I actually stumbled upon this place because of the reviews. I’m from out of town, and I’m the type of person who always reads reviews before trying a new spot, so I decided to take a chance here, and I’m really glad I did. The food was very good, but what truly made this experience stand out was the service. We were helped by our server, Yessica, and she was absolutely the highlight of the entire visit. Yessica was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to walk us through all the options without ever pressuring us to order the most expensive items. She genuinely made us feel welcome from the start, she even took the time to learn our names, which says a lot. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, our food came out fast and on time, she constantly checked in on us, made sure our drinks were always refilled, and overall made sure we were taken care of throughout the entire meal. Her attention to detail and positive attitude really stood out. It honestly feels like she’s the star of the place, and kudos to the owners for having someone like her on their team. Her service alone made us want to come back, and when we do, we’ll definitely be asking for her again. I took the time to write this review because while the food deserves praise, Yessica’s service deserves just as much recognition. If you’re coming here, ask for her, you’ll be in great hands. We’re already looking forward to coming back.

Found this little gem of a cafe while waiting on my car getting serviced, saw the rating and had to walk over and check it out. The cafe was full and I was seated quickly. Right off the bat the regular coffee is great, no fuss, no frills, just good coffee. And I drink it black! I got the Chorizo Scramble and a single Ube Pancake, both arrived perfectly cooked. The flavor was excellent and it was delicious! The staff were attentive and always checking in to make sure everything was good with the partons. The refills for coffee was always offered as they passed by. Would highly recommend visiting here for a meal by yourself or with a group!

Garcia Bro’s Café has become one of those rare places that you walk into hungry and leave feeling genuinely taken care of. The food is always delicious, filling, and full of real, nutritious flavor–you can taste the heart that goes into every dish! It’s the kind of spot where you can sit down, enjoy your meal, and know you’re getting the best of the best. The service here is consistently warm, attentive, and genuine. Believe the hype. Everything about Garcia Bros is incredible. The quality of the food, presentation, attentiveness of the wait staff, and atmosphere are all top tier. Pricing is more than reasonable, even affordable, when compared to other local restaurants. The tiramisu pancakes and wet burrito were delicious. Make sure to elevate your breakfast with a Cafe de Olla. Trust me, it’s worth it.

FANNNNNN. As a foodie, I can’t tell you how great it was to get a high quality breakfast. Nothing was greasy. Everything was fresh. I got the mamas omelette and that in house salsa was perfection. I’m regretting not getting pancakes and wish I had 5 stomachs to try everything. Highly recommend. We were a large party of 7 but they made room for us. Not the best place for a large party but it’s not impossible. Staff was kind, always checking in and honestly… everyone was just happy. I love the feeling of just being in a place where people love where they work.

really busy restaurant but once you grab a bite of the amazing dishes they have it really does speak for itself, the waiters are so attentive offering you refills and checking in on you every so often it really does make you feel so welcome ! our waiter, Archie, was so sweet and attentive and brought us extra plates for our dishes we wanted to share with our family and giving us coffee refills whenever he saw we were low. you can never go wrong with coming here, such a lovely and welcoming atmosphere with lovely people <33

Today was my last full day in LA, and I’m glad my mom decided to bring me to this cafe! Now I completely understand why so many people go here—the food is delicious 🤤 and they have generous portions :) The tiramisu pancakes were fluffy, and they had just the right amount of both cream and tiramisu! The berries were really pleasant to eat (and usually I stay away from raspberries because they’re too tart for me. The ones they had were just right!) Had the chicken pesto sandwich as well and absolutely love the ciabatta bread! It was warm and soaked up the pesto just right (no cheese or chicken fell from the sandwich onto my plate!) Overall a wonderful brunch for my last day in LA, I want to return to this cafe when I visit the USA again!

This is it! If your thinking of going here do your self a favor and make it happen This place is amazing! Friendly staff that is very on top of their customers, cozy inviting comfortable atmosphere (we sat outside), and amazing tasteful food selections. We were sat with Daniella and she was fantastic. Drinks never went unfilled and she checked on us often. We were extremely disappointed because we had been in LA and had not had good food for 3 days. This place totally turned our trip around and we would definitely be back or recommend to anyone.

This was our second time here and it didn’t disappoint! They seated us very quickly and the servers were very polite and competent. The food is the best part of the experience (a close second to the service). I got the omelet with hash browns and my husband got the crunchy French toast with a side of eggs and bacon. The flavor of both dishes were amazing. Simple with a little something extra that really sets this place apart from your typical brunch spot. The space itself is a bit crowded as the storefront is small but it doesn’t dampen the experience in any way. Will absolutely be coming back next time we are in this part of town! Parking is limited street parking but it isn’t too difficult to find a spot.

Just trying new places and noticed the stellar reviews so I figured I’d pop in. I came in early around 8:30 and there was no wait. I had buttermilk pancakes which were fluffy and delicious. & the waitress suggested that I order the chilaquiles. She said the red sauce was the one to try so I ordered half red and half green with over-hard egg. It was decent…I was a little disappointed by it being a suggested menu item, I expected the sauces to have deeper flavor and the presentation to be a little more appealing, but I was satisfied! Probably will try something else next time but definitely will be back. Staff is very friendly and attentive. The place gets packed quick so try and come early.

Not sure what all the hype is about. It’s pretty much a basic bland Mexican restaurant. We tried the eggs and hash browns and the pita sandwich. Pancakes were basic, nothing out of the ordinary.

The wait was pretty long. The food was good, but not excellent, I was expecting a little more after waiting so long. The orange juice didn’t taste natural or freshly squeezed. On the positive side, the café de olla was very good, full of flavor. The chilaquiles, however, were a bit dry. Cute place. Was hoping that it would be as great as the reviews but I was disappointed. Perhaps it's just a bad day. It wasn't overly busy. Indoor and outdoor seating options. I ordered eggs and bacon dish with easy scramble. I was asked if I wanted crispy bacon and hashbrowns, and I said yes. What I received was warm eggs, but the crispy bacon & hashbrowns was cold. It didn't seem fresh. The latte was delicious.

I don’t know where they’re getting all these five star reviews, but I didn’t have a five star experience that’s for sure. Was told the wait time would be 15 minutes and ended up being 25 had to ask a waitress to finally get our order to come out. The supreme breakfast burrito was rather small, I did see they tried to cook it well but it was lacking on the ingredients and flavor department. It was mostly just an egg burrito. My wife got the breakfast sandwich and it was also lacking in the Size department and very minimal on the ingredients and for the price of almost $35 for both of us. There’s so many other better places for breakfast at the very least they need to level up their ingredients and flavor game. If they’re gonna be charging $16 for a breakfast burrito, it needs to be way better.
