Been eating at ¡Que Ricos! Since I was a teenager. I’ve been happy with the wonderful authentic Mexican comfort food that they serve. I make sure to make the effort to come back whenever I’m in town. The Papas Nachos are phenomenal. Great food and great environment.

Very clean inside. The staff was attentive and friendly. Prices were reasonable for the amount of food. We had the 2 taco special, seasoned well. The beans were great. Perfect size for lunch. I will return. Stop in and check it out, you cant go wrong.

I don't know what you guys put in that al pastor but it was delicious. I had the carnitas burrito too - that was great and the red salsa yum! Generous salsa cups and great price. Thank you!

I have been going here for years, and the food keeps getting better! I am always treated well, the establishment is always clean, and when my friends and family visit they ALWAYS need to stop at Que Rico’s for tacos for their first and last meal! I highly recommend you try this place if you haven’t, you’re missing out!

I was looking on Doordash for a spot that was open late night and found Que Ricos!, their menu seemed delicious so I ordered and when I got my food, it was delicious! The churros and horchata are amazing! I give it 5 stars all the way. Will be ordering again!

This place is soooo great! The staff is friendly and the food keeps me comin' back! I love to swing by for a burrito to start off a busy day. They recently renovated the interior, but the food still tastes great! Anyone complaining about wait time: your food is made to order - fresh. It's not Chipotle where there's a bin of cooked meat just sitting there -- they cook it up special for you and it's delicious and definitely worth the wait!

I expect a good burrito in LA, but was shocked with the quality of burrito from Que Ricos. There was a slight cruch to the Tortilla and my steak had little crisp ends without it being super dry and chewy! I will have to revisit, hopefully it wasn't an incredible fluke

Very tasty food. I eat lots of Mexican food and even been going to a lot of curbside pop-ups lately, which have all the potential of being delicious also. This restaurant definitely exceeds your expectations and cooks their meats perfectly. Scrumptious I'll say. I had a wet burrito, and there's many items I want to try in the future. The Chilequiles look really good!

Food was fresh and delicious. Atmosphere was great - very clean, great music. Lorena was so wonderful! She greeted everyone with a smile and made the place lively and fun. She was accommodating to my dietary needs which I really appreciated. I highly recommend Que Ricos.

This is the go-to spot for the weekend crew at my local art studio. Average meal is $12-$18 depending on what we're each ordering The staff is super friendly, the wait time is always quick, and the portions are big. I'm a big dude and the papas nachos will always fill me up past full. The tortas and tamarindo slushy machine are also really popular studio orders. You can order online, over the phone, or in person at a self-service touchscreen (great for the folks that like to customize). Parking is never an issue, and the restaurant itself is always clean

I've been coming here for years and love it. Food is always consistent and great! Try their hard shell tacos. Regular tacos and burritos are great too. Owner is always updating the appearance of the restaurant.

Today I drove from San Diego to Long Beach to check the job board at my Union Hall for Master Mates & Pilots. I wanted to meet with a very close friend of mine from High School who is located in the SFV area. I suggested we get tacos and he took me to this incredible taco place called Que Ricos. The food was extremely authentic and the food came out fresh and fast. The staff were helpful and nice, plus I meet the owner who was all smiles, friendly, helpful and cared very much about my experience at her restaurant. It was a pleasure to be helped by her and her staff while having an excellent meal. I definitely would recommend this Mexican restaurant for all their different kinds of wonderful Mexican cuisine.

Open late, and always a wait. LOL That's because the food is really good, and worth waiting for. Urge you to order online to avoid waiting for the kiosk to be free after hours. I have only been there during the day, inside, a couple of times. It's nice since the remodel, but not as nice as the food is tasty. Not cheap. Still worth it.

Que Rico's is my best friend. They are open all the time serve delicious food and they leave me Nice notes when they deliver. And I love this place and the salsa and it's just bomb. I like the carne asada my favorite is the taquitos plate the beef one and a desserts the churros and the tres leches is fire they put some soul into that kitchen.

24hr convenient fresh Mexican food with a variety of eats, including vegetarian and vegan options. The asada nachos, burrito or loaded fries are super popular. They have a great vegan burrito as well as veggie nachos fries that can be modify I often order in person or for delivery. The parking lot is pretty spacious. You can dine in or out doors as well as order inside or through the walk up window. Great ambience and solid service always.

