Opinions de Hard Rock Cafe Niagara Falls
If I am totally honest, the experience I had at this HRC was great, but some of the people in my party had some reasonable complaints. But with that said, they were severely under staffed at an extremely busy location. The service was amazing, and the staff was extremely friendly. Probably the best place to get a bite to eat, and some good drinks.
It is a classic tourist place on a tourist location. We have risked it, and I am glad we did. Personnel was friendly and patient. The food was tasty, and the overall experience was pleasant. I am usually suffering in tourist places, and the whole area is in dire need of redevelopment. Nevertheless, this restaurant is walking distance from the waterfalls and considering other options in the area with scary reviews, 5 stars for our experience. Mostly thanks to the friendly staff.
A classic Hard Rock Cafe across the street from the American Niagara Falls parking lot takes you back in time. Tons of memorabilia from the greats nicely displayed everywhere you look including private rooms loaded with unique pictures of Rock n Roll History. Didn’t expect to see a footballer there advertising for super sized burgers but I’ll take it. The food, Buffalo wings (of course…) with delicious hot sauce and celery sticks were true to tradition and the service provided by Sarah was excellent. Very much appreciated the restaurant social conscious in favor of ACS on display front and center. You rock!
Its a fun place to have good food or to just chill with a drink at the bar. The place is buzzing with tourists because of its proximity to the falls entrance and the parking. Getting space is easy (can't say about weekends though). Lot of families dine here both for lunch as well as dinner. The service is comparatively efficient and the place is always buzzing. I quite liked the general atmosphere of this place. The kid menu also helped take care of food preferences of the three kids in the group. Overall recommend it even if you are visiting as a couple. Enough room for everybody
I was finally able to take my family here for the first time. It was just like I remembered from when my mom took me for my first time. Our waiter was amazing, he added to our great experience. Usually there is one flaw in a dinning experience, howerver, that did not happen here!!! The food was delicious, the staff were very pleseant, the atmospher was interesting and desirable. The Onion rings were stellar, best we've ever had!!!
While visiting the falls we came in here for my first time and the food was amazing especially the chicken fajitas. My fiancé loved the steak fajitas but he tasted mine and was like yummmm. The price was reasonable. I also went to the store side and bought a new hoodie. Forgot to mention our waitress Tina she goes above and beyond to make sure you’re satisfied !
Hard Rock Cafe in Niagara Falls is similar to any of the others Hard Rock Cafe's. We were hungry and wanted something good to eat. I had dessert first and was too full to eat anything else! The brownie sundae is huge and so delicious! Filled with Brownie, vanilla ice cream, hot fudge and tons of whip cream. The pretzel was huge too! The pretzel is probably one of the best I've had. We also ordered the chicken salad and sliders which were very tasty.
It was open! We watched the fireworks at the Falls and made it to the Hard Rock at about 10:15. It was opened and despite closing at 10:30, we were greeted and served with a smile. The service was prompt and the food came out fast… and it was so good! My daughter loved her hot dog kids meal. My son enjoyed the Diablo burger, but said it wasn’t very “Diablo”. My wife got the flatbread appetizer as her main course, and it was good, but not extremely flavorful. I got the mac and cheese with chicken, which was hearty and extremely flavorful. It was so good! We even did the touristy thing and bought some Hard Rock swag. The lady running that section of the facility was incredibly helpful and helped us get what we needed.
I am collecting memories of every city I go to. I make sure I will visit a Hard Rock Cafe if there is one. The Niagara cafe is extra special as it was established the same year I was born. Our server is superb and friendly. Reservation is needed. Took us an hour to wait for our table but it's worth it and expected. I always love their food - burgers and desserts and drinks.
My first hard rock cafe. Was a little skeptical at first but very impressed. Even the water they served tasted it was from the spring. The spicy shrimp appetizer was amazing. Hurricane and the Black Berry Sangria was perfect. Had the smashed Country Burger. It's was great, not the best burgers I have had but was very good 😊
Visited Niagara falls NY for the first time during my first trip to NYC, didn't know what to have for dinner on my first night and decided to head for Hard Rock Cafe. It was pretty packed at 8:15pm but I only waited for about 15mins before I got my table. Not gonna lie, it was my first visit to Hard Rock after many years and I didn't expect much beforehand. Food was great, especially the buffalo wings are flavourful! And the baby ribs were awesome. But I have to mention it was Chelsey, with her friendly and great service that left a great impression for me. Excellent service and love the short conversations we had. As someone from South East Asia, we hardly get to experience such service from F&B establishments so it was an awesome experience. 5 stars for Chelsey!
