We've been staying at the Comfort Inn Fallsview and have had a subs from here in the last few days. Friendly staff and food was what we wanted at a prices that aren't extortionate as the majority of establishments in this town.

Super FAST & FRIENDLY. Shockingly so for subway. Open late, reasonable prices considering location, takes online ordering and btw the sandwhich was as good as you can ask for from subway. GTA needs some franchises like this!!!

I've been to a ton of Subways over the years, but this one is the best ever. I work nearby so I visit often for a cheap bite to eat. The food is always fresh and tasty. The people working there are always friendly, welcoming, and accomodating. I highly recommend this Subway! Keep it up guys👍

We eat here twice this week and can say nothing bad. Staff was very nice! They where understaffed but they did a great job. We got 2 sub combos for $25 and in the area that is cheap!!! I would recommend them.

There are two subway locations at the Niagara Fallsview casino. One located in the casino foodcourt, and a second larger subway located on the fallsview blvd at street level. I have eaten at both, and was a little disappointed that they do not participate in the sub days program, which gives you the sub of the day, with one for each day of the week. Other than that, I was quite impressed with the cleanliness of the restaurant. A Richard Trus review.
If you're really tight on money while visiting Niagara Falls in this area, Subway will be the place for your hungry belly. Every restaurant in the area is really expensive like $45+ USD. The staffs were polite and quick even though it was starting to pick up. Be aware, however, that they don't have dining tables for you to eat. They do have a counter top that you can eat, but you will have to stand.
Walked in at 8:00 on a Saturday night. We were staying across the street at the Hilton and didn't want to invest 2 hours in one of the sit down restaurants as we were tired from the day of sightseeing. Two girls working that night were awesome. Very efficient and patient with our order consisting of eight sandwiches. Great job girls!
Subway is our go-to for lunch on Thursdays for me and my co-worker, we call it Subway Thursdays. We order pretty much same things every week. I like the tuna or the steak and cheese sub and I like my extra chipotle sauce and my co-worker always get the veggie delite. Fast, friendly service and subs are always fresh :)
Okay...had a ciabatta bun with roast beef. Can you really spare it? 2 thin slices of toast beef.. could almost see right through it. I decide that the next time I come down to the casino, I am going to pack a sandwich and some snacks.
It is more that OK. Everything was in order, clean and fast. I like it and I will back again maybe. It was accurate and almost fresh. I more like the fry potato. However, I think they mixed the fresh potato with yesterday cooked that is not good. The boss was there, and what I cannot accept in any way that He touched everything without gloves and he did not wear any special uniform. He just cleaned and after that he started to serve the customer: it was blizzard.
First time trying Subway. Not the best experience. The food was good, but the ladies at the counter were mean and impatience. We couldn't understand what they were saying to us and still they expected some answers. Not raccomanded in the evenings or at night.
Only one person working and fulfilling mobile order after mobile order while the store lineup grew out the door. Maybe roll out the app when you have enough staff.
I asked for a rice bowl, everything was okay but then this younger lady just looked at me, didn’t say anything then started putting everything in my rice bowl. I assumed she was making a mobile order because she was just movinnn. Then she didn’t even offer to remake even though I was the only one in there. She just barely picked out some of the food and gave it to me uugghh. Only gave an extra star because there was a nicer older lady who made my order the last time I went there.
Today i asked for a chipotle rap . The lady that served me grabbed the scooper filled it up with meat and then shock it until the spoon had 1/2 the meat in it and served it to me. How cheep can you get.
Horrible servers. Super rude. One actually asked me if she needed to preheat the steak. 2 sub combos 42 dollars. I would not eat here again.

They messed up my bread i specifically specified what bread i wanted. I suggest if you want a proper sandwich go to somewhere else. these people have airpods in their ears making you repeat the thing 5 times.
The staff doesn't care that you have paid full price for the sandwich . They don't even do bare minimum to put stuff in the sandwich they think that they put a little bit of onion in your sandwich is like asking for their inheritance.
We got late night food for 11 years old and they put mayonnaise and when we come to tell them they made mistake they arguing with us for 15 minutes ver very bad customer service and they keep arguing about 6 “ I can’t believe it, they should have say sorry and move on and give a us new one is for a child too and plus we order food for the rest of us still they wouldn’t give us a new sandwich
Could hardly understand anything
$15 footlong (only the sandwich) where we even paid in US Dollars. We were obviously supposed to receive more back in changes but they literally gave back $5 in CAD. Beware.