Impressed with how clean this place is and loved their outdoor ordering window and spotless outdoor (self-serve) dining area. 5 stars for covid ordering experiences. 3.8 stars for food. Crispy tacos were good - Soft tacos are $2, but small hard shell tacos are $4 - which i didnt understand given how small they are. Wet burrito was good. It wont be the best taqueria you eat at but food is good, and it has a lot going for it. ..and open 24hrs!

My very first time eating at Que Rico's. I tried 2 street tacos al pastor. Wow! Very tasty and you get slices of radish and a tortilla chips. They have a salsa bar too. Will come back even though some other items are on the pricey side.

I go here a LOT because I love the way they melt their cheese in the vegetarian burrito. Their asada tacos are really good too and the staff is always so friendly ♥️

Went here at like 2am. I was in the neighborhood with a friend who grew up there who suggested it. He was spot on. I had a couple of asada hard shell tacos that I wished I had ordered many more of because they tasted so good. You can scan a QR code they have posted next to the walk-up window or use the kiosk to order your food. When it's ready, they call your order number from the window. I'll be back, late at night or lunch time.

Their tacos taste great they just need to actually make the meat well done when I request them to. I'd ask for well done asada and still see they're medium well. I like the meat to have a little bit of a darker look but when I receive the tacos they look kind of white which I'm not a fan of

This place is great for a quick bite to eat. Flavors are better than basic. I do miss how they used to make the salsa as it had soo much flavor than what they make now. Their prices have gone up too, which for the food seems a bit much.

Love their pastor burrito and any of their tacos are worth a try. Also good chips and guac. I really appreciate that they are 24 hours too. They do have a good ordering system for COVID with an outdoor order window and pickup late night. Definitely worth checking out.

I love this place. I come here all the time. I would recommend it to anyone. The food is amazing....but when my order is wrong and it clearly looks wrong, dont be upset at the customer. If it looks like guac and it tastes like guac, ITS GUAC! Just apologize and remake my order. No big deal....but do not try to tell me I'm wrong and have your coworker agree cause you think you didnt make the mistake. THIS CLEARLY HAD GUAC IN IT. I even asked for beans and rice in my burrito and it didnt even have that! I MEAN I DO NOT EVEN FREAKING CARE ABOUT THE MISTAKE! DONT TRY TO SAY YOU DIDNT MAKE A MISTAKE WHEN IT LITERALLY RIGHT THERE! IMPROVE YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS CAUSE THAT IS HOW YOU WILL LOSE A CUSTOMER.

We came here for a late night feast, and were %100 satisfied! We ordered the fiesta platter , which came with 3 carne tacos, a carne quesadillas, and 3 taquitos with chips on the bottom. Reccomended don't wait to eat it , the chips got soggy at the bottom. Alot of food , can feed 4 people easy!

I got the California burrito with asada beef with the horchata coffee drink to go. The burrito was good the salsa was slightly spicy and it worked well on the burrito. The horchata coffee was okay. You can tasted more coffee than horchata but still pretty good. Service was good and order was ready on time.

Que Rico's is a place I usually hit up during the after hours because they are open 24/7. Their food options don't vary much compared to other Mexican restaurants, they have the typical burritos, tacos, nachos, enchiladas, blah blah blah, etc... The quality isn't what it should be, but that's what you have to accept when eating at a place that never closes. The salsa bar is small, but the selection is decent for the food you will be pairing it with. If you have been drinking and you need food ASAP (this is basically what everyone else is thinking from 11pm till 4am when they roll up in this place) then this is a good place to feed your needs. In case you don't read the other comments stating the obvious, I will repeat it: They take CASH ONLY. But don't fret they have an ATM on site.

Fast service and good food. Had a chicken burrito. Stuffed of all the goodies. It was very good and not to bad on prices. Place is clean and their ample parking space. Nice and cozy , but took mine to go.

Meat is good, I got a carne asada burrito. The only thing I didn't like is that they served they food semi- hot. I leave like 5 minutes away from this location and by the time I got home my burrito was cold. Not sure if they trying to save money and that's why they dont keep food at a higher temperature. Salsas are very tasty

Food is okay, I usually order asada tacos or asada super nachos. Super nachos are actually worth it for 10 bucks it feeds two people easily, unless your starving you can probably finish it on your own lol The asada meat is like 50/50 chance is good sometimes it's nice and juicy with flavor sometimes it's just chewy. I also tried the champurrado, and it was actually pretty good it was not too thick and it had a lot of flavor, not too chocolatey either. It's not the best place to have a taco but not the worst either. For sure if you don't like spicy tacos you will like the sauces but if your looking for awesome spicyness on tacos then your going to be disappointed. The staff is always nice and friendly!