Autumn was our waitress for my daughter’s 20th birthday what an amazing experience we had visiting Niagara. Autumn was amazing she was fun and cute and what a personality. I will definitely be returning to eat there worth the 3 hour drive. Thank you for making my daughter feel so special on her birthday.
We were up in Niagara Falls for my daughter’s dance competition and were looking for somewhere to eat. The Falls has really changed for the better. Being 20 minutes away we don’t get up as much as we should. Well impressed I was. The Hard Rock is literally a stones throw from the Falls. We were greeted by our host Dunja who was very courteous said table would be 35 minutes and that’s exactly how long it was. We were seated by Madison and he was funny giving us a bit of tour of the restaurant. We were seated in the Buffalo musician room. Which was really cool showing off our musical heritage. Our server Michaela took out promptly. The kids ordered either chicken tenders or cheese burgers. The parents had either burgers or flatbreads, I had the pulled pork. All was on point. We were very happy with our meal and our experience. Would recommend this establishment as a local. The GM runs a good crew and restaurant -they should be proud. Will be back next time we are up there.
My waitress Tracy was a delight. I went at a slow time and so we could talk more. She was asking me about my trip and where I was from. We talked for a while. I could have talked to her all day. She was very pleasant and funny. I enjoyed the food, but the service was phenomenal. My food was also very fresh. If you want a recommendation, get the Messi chicken sandwich! 🙂
Finding gluten free food is always bit of challenge specially when you have to be careful with cross contamination. Hard Rock Cafe takes that worry away a bit since it’s a reputed chain. This is the third Hard Rock I’ve visited specifically for gluten-free food and wasn’t disappointed. The food was amazing and absolutely well prepared. The taste was great and you wouldn’t notice any difference even if you are not used to gluten free stuff.
Food was great. The service was amazing. Chelsea took great care of us. I ordered the Mac and cheese with fried chicken tenders on top and I know I forgot to ask for no peppers to be added so when I got my plate and seen the peppers she immediately knew something was wrong. I told her it was completely my fault but she still took it back and made my order without peppers. The food was great. The nachos appetizer was not at all what I was expecting to taste like. It was actually better. It had a sweet taste to it, but surprisingly really good. Then tenders were perfectly crisp and delicious. All in all great experience. The bathroom could be cleaner. But to be honest I blame that on the guest. We are all adults and should be better at cleaning up. But some people still do not care about trashing a bathroom.
We have a tradition to visit Hard Rock cafes during our trips and collect their T-shirts. Obviously, it's a touristic place, could be loud (surprisingly full for Monday) and kind of overpriced, but we love the atmosphere, service, cocktails and food. The Bucharest burger was great. We were served by Mike (Mikhail) and it was amazing! Very polite, quick and non-intrusive. Thanks for a great evening.
After hiking the falls, my buddy wanted to grab a beer, so why not hit up Hard Rock! Bartender was on point, ended up being there a few hours. My buddy, a retired Navy Chief, was talking to the couple next to us from Puerto Rico, the guy was also in the Navy. They left and the next two that sat down, were also from Puerto Rico and he took was in the Navy! My buddy was buying them rounds of drinks. Then we ordered some chicken nachos and they were pretty good. We drank all the Voodoo Ranger cans they had!
My family and I came to this Hard Rock Cafe on our way to visit Niagara Falls. Our great server Brian who pretty much was a one man band because throughout the course of us eating I saw him wait on two tables and bartend. The atmosphere was pretty cool with the tv's playing music videos in the background and there was a room dedicated to local artists next to the Hard Rock Cafe gift store. I bought a shot glass and guitar picks myself. I would highly suggest the steak fajitas which were so good and juicy. I also had the Buffalo wings which were sauced up just how I like them. It was just a overall great experience.
