Pretty little gander at the upper part of the falls, free and walking distance to free parking. Can be very busy depending on the time of day/night. Great spot to see the falls lit up

Best point to see fireworks but currently (as of Sept 2024) it’s under construction and won’t be open for a bit. You can be by it as it’s gated but still a good view for fireworks & falls lights, but very crowded at night. People get pushy to get in front of you. Some are super disrespectful as we’re all there for the same reason.

Night view and fireworks are the best

I stopped by and walked on the observation deck. It was $1.25 per adult and it was definitely worth the stop. The views are breathtaking and you can see a lot from there.

This was the first place we went for a day from the kids after havi h my youngest in February it was beautiful. Amazing clean and so worth it! Can't wait to go back again!

Probably the best place to observe those evening fireworks! Show starts at 10PM every night and Prospect Point gets seriously crowded ~30 minutes prior to that time. You should get in there earlier and get a spot at the edge, looking towqrds Canadian side. Fireworks come out right above the colored light, beaming towards the falls. Despite the crowds, area had a good vibe, many famies with kids coming to enjoy the fireworks. Parking seemed rather wide open around the area at night, which is much different from the daytime, when parking is impossible to find during the season. Bonus tip: if you struggle with parking and don't mind a scenic walk - drive a bit north, there you'll find a free "Niagara Falls State Park" lot, its like 15 minute by feet from the Prospect Point and usually not as clogged.

Still construction

Worth every penny. I'm almost whelmed.

Half of it was closed and under construction. High chain link fences and heavy machinery block almost the entire view currently.

Summer 2025 a large part is blocked by construction. Some areas will have to be viewed through fence