The food here is hit or miss. The asada fries were flavorful and they give you huge portions. But we weren't impressed with the menudo. It was bland and watery. The chicken torta was huge, but it was so dry. Nothing to do with the food, but someone please fix the AC. It was so humid inside when we went there.

The food was as ok, it didn't have much variety, it seems like a pretty set menu, I asked for a minor adjustment to my order and they were unsure if they could do it or not, just wanted the eggs that came with the meal on a separate plate, ultimately they did it but that gives me an idea about making requests that aren't on the menu, the staff was friendly and made us feel welcomed and the atmosphere was nice, the place was really clean.

Ive been here many many times. But hadnt gone since they remodeled. I finally went today and was dissapointed. I got chilaquiles with a plate that was half empty for 8 dollars. Like common, i get it remodeled prices are higher and thats fine. But seriously my plate was half empty. And thats unacceptable to me. I will not be going back to this place.

Not the best Posole I have ever tasted. The soup was too light. Hardly had corn in it. It was served with lettuce not cabbage. The lime was precut and appered to have been inside the bag it came for atleast a week.no radish. No chili.

Champurado came with nothing but dried up clumps of itself. Barley even warm. What a disappointment. Que ricos here on victory was barley good in high school now it’s 6 years later and it’s dog food. Glad I just came for the drink and not the tacos. Smelled better with the boys down the street.

Took 20 min for my order to be ready. 1 burrito was supposed to be made with no onions. It was marked "no ceb" It had extra onion. They did remake. The lady was very nice. The Super Nachos were trash. No melted cheese. No Nacho Cheese. Also the food was hella cold. I arrived 10 min before it was ready just in case it was finished. They was no customers. I gave them so many chances. Its the only Taco spot open 24/7 in the valley. I just wish there was better mexican food in the Valley.

Coming from LA where we have King Taco and Gavilan Tacos. I was really hoping for some good tacos in NOHO so I came to Que Rico’s. Que Rico’s you need to do something about your beans and rice they have no flavor at all. Service is great just wish the food had more flavor!

Gave this place two tries. The staff work hard, lots of parking and outdoor seating, one of the only places open so late in the area. The problem is that it’s quite overpriced for extremely mediocre (and that’s being very generous) Mexican food.

Good food but overpriced for other Mexican food in the valley and mainly 2 stars for just McDonald’s teenager level service at a supposed sit down restaurant. middle of the day their inside chairs are stacked and patio chairs are locked up I tried to order at the counter and the girl pointed at the iPad in front of me. then when my food was ready they made me come pick it up.

30 min for just three asada tacos lmao I not only felt robbed of my money for expensive tacos but robbed of my time. It’s not even busy but I get it with door dash orders and everything I’d figure a quick simple order shouldn’t take more than 5/9 min tops haha never coming back again or recommending this place. If you do plan on placing a order. Place your order 3 years in advance.

Food is alright but they seemingly do not care about allergies. I’ve told them when ordering the three times I’ve been that I’m very allergic to avocado and I always find copious amounts of avocado in my food. Will most definitely not be eating here again.

Not wasting another dime there anymore is not worth it. Since the pandemic they don’t give enough salsa, lemons and other garnishes like radishes and jalapeños in vinegar. Plus meat is so dry. Like they don’t grill it right before you order. Maybe they just boil it and then reheat it on the grill. Just Nasty. Taco stands in the street are better now.

Overpriced Mexican food. The quality isn’t great and the customer service sucks. They try to up charge you for everything. I ended up wasting more than $10 on a simple vegetarian burrito. Go elsewhere for better service and food

I WILL NEVER EAT AT THIS PLACE. I was treated terribly. I walked up to the counter and get ignored until another lady who noticed the first lady refused to serve me wasn't doing anything and so she kindly served me. Then I was told they do not take cash but was pointed towards their ATM machine that was working. After I got my cash to complete my order/purchase, I was ignored again by that same lady who ignored me the first time, except now she DELIBERATELY helped the man standing behind me as if a 6'4" man wasn't standing directly in front of her. I was kind and courteous as always, so I hope this has nothing to do with anybody's cultural preference, but regardless of anyone's color or preference of it, THEY WILL NEVER GET ANY OF MY GREEN.