WOW!!! I wish there were more stars. I went in with my wife and daughter. The atmosphere was amazing. The staff were super nice. I drove two hours to go there and the food DID NOT disappoint. I highly recommend their original steak burger. Mine was cooked perfect, sitting next to amazing, fresh fries. The beer was cold and refreshing. My wife enjoyed her never ending supply of coca cola, which our waitress never let get below half. Their homemade BBQ sauce is probably the best out there. There wasn't anything out of place AND they have staff dedicated to keeping the whole place clean and safe! THANK YOU for the best experience!!! We will be back!!!
I recently dined in and had an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm hospitality and excellent service throughout the evening. The Grilled Salmon noodle bowl was a standout dish, perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. The One Night in Bangkok spicy shrimp was another highlight, delivering a tantalizing kick that left me craving more. And let's not forget about the New York style cheesecake - it was simply divine, with each creamy bite melting in my mouth. Overall, the food was exceptional, showcasing a blend of quality ingredients and expert culinary craftsmanship. The ambiance was inviting and comfortable, making it the perfect spot for a memorable dining experience. I can't wait to return and explore more of their menu offerings. Whether you're a seafood lover or a dessert enthusiast, this place has something for everyone. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for delicious food and top-notch service.
Came here with some of my frat bros from the university of Delaware last week to celebrate absolutely nothing just wanted to have a nice time together. Me, Matt, Connor and nick came here. We all wanted to eat shirtless because that’s what us frat guys do at the frat house all the time but we decided to act civilized and have a nice lunch inside together. We got burgers, fries, salad and some steak as well. All of our food turned out really good and the server was funny and very helpful as well. We sat in a half booth half table because we don’t sit at tables we don’t settle for that low class seating option. Booths or we don’t eat at the restaurant we will walk out lol. While we waited for our food we looked around at some memorabilia on the walls and it was really cool and interesting. Weird thing was someone next to us had a food allergy and so the chef came out and got a guitar 🎸 out of one of the displays and cooked it on the grill for the guy. What a weird thing to cook lol. The guy ate the guitar as well. We bullied him for doing that lol. We will most definitely return and recommend this place to our other bros. Now keep in mind this is Hard Rock Cafe so the price is gonna be expensive for 4-7 people to come eat here. It’s a tourist attraction.
We had a great meal. Although we had to wait 40 minutes to be seated. The restaurant and bathrooms were clean. I had the bartender get creative with drinks and he did a good job. Thank you for the Long Beach. I thought it was a normal drink to make. Our service was fast. The food was good but it's also the simplest menu I think I've ever seen.
First of all, I will say that our server Leslie was amazing. She totally ensured that everything was perfect. She kept my raspberry iced tea refilled, was very attentive, helped get another table for our group of 30 (it was our friends' wedding) and all our orders were correct. I ordered the Smokehouse BBQ combo. Huge portion!! I was surprised, impressed and satisfied. I rarely box up leftovers because I don't have leftovers. Plenty of ribs, a good portion of pulled pork covered with onion strings, baked beans, coleslaw and a generous amount of fries. My only critique is there was too much sauce on the ribs. I loved the sweet & spiciness of it but next time I'll ask for less sauce. Everything else was great. My wife ordered the chicken & steak fajitas. I managed to sneak a couple pieces of steak from her. (Very tasty) She also enjoyed her meal (nothing to box) All in all, we will definitely be returning. The pricing for a chain restaurant, in a high tourism area along with the quality of service and food and the portions, this is undoubtedly one of the best dining experiences I've had.
It was end February, when we visited the Falls. The snow started pouring down and the only great option to have lunch in those conditions was at the legendary HARD ROCK CAFE. It was not full when we arrived and we got a comfortable place. The vibes of 70s, 80s and 90s took us back to the legendary era. The variety of guitars and wall decors was just fantastic. We ordered their impossible burger with hot Fries. The cheesecake was delicious too. Definitely gonna visit it once in Falls area again. Keep rocking HRC.
