Never got a drink last night.Got a drink after 20 minutes the next day with a whopping 4 other people at the bar. And she argued that too!😆Good luck getting a drink or arguing about getting a quick draw ticket cashed. Lol. Laughable service. They really don't care.

Absolutely horrible! Ordered a Caesar salad after viewing the depressing buffet and received a bowl of lettuce with mayonnaise. No Caesar dressing! After sending it back, I waited 20 minutes for a ranch salad. That salad came out on a dirty plate. Not sure how you mess up a salad, but I'm glad I didn't order a regular meal because everyone in my party had disgusting reviews also.

Horrible service and atmosphere. Expected far better to be this close to Niagra Falls. Waitress spilled milk shake all over me and didn't even apologize. Asked for thick milk shakes and got milk instead. This place is anything but "legendary" or "epic." Stay away from here.

Came down for breakfast at 8am. No hostess no greeting and we were not sure what to do we asked a girl standing there and she said this is a buffet. Ok we asked do we just sit or wait? She did sit. Table were very dirty. Had to ask her to clean it. Buffet food was very cold and many things were empty. Two girls just standing around. Area at buffet and drinking station was very dirty and messy! Potatoes we’re raw! Would give lower if I could!

The worse experience I have had in a long time at a restaurant. We were sat down with a family of 8 and we ordered our drinks. The root beer sodas (bottled) were hot and the waiter brought an empty cup with them. The food took forever (expected a long wait but by the time we got our food everyone else had already left) and when it did come half of the food came out and the food that did come out all of the condiments were missing. Such as marinara for the mozerella sticks, sour cream for the quesadilla and salsa. We had to ask two separate waiters for the missing ingredients as well as silverware and napkins. All of the food was overdone and the philly steak came out wrapped in suran wrap and was dry. After we managed to eat what we could because we were starving we asked for the check and without asking about splitting it we were handed one full check and that was it. No direction on going to the register or if someone would be back for it. Upon leaving my aunt paid for the entire bill and spoke with a manager and while she was there she saw another table looking for their waiter and people at the bar waiting for drinks. I would never recommend this place for food or service. Absolutely horrible!

First off, the waitress was terrible, disinterested to the point of apathy, and we had to track to her down to pay and leave. The place is lousy, somehow dark and dingy with a lot of windows. I tried the "wood fired pizza', which I'm pretty sure was a tortilla shell, and a couple soggy wings. She couldn't even get my beer order right after pointing to it on the menu.

This place not is good to distraction. To drink beer is necesary buy pizza. The pool table not is availabol to play.

Horrible service. Our waitress was a ghost. We had to ask to be seated, waited 15 minutes to order, then nothing for 45 minutes. We had to wave down another waitress to find ours so that we could order a second round of sodas. The kids had a personal pizza, which was the best thing we ended up getting. Subpar food, terrible wait staff, truly disappointing.

Worst service. Stood at the bar for 10 minutes and was ignored by the nasty, rude, foul mouth barmaid. She is only interested in serving her regulars. Not only is it terrible service, the place looks filthy and so does the staff.

This place has gone down hill fast! We used to love coming here while down at camp for their fish fry & house salad. Since they "upgraded" the menu the food has been terrible. The waitress really cannot multitask at all. Our last visit we were the only ones inside, placed our drink order & received them & then huge group came in to the bar. She immediately went to serve them & it took about 20 mins before we could get our order in. Our APPETIZER came out with the food which was over cooked & burnt & the experience this time will be our last. I can almost guarantee they don't have a disheasher because all we had was plastic cutlery & cups. Get it together or I can promise you won't be around much longer...

The grill does not exist. The bar is still there, but they don't serve food. There are a few tables and a papa John's and a place that serves burgers/hot dogs & fries. (the falls street burgers are EXCELLENT) but if you want a full meal look elsewhere.

We were here for Indian buffet, we were too hungry, we tried food but it was not I expected from Indian restaurant. Biryani was without biryani masala, I tried this on my plate and left everything ,not testy food to try. Poor service, when I told them about the food they told me this is good food in this area. Been here twice. Both times were awful. Our server was fine but that's the only nice thing I can say about this place. If you come here in the winter, it's cold in here. Everyone in this place was wearing winter jackets throughout their meals. After we ordered our food we were informed that "we're not doing entrees tonight." So everyone had to find some combination of lunch and appetizers to eat for dinner from their extremely limited menu. The food took over an hour to get to us from that point. Some of it was cold by the time we got it. The servings were disproportionate. One basket of onion rings was huge, the other was pitiful. The bar seems fine but I will never try to order food here again.

So, I've been in the Niagara Falls area for about 3 days now. Most of the restaurants that I've been to were very good, until I came across this place. First of all, the atmosphere was very strange. Very empty, very quiet. The waitress was quite ghostly, very quiet as well. Service was slow, are food took quite a while to come. I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich, and the chicken breast was so small that by the time I finished, I was left with almost a half a roll of bread. The chicken breast was overcooked on one end, and undercooked on the other end. Food was not very good at all. I was expecting much better for a restaurant in the Niagara area.
