1st pollo loco that's not stingy on their food tacos were great and loaded with chicken whice surprisingly got on a sale 2 for $5 usually they give you less but place didn't and the young lady in the front cashier beautiful and helpful

Bathroom was really clean and the manager helped me twice because I ordered twice in one night that's how great the service and food is. I got the chicken taquitos and a small drink. They're made fresh and they are spot on !! The service is very good, kind caring clean is what this location is THANK YOU FOR YOUR HOSPITALITY!

Great place to grab a quick bite to eat or to grab dinner for the whole family. I usually stop by here during my lunch for the value menu $5 options. When it's a busy week at home and no dinner is made, I stop here for the family meal deal. The chicken is grilled and the rice and beans are pretty good. Not sure why but this location makes their beans spicy which makes them delicious.

The place is right in corner of a plaza, no Drive-thru, but definitely walk-in and plenty of sitting area. No salsa bar, but they offer to give as many as you’d like, after order is ready. Customer service was Great! I was very impressed. Friendly youth and manager, went above and beyond to get my order. Kitchen is fast, it seemed like they get many phone orders. They also have Kiosks to place your own order and pay, credit, EBT cash, and cash also. That was awesome! Restrooms were clean. Only one, unisex, but with code. I will be honest, dining area needed a bit cleaning. So I helped out with little trash on floor, so would be awesome if we helped them a little, help each other out. Oh yeah, also you must get the App, they have awesome deals. I got a Guaca Queso Burro and it was off the heeezy! (Off the hook! Delicious! Bomb!) Crunchy, soft, and deeeeelicious!!!!

The food was very tasty, but with four stars, because I saw that there were many different products on the food assembly counter, sauces were spilled on the same assembly table, etc. it was not very pleasant + the tostada package was covered with oil on the outside, and the bag itself was also covered with oil. The next time I came, the kitchen was clean, probably because the bosses were there.🤷‍♀️

I ordered the original bowl ... came with sagy old celentro ... smile and test bad !! I did speak to the manager Richard.. he was very nice .. and he said vegetables come from the company already cut... corporate need to know vegetable with smile and test bad nit good for health .. they need to chang the way they handel the vegetable

Everything is fine at this location but I hate when it's advertised "close 9 pm" when in real life they close for business as earliest as 8⁵⁰ pm, I just need an item not that I have to wait 20 minutes to get prepared or cooked But 8⁵⁰ pm is closing time And don't tell me the workers are very tired because I worked in the food industry in a fast pace and I know what I'm talking about, but the people are ok just the time sucks

a lady ordered 4 burritos before me and she got them in 4 min, and the cook was tired of making burritos so he only made bowls for the next 5 orders even though i poaced the order before the bowls. the cooks did not want to make another burrito and the cashier had to remind them of my order, if not i would have been there for more than 20 min, i also asked for an eat-in order but she cashier gave it to me in a bag instead of on a tray. i also saw the manager make 3 different mistakes within the 10 minutes while i was standing by, i believe she may have been under the influence. i will not be returning to this location.

I ordered a avocado burrito with double chicken and no rice. I asked for them to put the green sauce in the burrito. I was told that was not possible because they prepack the cups. I wondered who is putting the green sauce in the cups and why they couldn't put it in the burrito. Then as they toasted my burrito it split in half and they didn't even try to rewrap it. The tortilla was dry and cracking apart. It made the entire burrito terrible.