Great food, we ALWAYS stop when we can in HRC it is always a winner with my family, the girls enjoy the Caesar Salad, and the boys enjoy the burgers so everybody ends up Happy !!! The HRC of Niagara fall was really good and the service really efficient which was perfect as we were a bit in a hurry like everyone else in order to maximize our visit time in Niagara falls.
Attended Christmas with the grinch with the family. Lots of fun activities for the kids and the staff were super friendly and kid friendly! The food was very good and the Grinch was very outgoing to interact on a personal level with the kids. We have also been there on other dates as well with good experiences every time, great place to visit when in town!
Hard Rock Cafe was always known for its rock atmosphere and tributes.. however this location played more new age pop then anything. Kind of off considering the style. The shop is nice, the instruments and photos on display are great along the lines with other hard rock cafes.. the server misunderstood my order tho. Overall the food was great and it was an amazing time out.
Walking into this restaurant is what I always expected a "hard rock" cafe to be decked with collection and music icons and stuff super cool! The food was so good we tried their ribs, salmon and burger. Our waitress, man. I don't know her name, but we got a pic with her. She was soooooo amazing. This is a long overdue review, and I hope she gets a raise cause she was probably one of the best waitress I have ever come across.
The area was very clean. They seated us quickly and our server Tracy was very kind. She gave us great recommendations and even suggested some nice spots to visit after our lunch. As tourists, we appreciate her hospitality. The food was amazing. I had a hamburger and it was delicious! Highly recommend.
Have been to Hard Rock Cafes all around the world. They are wonderful. The atmosphere is incredible. The memorialiliba is priceless and timeless. Food differs from location to location. Still has some of the best bargains for portions you can find. The desserts are always awesome too. Alcoholic drinks tend to be expensive. Free WiFi. Clean facility. Clean Washrooms. Friendly staff. Fast kitchen. No credit card surcharge. The Rock Shop is has a very unique guitar mounted to the ceiling. Once a countdown clock for New Year's Eve. This location can be very busy during peak season. Of course in true Hard Rock cafe style, there is live music on certain nights. Awesome stage. Awesome bar. Always a great place to see.
Had the opportunity to try them out over Labor Day weekend and our experience with Sarah the bartender is what brought us back three nights in a row! I highly recommend sitting at the bar and ordering from there, you won’t be disappointed!! Sarah was absolutely AMAZING and you can tell she loves her job! Not only was she very engaged with the customers, she even got us all to do the wave around the bar. We only ate there the first night, food was fantastic but we did stop every night after being in Canada for a couple of drinks before heading back to our hotel. Sarah even remembered my friend Jackie from being there in March! Hell I’d go back just for Sarah and her AMAZING EXPRESSO MARTINI’S she turned me onto!
I had the New York burger, it was the best thing ever. It might be the best burger I've ever eaten. My parents got the baby rack ribs and they had to share because it was such a big plate. We also got the mac and cheese, I didn't love it but my parent did. Our server was great. The only thing I didn't like was the waiting but otherwise it was really good.
Wow! I've always heard stories about how cool this place is, but I've never been able to go. As a rock and roll fan, and a guy who loves food I must say I was as happy as a hog in slop. The food was damn good for the price, and given the location I expected it to be more. I loved all the decor, and even got pictures of myself and my family in front of the wall "hard rock Cafe Niagara Falls" its a cool experience and I hope to be able to visit some more across the nation. If you do get the nachos appetizer, you probably won't be hungry enough to finish your main entree, and the sweet basil strawberry lemonade was to die for
THIS WAS AWESOME! Our sever (Dakota) was SO nice, there’s 4 of us and we got 2 cowboy ribeyes to share they were DELICOUS! We also got the nachos as a starter! DELICOUS! The whole atmosphere was awesome and everyone was soooo nice! The food also came out super fast despite it being packed! I 100% recommend this to everyone! We came here right after going on the maid of the mist and it couldn’t be better!
Our server was quick and gracious. Was very knowledgeable about every question asked. We purchased a souvenir glass, which states we were at Niagara Fall, NY. Food was to the point. Fajitas steak and Ribeye were a good option, definitely. Will suggest to friends and family if ever here. Great time, ambience, and music.