Representative refused to give us food before 10-15 mins before closing and started suggesting is other restaurants and also 3 more customers came back , owner need to pay attention if closing time is 10 or 9:45 so no person will waste time going there
I have been eating at the subway for the last 2 years. But, This was one of my Bad sub experiences. Sub quality and topping is not good. they add cucumber and other toppings in my sub and it's not selected. With this type of subway quality, I Can't choose the subway for my future choice. I used the app to order and used a deal and it was awesome. 2 days later this location decided to no longer do subway deals. I have a Huge following so i will be instructing people to NEVER go to subway again. At least they didnt make sandwiches with their feet
I did online order today around 4:30pm during my lunch break I thought i can pick it up and have it for my lunch. But to my surprise when I reached the store it was crowded and there was only one employee working. She was dealing with thé customers very politely. But I could see how much pressure it must be on her. as the family before me ordered more then 10 subs and there were 4 people behind me as well and by the time she prepared my sub( she took around 2 mins which was pretty fast) but when i was getting out of the store the line got bigger and bigger i could see there were more then 8 customers waiting for their turn. They should schedule more people when they know it is the last week of summer and alot of people are enjoying their last week before going back to school. It is not good for thé mental and physical health of the employee to go through such pressure. I feel sorry for her. But the onwer of the store should look into this matter and schedule more people for busy days.
I really had a bad experience with their service.the girl name #komal served us but her attitude was not good to be honest i can say she is not having any customer service experience how to deal a person. She served me with wrinkle on her forehead without any reason I literally threw my food cause the way i got my sub. I am posting this standing in the subway. The staff is very unfriendly & are unable to provide satisfactory service. She kept putting very few veggies (less than the formula of 6 they have). I asked her to put some more veggies & she gave a bad stare and behaved in an unprofessional way, they did not even carry their name tags and it was a very disappointing experience at such a beautiful tourist place.
We got food poisoning here. Idk what they put in their toppings or maybe it’s the bread but I was dying last night. DONT come here. P.s the place and workers were 🤮
Made us the worst subs I have ever laid my eyes upon. 90% bread, 5% meat and 5% vegetables. I asked if I could add more and other veggies but was told no. Thanks for wasting my money 😁 would recommend if you want to donate money to Subway
We placed an app order, the app told us it would be ready at 4:20pm. 20 minutes after I ordered it. It wasn’t ready till 5pm as they were serving the people in line instead of dealing with my order. I asked the server when she planned to make it , she told me she had to deal with the line first. If I would have stood in line I would have gotten my order by 4:20pm. I guess the app orders aren’t important at all.
She doesn't know how to greet customers.. We ordered herbeanaro cheese bread and without even listening she started cutting the regular bread when we asked for the bread she didn't say anything and then we ordered multigrain bread one chicken and veggie sandwiches, literally she barely put chicken in the sandwich with very little amount of veggies.. As we didn't find any other sub on the street we adjusted .. Few other customers came and she gave them the bread we asked.. lol she is crazy..
They made the first sub Good and no errors. But when we ordered a Spicy Italian, they completely messed up the order. We asked them not to Toast it but they toasted it anyway and wouldn't give us a new loaf. Put complete opposite sauces on it.one Onion throughout the whole sub, and yes rotten tomatoes. We asked for them to make us a new sub but the worker immediately told us No and that we would be charged for a new one. They also said they were out of pickles even though they totally weren't. The staffing needs a total change, by far.
Don't go if you have allergies, staff unwilling to accommodate. They will make you feel bad for asking questions regarding your own health. My allergies should not be a topic for argument. The staff is so rude.
We bought lots of stuffs and couldnt carry them all so we asked for an extra plastic bag. Instead of giving us one more bag, the server was just squeeze our foods into one bag. And when I said I would like to have another bag, she doesn't look happy at all ?!?! Also took her three tries to get us a correct cookie, ordered a double chocolate cookie but keot giving us whotr chocolate chunk cookie. Bad service. Never come back.