Worst customer service experience ever. We didn't know they take cash only. When we wanted to combine our orders the cashier complained. "0h now I got add the items on one order?" I ordered taquitos but she never asked me chicken or beef and automatically ordered chicken and said it was too late change my order. I was so shocked on how unpleasant she was. She told me there was no beef taquitos when clearly the menu states there is beef taquitos, When I was going to order something else, she just wanted to give me back my money? I have been to hundreds of mexican restaurants from Ensenada all way to up to SF. There cashier had a hostile tone throughout the whole transaction. I wanted to dine there but I walked out with nothing.

Horrible experience here thanks to Laura. She was rude to everyone the entire time I was there waiting for my order. I called my order in an hour before the closing time and was told to hurry along with some attitude from Laura. Then when I arrived to pay for my order she realized that she never put my order in and proceeded to give me attitude saying I probably ordered something else that’s why the order was missing. Regardless she took my money and put my order in. When I received my order it was wrong…at this point I don’t know if she did it on purpose…I walked back to return the food and she was again rude and denied that it was her fault.. she continued to argue with me instead of correcting my order until the cook stepped in to apologize for her and to say he was working on my correct order. She behaved unbelievably rude and demonstrated to not care about her job and the many people she affects.

I ordered chilaquiles verdes & they were horrible really salty couldn’t eat them. The rice was okay beans were good. The flan was really good & the horchata isn’t the greatest. I wasn’t happy with my meal. First time trying this place I won’t be buying food here again not a good first experience.

I've gotten the food from here via walk in and delivery with Uber eats. Both times have been disappointing. Please save your money and go somewhere else for Mexican. I would think that taco Bell would be more authentic and better quality ingredients than this place. I have been so disappointed because they are always so busy. I have had the torta and nachos along with fajitas, but everything is barely edible.

This was the worst Mexican food I ever had. The burrito was so terrible, the menudo is so so bad, nothing has flavor. Fake horchata like really. I expected so much more. Ordered a torta with my boyfriend to share. The first couple of bites were good, but after a bit it got very soggy and unenjoyable. Once we left my boyfriend and I both felt sick after eating the torta.

My girlfriend had the chicken and fries from here and got severe food poisoning. It was the only thing she ate all day and immediately within an hour started experiencing intense stomach pain and needed medical attention.

On my way saw this place wanted to give it a try. Got in the register lady was very unwelcoming, I order through there kiosk system which was pretty confusing. I ordered asada tacos and the papa nacho from their menu. When the food was ready to take I asked for lime. They said they don’t have any I said okay and left. Got home tried the taco the meet tasted very heavy and looked like birreria meat and smelled really there was a piece of bone in the meat which made me want to puke. The papa nachos tasted like burned oil the fries in it tasted disgusting. I foresure Will never in my life get food from here.

Use to love this place 😩 But it’s overpriced for the area now They charge for salsa too! What Mexican restaurant does that? They always forget it on window orders since I moved here in 2018. They are no longer 24/7. We got 8 asada tacos by themselves no chips no lime for $22 . CRAZY. They’re rewards don’t work anymore. Female cashier always has an attitude even though no one is there and we ordered to go . There’s more affordable hidden gems in the valley.

I used love going here for late night food and the worst thing about this place was how they only took cash. However, they made a few changes and I thought ok improvements they take card now, they update their decor. It all seemed to be going for the better. Then after the pandemic I door dashed some al pastor tacos , and when I bit into what I thought was gonna be the best meal of my day; I come to find a staple in one of my tacos. I will never be going back to Que Ricos. Very disappointed and upset about spending those 30 dollars.

Just got on to write a review than saw that i guess i had already given one. Ordered 100$ worth of food got 3 small sauces. They cant get any cheaper. Thats after we asked for more sauce.