Food was okay. Service was okay. My drinks were not good. Ambiance was nice. Sad because I usually love Hard Rock.

Very clean restaurant. The staff was excellent and so nice. The food came out fast and probably would have been excellent but I didn't tell them no cilantro or pesto and so my Margherita Flatbread was not great because I am not crazy about cilantro or pesto and it had heavy amounts of both. It was my fault. The other thing is there was a very large group of kids there...like probably thirty 10 or 12 year olds and they were soooo loud. This is ok at a McDonalds or something but not a nice place like this....Oh well.
Food was great, the BBQ bacon burger hit the spot. The atmosphere is amazing, it wasn't to busy so we were able to walk around and look at all the music memorabilia. They have a stage there and when there are no bands performing you can go on stage with a guitar and pose. The bonus is they leave a guitar on the stage so don't worry. Our kids loved it, they loved it so much the put on a little dance off.
Restaurant opened at 11:30, went there at 12:15, was told it would be a 40 minute wait for our party of 5. Shopped at the store and waited, seated after 35 minutes. Ordered burgers and beverages, place was so busy it took a while to get the food. Staff were pleasant but obviously overworked. Food was good, cooked as ordered; beverage refills came faster than expected. Good location for access to Niagara Falls State Park and the viewing areas for the Falls.
It's a Hard Rock Cafe, the same all over the world. Our server Sarah was great! We sat at the bar on a busy Sunday afternoon. Burger was good, cooked perfectly! Fries were ordinary even though they say they are seasoned. Long wait to get a table. Cool decor! One of the few places to eat, other than food trucks, that had mostly Indian food. Depressing area of Niagara Falls. Go to the Canadian side for all that's great about the Niagara falls!
Great location next to Niagara Falls State Park, NY Prospect Street parking. My fajitas were ok, but my husband's burger was great! The waiter asked about food allergies, which I had never been asked before in a restaurant. I appreciated that even though we don't have any allergies. Atmosphere was like any Hard Rock Cafe.
Went for dinner with a large group. We tried to get a reservation but was told they didn't take them. When we arrived they asked if we had a reservation. We said we were told they didn't. Yes we don't but why ask if we had one. Then the next group did have a reservation. All we ask is be honest. We enjoyed our waiter and our food. We had a very enjoyable dinner. The music was nice. They fixed any problems we had with food very quickly
Love the atmosphere, waitress was awesome. She did disappear for long periods of time in between but she was great overall. Mac n cheese is a little soupy…texture was a little off so we couldn’t finish it. The Messi burger was extremely delicious and big. Has some of my favorite kinds of French fries. Chicken wings were soooo crisp and moist (my favorite combo) the chicken Caesar my sister said was really really good and she finished the whole thing! Celery was fresh and clean as well! Will come again if I ever can get back to Niagara
Went here for a lunch w/ family, I had baby back ribs and they were pretty average, nothing too special. My sister loved the mac + cheese, and we both had oreo shakes 😋😋 Food took a little longer than usual, but that’s fine. The staff were super nice, the place really fits the name. Huge rock theme, loved it!!
A large group here while in town in business. We met at the bar for drinks first and had planed on eating, but our fault big group, no reservations, we really enjoyed our time at the bar. One bartender handling a crowded bar with no issues. He was very enthusiastic and still chat while keeping up his busy schedule. Didn't get yo take many pictures as I thought we would be there longer.
Went for dinner with 3 other adults. We were seated immediately. The waitress was very friendly and helpful. I had a smoked old fashioned which was tasty but forgettable. My entree was the Tupelo Chicken Tenders with seasoned french fries. The tenders came with honey mustard and barbecue sauce. The tenders themselves had a good crunchy coating on the outside. The chicken itself was tough and stringy. The fries were good but fairly standard.
We waited for a few minutes to be seated, but once seated, our server Chelsey came over right away. She brought our water to us right away. Our drinks, Long Island Tea, were brought quickly and delicious! I ordered the grilled chicken/ Caesar salad and my husband had the grilled chicken sandwich and fries. The food came quickly as well. And was delicious also ! Chelsey was very attentive , checked back often but not hovering. Would definitely recommend The Hard Rock!