The girl at counter named Rajwinder is highly unprofessional. She was on call while preparing my sub and working alone. And when I told her to put sauces properly that sub isn’t dry to which she said how can it be dry. Counter questioning without satisfying customer for their hunger needs. Not bothered listening to me but busy on her own call. NOT RECOMMENDING SUBWAY FALLVIEW. HIGHLY DISSATISFIED. ILLMANNERED STAFF
No seating was the first disappointment. Incredibly poor customer service was the next. A simple accomodation for an extra cup to hold my drink and spare my hands the cold was met with (a) "no" and (b) "it's the cost of a drink (for an extra cup)". C'mon. An upcharge is fine but the cost of an entire drink...
The staff probably does not know how to actually make a salad. They gave me a bowl with uncut big slices of veggies. There was no sauce at all on the bottom, they just pile up your ingredients.
The server was rude and arrogant. She didn’t make the salad I ordered properly saying it’s closing time n I won’t do it. Though on the website it was showing the closing time is 12.00 AM for this location but she was closing at 10.50 PM. She didn’t even add veggies when requested. Very bad service.
When i ordered my sub the girl who was taking order was very rude. She even doesn’t know how to greet the customer. Before taking my order, there was a person from another country, she was very polite with him but with me and my sister, she was very rude. I don’t know why Indians employee treat Indian customer very rudely. When my sister was asked which non-veg food is this, they were totally blank like they don’t understand english. When we asked her to cut the base in two parts like one veg and one non-veg she asked questions in return “ how am i going to punch it “ but as a customer how can we know it and the way she asked was terrible with angry face. I will not choose this subway again. Overall, my experience was very bad there. Before hiring this kind of person, managers should give them full training of hospitality. As a hospitality student , i will give her 0 out of 10.
Went their for lunch today and had 5 people ahead. 1 couple and 3 others. 4 more people came in after me and the 3 others allowed them to cut in line. Pushing me out of my order. I said no cutting in and let the sandwich maker which is also the owner about the situation and they didn’t care because the people ahead are friends of theirs. Serving your friends is fine but don’t alienate your own customers for that. I will not be going back. Very poor customer service. And they need to make people who order 6 to 8 subs to order ahead. That’s how my sub shop did it.
Horrible experience!!! Worst customer service!! When we went there they didn’t even greet us. And when i said the girl to make a footlong sub slice in half only veggies and half with chicken. She refused to do that after asking us questions in return. She said how im gonna punch this in. I was totally blank like how can you ask a question like that in return when customer is asking you about a preference. She can explain in a nice way but instead she started questioning me. They were behaving weird with us but they were nice with other foreign people. I used to hear that Indian behave rude with own Indians but today I experienced that. Overall, they made us uncomfortable. Will never visit this place again. College Subway is far better!!!
Horrible, worst experience!! I don't know what's wrong with the lady.. She doesn't even greet customers. It's me and my husband who visited the store we asked for harbenaro bread she didn't even reply and started making sandwich by the regular bread i said i asked habenaro she refused i was like okay then i said i need multigrain.. And the order was veggie and the other one is chicken trust me she barely put chicken and veggies not evan's a one spoon of items she included in chicken sandwich omg what's wrong with her she was so careless .. Worst customer service ever. Did not welcome us neither modified our subways as requested. We requested for extra sauce in our subway and were ready to pay extra too. Lol the employee says “this is veggie delite so this sauce (Tandoori sauce) does not come in this subway so I will not give you. You are not in a grocery store.” Who talks to a customer like this even when the customer is ready to pay extra. Very very unacceptable behaviour.
The sub filling was very less and this was one of the bad sub I ate in Subway. I usually go to Subway in other places and usually tasted good with lot of fillings. I recommend people not to go to this sub way. Just waste of money and employees doesn't even know how to make subs here. Bad experience with no filling and never ever go to Subway
First off I wanna say that I’m gonna make this a real review as possible. I don’t mean to hurt this business or anything but just share our experience. it was a nice place and pretty clean for the first part. The seats and tables were spotless. And the people were normal and not some weirdo, so it’s why I gave it 5 stars for the atmosphere. Moveing on, to the service was pretty bad. 1. The workers didn’t speak English and don’t even greet the customers. While I was sitting there they pretty much ignored a customer with his family till he said something about it. 2. They are pretty rude. I’m not being over dramatic when I say this but they pretty much rushed me and pretty much what other reviews had said. 3. These workers weren’t wearing hair nets or such, this is something that many people noticed but we didn’t say anything about it. Now the food. It was ok, it’s what u get for a subway but the issue was that many of us got food poisoning here, and I found a black short hair inside my food. I didn’t choose to say anything as it took us so long to get our food we might as well wait another hour just for them to say it “wasn’t there’s”. (The food poisoning was so bad that one us were pukeing all night long.) Honestly if you’re really hungry go for it but we will not be coming back here anymore.