I normally don’t rate restaurants but this by far the worst “Mexican restaurant” no flavor what so ever on their meets. My co workers all avoid ordering from here and it’s way over priced. The jalapeños you can taste are old and the horchata is not balance it’s like your drink a bag of sugar. Overall the food taste straight out of a can and slipped together. I prefer chipotle at this point. I would give it 1 star for the chips

What ever they did with the old recipes specially with the nachos de asada needs to come back. Thickest sour cream and not enough portions. Horrible. Also the self order kiosk at the register are as bad as the people cooking the food. Prioritizing the online orders instead of people instore. Miss the old place. If u want gentrified Mexican food go up the street to brick n flour. Actually taste better. Who ever owns this que Rico’s location does not know the restaurant business and needs to realize that his income is coming from just simply being open late and being a last resort meal.

Used a kiosk on the side of the building to order. Was hesitant to eat here after reading the reviews but figured I’d give them a try and have my own opinion. Not a fan. Quesadilla was gross and greasy. The California burrito said it had fries in it…. Mine didn’t. They don’t provide salsas with your order which is pretty wack because every taco/mexican spot I’ve ordered from gives you some. Felt nauseous later that night. Had a busy morning on the toilet after that. Don’t recommend at all!

Was excited to order from here but once my food arrived I saw they did not provide any salsa. How does this restaurant expect someone to eat tacos with no salsa? I went back to check and they charge an additional fee for salsa (ridiculous). Why would you charge extra for someone to enjoy their food? Never ordering from here again. My order was through DoorDash. Maybe they don’t charge for salsa at the store… I don’t know…still mad about it.

I ordered the pastor tacos so this review is on that. The meat is good nothing spectacular nor bad. But the tortilla was just awful, nothing absolutely worse than a soggy tortilla might as well order a wet burrito. The salsa is terrible especially the red one literally water no flavor no spice. The green sauce was ok .

The portion size for the 3 taco combo was like kids size. 🤦‍♂️ No Mexican music playing while you wait... no Mexican atomphere.. its like a whole in the wall $14 kids combo .. not worth it at all.. highly don't recommend.. good lord where are all the real Mexican restaurants 😫

I had an appointment next door at the medical center and my mom had dropped me off in the parking lot and was going to order herself food while she waits for me to be done with my appointment. 2 minutes after I get out of my car, the old guy, whom I assume might be the manager, comes speeding out and yells at me to turn around. I could hardly hear with the traffic from the Main Street next to you and he starts telling me “you can’t park here, you need to leave.” I told him that my Mom dropped me off and is going to get out and eat right now while she waits for me. He didn’t believe me and said “people lie and tell me that all the time.” I told him, don’t worry about it she’s going to go in. After a few more seconds of arguing, I told him to forget it, she’ll just eat elsewhere. I called my Mom and told her to leave. She doesn’t need that type of service. I don’t appreciate the way he came at me, especially since my Mom was going to be a paying customer. It’s not right to come running out to yell at a potential customer who was literally only parked for 2 minutes. There’s a reason this place and parking lot is always empty every time I come around here. It’s only 8:30 in the morning, chill out. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

So I just ordered a wet burrito through Uber eats and had it delivered, I don’t mind paying for food but honestly let’s have it fresh. That asada has been there for hours, I work at a restaurant I would know. It’s dry, hard and I can’t believe they served it to me like that. I’m throwing it away and I should’ve just drove to the nearest truck. Never again!!! I wish I would’ve seen the reviews before!!! Don’t ever, ever ever ever ever eat here!!!

This has to be the worse Mexican food I've ever had. And it's almost impossible to make bad Mexican food but somehow this place has achieved it. I ordered through Uber eats, never having eaten here before, but the pictures looked good. And boy was I mistaken. This place was disgusting. I actually threw my food away and got a refund after sending pictures and an email to Uber eats. We got the wet burrito, a burrito bowl, the corn, and a side of rice. Only thing edible was my jarritos. How do you make rice nasty? By far the most disgusting item was the wet burrito. It was soaked in a liter of sauce. The sauce flavor was horrendous. And it was soggy and mushy. Completely inedible. Have a look at these pictures. Look at what they advertise and what I got. Whatever you do save yourself money and having a horrible taste in your mouth, and just avoid this place. The street corn was watery. Did you not drain the water out the corn after you boiled it? I mean come on... You guys should close and not be in business. Seriously. Disgusting.

The best thing about this place is the cute neon sign. We went to this place cause it was literally the only thing open late night. I got the Nachos, how you screw up nachos idk but they did. The meat was gross, so they cover it in toppings, the guacamole is runny and the salsa they drench the Nachos in guarantees that you'll be eating soggy chips. I won't be back