Came in for lunch. Food tasted great. Nachos were huge and very flavorful and fresh. Got the smash burger. Felt a little small for price but was a solid burger. Decor inside is awesome if a fan of rock and roll but typical to other hard rocks. The only con is the wait time. Expect 30+ mins for food to come out.
Chef served cold chicken sliders. Was not a touch of warmth. So room temp. The server took them back and returned with freshly cooked sliders that taste good. They were also removed from the bill. The nachos were ok. My son loved his burger. Guess that's what I should have gotten. All the staff was very nice.
Went here for dinner and got the classic burger. It seems they do burgers and fries very well. I found my fries to be a bit too salted for my own taste. Service was fast and friendly and prompt. The decor was very classic hard rock style which means a bunch of stuff on the walls. I felt for the price the burger was a bit much but it is that sort of city

Slow service . It took over 10 minutes before anyone even asked what we wanted. Took 20 minutes before we finally received our beer. The beer was not overly cold

The food was great but over priced. The atmosphere was the same as every other Hard Rock they I’ve been in. The staff was exceptional. They are the sole reason for the ratings above three.

I almost originally left because the hostess seemed irritated that we were there and didnt even ask a table preference. The waitress Shelly was fantastic and super helpful. I ordered a daiquiri which was horrible, but she was great about it and didn't charge us for it. My steak was great, but I thought a 16oz steak would be enough for myself and my 9 year old to share and after trimming the fat and cutting the bone off... there was not much left... My son ordered the salmon and noodle bowl, he enjoyed the salmon, not the noodles and my husband enjoyed his ny strip. Overall the food was ok, but probably not worth the price that it was. We have been to many hard Rocks in our travels and this menu seemed a little lacking
Yesterday night (Sat, Jan 22nd 2022) I visited Hard Rock Cafe, Niagara Falls, NY. The food was great and the server very kind. I had the Hurricane drink that comes with the glass. Once finished, when I was in the store I wanted the regular glass. However, the manager said that the glass I wanted was not included, but the 50 years version. Then I decided to take both, so I bought the regular one plus the special edition that came with the drink. The point is that the manager was very disrespectful in her manners. I felt like she was watching us while shopping and mad because I wanted the regular glass. Her face was a hate face once me and my friend started speaking Spanish between us. I always spoke in English to her and the cashier. We felt discriminated, which is ridiculous because this is a touristic place. I love Hard Rock Cafe but they should consider to hire kinder managers who treat everybody the same way. It was our first time in Niagara Falls, but our last time in Hard Rock Cafe NF, NY.
Service was great, we got seated right away. We got our drinks quickly, and we like the strawberry/lemonade drink. We got steak nachos, and we loved them and our dinners were the legendary burger with fries and Cedar Plank Salmon. The salmon was undercooked, so they made another one. The mashed potatoes, fries and broccoli were good. Neither one of us were really impressed with our meals but we will give it another try when we're in town again. Maybe try the wings
The food is good enough and it seems pretty family friendly during the daytime. They so have great events at times the biggest complaint I hear from multiple sources over many years is the sound is actually horrible and usually way way too loud. This coming from the wife of a rock and roll singer. It's ear bleeding loud almost always. It's actually prohibitive to your listening pleasure.
Another stop on our honeymoon— having never been to a Hard Rock Cafe before, my husband put this on our itinerary for our honeymoon. The atmosphere was amazing. All the authentic memorabilia displayed…was nice. We ordered the Messi burger and chicken sandwich. My chicken was kind of dry— so I was a bit disappointed. Our server was nice and efficient.
I haven't been to a Hard Rock in years. I definitely remember the menus being bigger and the service being faster. You had the options of wings, nachos, salad, or three different burgers. And that's basically it. Food was fine but mediocre for the price and service was slow. Staff were nice though and the gal working the merch store was very friendly and helpful.
The manager went 'up and above' to help put an entree together I wasn't allergic too. Salmon grilled on cedar plank. Fresh green beans, no butter and fries. My husband's burger was way overly salted and left his tongue coated for some time. Apple cobbler....good Unfortunately our waitress was pulling double duty as a bartender too. So the service was almost non-existent. Thank goodness for Shane the manager.