WORSTTT SUBWAY They are putting the toppings as If doing a big favor to us. I had to ask literally 4 times for extra spinach or extra any toppings... The parmesan cheese topping is for the sake of having on menu...just put like 10 dots of cheese 😁 The owner/ employee (old east indian lady) is soo unwelcoming and i was feeling so shy asking for toppings again and again to her... Need a lot of improvement on customer service and quality of food.
If I could rate it lower I would. Walked in and the place was empty and I'm immediately badgered by the server to hurry up and order. No ingredients for my order were ready upon request and throughout the sandwich making process the server was incredibly rude and flippant. My request for olives on my sandwich warranted 4 individual slices of olives for my footling sandwich.... I'm normally chill about these things but what got me to write this was the fact that when "no tip" was punched onto the credit machine, an audible (sigh) could be heard from my server. One of the worst experiences ever in a fast-food place.
Lady behind the counter was more interested in doing her online orders instead of the customers in front of her and she wasn’t interested in customizing our orders. Very rude and argumentative.
When I walked into the store and tried to order a chicken salad, the older Indian lady who was preparing the food didn’t even ask me what vegetables I wanted. She simply added a bit of lettuce, a few slices of cucumber and tomato, and then threw in some pre-heated chicken pieces. Honestly, in the five years I’ve been eating at Subway, I’ve never seen such a skimpy portion—it was just a small handful. I decided to let it go and politely asked if I could get more greens, and I chose spinach. But she responded rather rudely, saying I already had some and that she had given me extra. I looked into the bowl—it was just a few torn leaf fragments, scattered like fallen leaves. If this is a corporate-owned store, Subway must be saving a lot of money. If it’s a franchise, then the owner is probably making a decent profit. I would strongly recommend that Subway’s Toronto headquarters come and take a look at the quality and service standards at this location. Or, if the company no longer cares about its brand reputation, then by all means let them continue serving tourists next to the casino—this kind of “great” service will surely make a lasting impression, far and wide.
I have been going to Subway for 25 years and never treated so bad in my life I would appreciate the store owner gets ahold of me.
Me and my friend ordered 2 subs today with clear instructions on receipt with no tomato and no cucumber as i am allergic to it and the restuarant didn’t even saw the receipt before putting veggies in it…..really poor food….no sauces at all…too dry to eat….i wont recommend ever to anyone!!!!
I went inside the store around 7:30pm day before yesterday (december 16,2025) , Indian Lady named 'BEANT' she was on her fon while sitting on the kitchen top talking to someone with headphones on. I waited for 5-7 minutes to see if she notices me. But no, she was talking over phone not worrying about her job. Then i Said 'Hi' she didn't hear, i said louder, she didn't hear. At last I knocked the mirror that was at the desk. She jumbed from the counter and Didn't apologize or asked me what would i like to order, Rather she raised her eyebrows to ask me my order without uttering a word. I ordered Peri peri wrap, and she said the grill is closed, she cannot grill my wrap, mind you , it was 7:30pm and store closes at 11pm. She said i cannot do it grill is closed. What Rubbish? either do your job or just find a janitor job if you don't like serving customers while working in customer service.
I ordered a Teriyaki Chicken wrap, and unfortunately, both the service and the food quality were disappointing. I’ve been to this location twice now, and each visit had the same issues. The grill wasn’t working, several ingredients were out of stock, and overall the experience felt unprofessional. On top of that, the prices are quite high for what you get.
I understand subway has quality standards but this was just ridiculous. I went to order a sweet onion teriyaki sub and the lady was putting in half scoops of chicken- not even enough to cover the bread that she had to then strategically place the chicken in a way to cover the bread. When I said can you put in a little more and she then began to argue with me and said it is a full scoop and I said no. I was polite and told her to just cancel the order - and she continued to smile at me condescendingly and wouldn’t admit to what was right. I’ve literally come here now two days in a row and there hasn’t been any issues. Do better subway.
