What the hell is this place?! The lady at the counter here was extremely rude and inconsiderate. They had no food in stock, wouldn’t tell us before but made us wait in line for an hour?! So annoying and SUCH a waste of time. We just wanted to get a plate of comforting indian food but instead we got served bad service. WILL NEVER RETURN

We tried their Aloo prantha and Chai. Pranthas was so delicious but their tea was so bad same as boiled water. This should be better. They need to use more milk for chai.

Ordered Mango lassi( they should name it to mango water), so watered down and not at all a lassi. Second, we ordered chai, and they said it's made in store. Omg! it tasted pathetic. The chai in train tastes better than this concoction. Regreted every bit of this order. Do not recommend it at all. Please drink water instead of ordering from here.

While at the outlet mall, we decided to check out this restaurant. The prices they ring up don't match what's on the board, and if you ask them about it, they state that it is "tax". Apparently tax is over 20%. The Mango Lassi is really mango water with milk. This was surely the worst Mango Lassi. The aloo chaat did taste decent, but very overpriced (almost double what is charged at other Indian restaurants). I am interested in trying their other items but their steep prices and my recent experience doesn't justify it, but let's see.

WORST FOOD RUDE BEHAVIOUR UNHYGIENIC I recently had the unfortunate experience of dining at India Grill in food court at Fashion outlet, Niagarafalls, NY. and I feel compelled to share my thoughts to WARN others. Firstly, the food was the worst, and the dishes seemed poorly prepared. Even basic items like naan ( it was frozen pita bread not naan ) and curries were a letdown, leaving much to be desired. It felt as though the kitchen lacked any understanding of Indian cuisine, which is disappointing for a restaurant that claims to specialize in it. Equally upsetting was the service. The staff exhibited extremely rude behaviour, which only compounded the frustration of an already disappointing meal. When we raised our concerns about the food, we were met with dismissive comments instead of an effort to address the issues. It's never pleasant to be made to feel unwelcome in a dining establishment, but unfortunately, this was our experience. Additionally, hygiene standards were appalling. Preparing tables were sticky, the floor was dirty, and there seemed to be a general neglect of cleanliness, which only heightened my discomfort during the visit. In conclusion, my visit to India Grill was nothing short of a disaster. With the combination of terrible food, rude service, lack of hygiene, I cannot recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and consider dining elsewhere; there are plenty of restaurants out there that truly value their customers and deliver a quality food and dining experience.

Ordered Shrimp masala, portions are ridiculous , Shrimp was over cooked and quantity of rice and shrimp were very small. It is massively overpriced. Never again .

They gave frozen naans If we need frozen food we can get from walmart or any grocery store if we are ordering food from restaurant it should be fresh cooked Very bad experience Not fresh food Paneer tikka masala not good as well

Hello guys I have been to so many south Indian restaurants but it's so weird we just paid $38 for two chicken biriyani trust me its nothing ,no unique taste and just they have added little curry mix with the rice tells us biriyani, worst place ever visited ,do not buy any food in this place ,you just wasting your money

Worst food to eat!! $15 for a briyani which had chicken smelling bad, pakoras & cutlet soaked in oil & i have never eaten a butter naan so dry and burnt and was served cold. Wont recommed for anyone at all🙏

Worst Indian food. We found very good rating for this restaurant so we went and picked up dinner buffet. When we talked to owner, he was punjabi from New Delhi. We love punjabi style north indian food. However our experience was just opposite. This was the WORST Indian food we have ever eaten. There was no currey which tasted good. Food was without salt and species. We had to throw most of the food. If you want anything close to authentic Indian food. STAY AWAY.