Atmosphere is great but food and service were average. Chicken across multiple dishes were very dry. That was a turning off moment. Fries were hot and crispy. Smash burgers were juicy and amazing. Service was delayed in multiple times. We had to call the waitress to order and ask for receipt. Ordered dessert wasn’t delivered and we had to cancel it. The artifacts and the vibe were great. Entrance faces west. Expect wait times. Clean restrooms but not available for public. Can only be used by people who are dining there. I recommend to try this restaurant as part of experience but I doubt my visit again.
We visit all Hard Rocks and I found the experience to be quite average. The ambiance was pleasant enough, with a comfortable and clean setting, though nothing particularly stood out in terms of decor. The service was decent; the staff were friendly and attentive. The food was the most underwhelming aspect. The menu had a good variety, but the dishes we ordered were just okay. The chicken nachos lacked flavor and seemed a bit overcooked, while the salmon was somewhat bland and uninspired. Nothing was particularly bad, but nothing was memorable either. It's an okay option if you're in the area and looking for a quick meal, but I wouldn't go out of my way to dine there again.
The Hard Rock Cafe offers a consistently enjoyable American dining experience, making it a dependable choice in any city. Whether you’re looking for a casual meal or a lively atmosphere, this restaurant delivers on both quality and service. The menu features a variety of classic American dishes, ensuring there’s something for everyone. During my visit, the service was prompt and friendly, with staff members attentive to guests’ needs. My food arrived quickly, which was impressive given the bustling environment. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich, which was cooked well and had a great balance of flavors. To complement my meal, I opted for a chocolate milkshake, which was rich, creamy, and perfectly indulgent. While I thoroughly enjoyed my meal, I did find myself wishing I had saved room for dessert—specifically, the apple pie with vanilla ice cream, which looked absolutely delicious. Overall, Hard Rock Cafe provides a solid dining experience with reliable food, efficient service, and a welcoming atmosphere, making it a great choice for travelers and locals alike.

We had a large group of around 25 people (half are teens). Made reservation in advance. The dinner wasn’t good at all. 1) only 1 or 2 servers looking after us. 2) they messed up everyone’s orders. The server had to shout and ask “who ordered Cesar salad, who ordered ribs, etc” 3) my wife ordered salad but the lettuce was brown. If you charge $23.99 US for the salad, please make sure you feed us fresh lettuce. 4) had to go to the front to pay. Waited 15 mins to pay my bill. We made the reservation in advance and hard rock should have put more staffs to run the show. I ordered Messi Burger but really nothing special. Nachos was terrible. Will never go back.
We visited on December 20th, Saturday near evening. Our server Sara was a bit annoying and she did not explain the menu specifics regarding the 2 for $36. I got the smash burger and fries and Caesar salad. The burger was dry, fries were not fresh. Husband ordered the same salad and ribs. They were really terrible. Burned flavor/taste, dry, not much sauce. Overall bad experience.

The main issue here was my server Katarina... She came off very fake like she didn't really care to serve us in the first place and then instead of checking if we needed refills on our drinks or anything she just went over and clearly socialized at the bar with the bartender so some other worker that brought our food asked instead if we needed refills and then we sat there waiting for around 10 minutes after finishing our food before I asked some random other worker walking by if I could get the check while Katarina was now involved in a conversation with some guy who recently entered the restaurant that looked like a thug and she seemed very into him instead of her job so then the person I asked for the check went and interrupted her conversation with thug man and then Katarina came over and asked if we wanted our check lol.. Other than that unprofessional experience with her the food was ok but not worth going back for more. Hopefully this helps on improving this establishment for future guests so they don't have the same experience...
Not a good experience. I should have known better. I was seated immediately and my drink and app order placed quickly. Hurricane was good. Ordered the Legendary Nachos. They came out with chips that were way over cooked and the toppings were mostly sour cream and beans. Where’s the cheese? And then things went south. Wanted to order a burger and another drink, but my waiter never came back. I sat with an empty Hurricane and an empty water glass for nearly 25 minutes while waiting to place my dinner order. Finally I just asked for my check. 15 more minutes later I was finally checked out and I left. Save yourself some hassle, eat from the many delicious food trucks in the area or grab a couple slices from Marcos.
