Good location. We ordered our pizza from UberEats... And by the time we reached there, it was all ready. Tried their butter chicken pizza - it was okay. Not bad. But we also tried butter chicken pizza with Alfredo sauce - amazing. All the staff is very friendly. Ayushi has the best smiling face & welcoming attitude. They are quick. Overall, good experience.

The service was 10/10 Pizza was very cheesy! Too much sauce for me but I think most people would enjoy! The bathroom was super dirty. Turned me off .., clean bathrooms = clean kitchens!

We had a hard time looking for an asian restaurant for lunch and we end up to this Papa Johns pizza. We were glad when we stop by here, the place is open for dine in. Nobody was there except our family. We enjoyed our pizza and chicken. We just waited for a while, we didn't hear they already called our order. Price is reasonable. There is parking by the store. It's along the road to the outdoor elevator to the falls.

We've dined in at this Papa Johns, there are a good number of seat, the place was clean and lots of in and out. We've waited a bit, for our orders to be taken as they didn't see us. We ordered our pizza, the pizza was average we had the Hawaiian pizza and the Buffalo Chicken. The Hawaiian pizza tasted better than the buffalo chicken as the sauce was too sweet. Pricing was high but we were in the tourist area, so that's not a breaking point. The gratuity has already been added to the bill, however, as a fast food place there's not much service provided to justify for the gratuity in my opinion. I don't think I'll be coming back again.

This place needs to put some more ingredients on the pizza instead of cheaping out. This is supposed to be a large Canadian.

Ordered 4 Papadias, 2 steak and Cheese and 2 Meatball. Tasted mainly like cheese and hardly any meat. Quite the rip off for the price of them. Won't recommend and won't be back.

I had a very disappointing experience at the Papa John’s Pizza store on Robinson Street. The night staff was extremely rude while talking and showed a complete lack of professionalism. They were not polite at all and behaved very arrogantly. Initially, they refused to share their names, which itself is against basic customer service standards. Only after I informed them about the rules and customer rights did they finally disclose their names as Rudra and Vivek. On top of this unacceptable behavior, the pizza served was not properly cooked, which is a serious quality and food safety issue.

Beware.This is the worst and the most expensive pizza I have ever had. It was soggy, stingy on the toppings except the sauce which I asked them to go easy on, which also gave us both indigestion. I only had maybe half a piece while my husband had a full piece which had us shortly reaching for the antacids. I called numerous times to complain, it rings and then it's like the line goes dead. I took the pizza back the following day asking for a refund, it's that bad, the manager wasn't in. I left my name and telephone number, to have him call me and have yet to hear from him. I should have gone where I usually do but wanted to try their cheese stuffed crust pizza, what a waste of $35, even the dog wouldn't eat the piece I offered him.

The customer service was bad, nobody communicated properly, and the workers were literally arguing and fighting in the kitchen and it was very loud. Very unprofessional, the pizza was not even made properly.

If there was an option for zero stars for service, I would give this place 0. If the owner sees this, I would suggest to hire people with some customer service skills. My experience at papa John was by far the worst experience ever. It is ruining the integrity of the name papa johns. I don’t recommend anyone to go to this location. The preparation of the pizza wasn’t handled properly, no gloves and the employee making the pizza was also handling cash, very unsanitary and also extremely rude.

I asked for a large pizza, she said it comes with 1 topping. I walk outside the sign says 2 topping large for 20.99 same price I paid. She said I had to ask for that after I asked how many toppings it comes on it when she said none. Said I have to ask for that promotion when it didn’t even say promotion outside ……

Very Disappointed – Burnt Pizza & Rude Service I ordered Papa John’s through Uber Eats for my kids’ dinner, and what we got was a completely overcooked, burnt pizza that looked and tasted like it had just been reheated from earlier in the day. My kids couldn’t even eat it—it was that bad. I called the store directly to resolve the issue, but the experience just got worse. The manager was incredibly rude and dismissive. He kept insisting it was just “crispy” and wouldn’t even let me finish explaining. Then he abruptly passed the call to someone else who couldn’t speak clear English and couldn’t walk us through how to get a refund. The whole interaction was frustrating and unprofessional. We’ve been regular customers, but this was extremely disappointing. Between the burnt food and the terrible customer service, we’re done. Never ordering from here again.

Just got 1 small pizza with mushroom, jalapenos and pineapple. There were hardly few very few toppings on each slice and the price was $22. And the corners of the crust were all empty. No worth the money. So disappointed with the topping quantity, they just dumped jalapenos. Do not recommend.