Disappointing Experience at Hard Rock Cafe Niagara Falls This was my second visit to Hard Rock Cafe Niagara Falls with my family, and unfortunately, it was a letdown. During our first visit, we had a great experience with a wonderful server named Mike, which is why we decided to return. However, this time around, things took a completely different turn. Mike was just finishing his shift, and we were assigned to a server named Kayden. From the beginning, her attitude was unwelcoming. Despite available seating, she refused to let us sit comfortably and intervened abruptly when two kind staff members were trying to accommodate us. What truly shocked us was when she said, “I’m going to be your server, so watch out,” which came across as both unprofessional and threatening. We were simply there to enjoy a family dinner on a rainy evening, but the discomfort caused by her behavior left us with no choice but to leave. It was deeply disappointing, especially after such a positive first experience. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously. No guest should be made to feel uncomfortable or unsafe by a member of the staff. Customer service and respect should be consistent, no matter who is serving.
Terrible service, we were seated by the host and after 25 minutes waiting still no server available coming to take our order. Asked hosts twice in order to get someone to come. Almost had to beg for them to have the food. Not the server’s fault but more like poor management. I can’t wait to see what the food will taste like. Update, after waiting another hour for the food to come out, yes you saw it right, one hour to have cold hotdog and cold steak to come out, and they taste like dog food. What a disgrace to the brand Hard Rock.
The most appalling restaurant. Tried to go for dinner, even though we know the food would not be stellar, but due to it being later in the evening and everywhere else closes early, we decided to go there just to have a quick bite. Restaurant was not crowded at all, with plenty of open tables as evidenced by the pictures. Hostess tried to seat us at a high table, but due to back issues we asked to be seated at a regular table (seeing that there were plenty of empty ones around). She said she couldn't do that as "I don't have a server there". Ok, in the sections that do "have a server", they were within 5 ft. of the table we would prefer to be at, but apparently there must be an electric fence or something that they can't cross over. Even the sections that purportedly have servers were quite empty, meaning that server could take the extra few step outside of their "zone"? I get it, they have their sections, but you're going to inconvenience a potential diner because you can't get someone to crossover and serve a table? We were told all the other servers are at a "private party". Wasn't entirely sure whether they were partying or serving a private party. In either case, it means the restaurant didn't adequately plan for their staffing for that evening. The hostess tried to ask a manager about seating us some where else, and said if we sat there, we'd have to wait about 20 minutes before we can have a server. Was quite unbelievable as there were servers working there that we can see. I don't believe that we'd have gotten a server in 20 minutes anyway if they were all at a party. While this was going on, a party of three came in to the restaurant, and one of the gentlemen was in a wheelchair, so we asked if they were going to try to sit the wheel-chair bound gentlemen at the high table? And they said no, they'll just sit at a regular table and will have to wait till a server comes to that section. Unbelievable. So someone with a disability won't get service. What century does Hard Rock Cafe think they're in? Completely shameful! We left. Cannot imagine trying to give them the business - not like they really seem like they wanted it anyway. There are other ways to support the Seminole Tribe if you so desire. If you are in this area and need a bite later in the evening, I suggest going to the casino hotel, they have a couple of restaurants that stay open and you will get a server there.
Food: ★☆☆☆☆ (1/5) Honestly, the food was disappointing. The taste didn’t match the reputation at all. It looked okay, but the flavor was very basic and not worth the hype. Atmosphere: ★★☆☆☆ (2/5) The vibe is cool if you like the rock theme, but overall it felt a bit overrated and crowded. Not as exciting as I expected. Service: ★★★★★ (5/5) The only real highlight was the service. Staff were polite, friendly, and professional. They did their best and were very attentive. Price: ★★☆☆☆ (2/5) Very expensive compared to the taste and portion quality. For the money you pay, you expect much better food. Definitely overpriced for what you get. Overall: You’re mostly paying for the name and brand. Great service, but the food and value just don’t justify the high prices.
