The Donuts, ham & cheese croissant, and iced coffee were really good. The stuff Cinthya and Penelope were very friendly and polite and on top of that my dog loved the pup cup!

I was greeted by two wonderful staff when I came in today. The woman who got my donuts and rang me up was amazing.

Cythia at the front counter is probably as sweet as their donuts. Lovely environment when you walk in and very welcoming. Happy to have found a local donut shop where you can get good service and tasty creative donuts. 💯😎

The donuts were INSANELY cheap, but super yummy. I would say though, if you don't have a sweet tooth, don't bother. I had the churros donut, which turned out to be a maple glazed donut (my favorite) with churros bits and dulce de lèche on top. I also had the iced butter crumb latte which had the perfect amount of sweetness. The worker also saw that we didn't have access to the Sunday free drink deal, but allowed us to get the drink anyway.

I’ve been to this new Randy’s Donuts location three times now, and after my very first visit, I could already tell, these donuts are on a whole different level. Off-the-charts delicious. But I wanted to make sure it wasn’t just a fluke, so I went back for round two… and brought some backup. This time, I grabbed donuts from Dunkin’, Yum Yum, and Randy’s, all in North Hollywood. I had my nephew set up a blind taste test, and every single time, without fail, we both chose Randy’s. No question. The texture, the flavor, the freshness... Randy’s just hits different. Their donuts are moist, flavorful, and straight-up addictive. I honestly found myself speechless at how good they were. As for second and third place? Honestly... does it even matter? Randy’s came to claim the title, and they’ve got it: Best donuts in the entire San Fernando Valley. Period!! And shoutout to Kathleen (hope I got the name right!), she greeted me with a smile the moment I walked in and thanked me by name when I left. That’s the kind of genuine, top-tier customer service that makes you want to keep coming back. She’s the epitome of what great service should feel like. Thank you, Randy’s. I work right next door to Randy's NoHo, and was so thrilled when they opened up. I was so excited about now only being steps away from grabbing a morning donut or croissant and fresh cup of coffee, but what made me decide to leave a review was the amazing customer service Cynthia and her staff provide to their customers time and time again. I'm a people watcher and take notice to everything! Everyone is always greeted kindly when entering, and the crew are always smiling...ALWAYS! They never mind making recommendations to guests who ask for assistance and always make sure the place is spotless. Cynthia, the manager, has definitely made sure that this location is a business we want to remain in our NoHo community. Valeria, Debbie, Kathy, Karen and Judith need to be mentioned in this review because they all go beyond the call of duty, from what I've witnessed, to make sure customers are satisfied with their orders.

Donuts here are just as spectacular as at the original store in Inglewood. Consistent with recipe, taste, and quality. What stands out is the full real taste of chocolate unlike most every other donut place that usually have Zero chocolate flavor.

Great new location. Welcoming and helpful atmosphere from Debby and beautiful and tasty display of donuts. The red velvet had frosting that reminded me of the creaminess of a cupcake version. We went late in the evening, so the variety wasn't as wide, but the flavor of the donut was still very good and tasted fresh. This was a different kind of donut, not overly sweet, and the chocolate was good. I'll have to go back to try some of the others.

My husband and I visited a store recently and purchased $20 worth of donuts. I found the special mango donut unsatisfactory; it had excessive icing and insufficient dough. Similarly, the bacon maple bar, while fresh, had too much maple flavoring and not enough dough. The bear claw, however, was fresh and delicious. Unfortunately, the red velvet and blueberry cake donuts were stale and dry, which was disappointing as blueberry is my favorite. I am uncertain if we will return.

Not sure what’s the hype about but did try them out and the donuts were pretty bad. For the price u pay i expected way more. Did go there around 7pm so I think the donuts were old cause after eating that I was feeling little bad.

ZERO apples in the apple fritters. The staff was friendly with excellent service. The shop was clean & pleasant. But the baker figured no one would notice that there were NO APPLES in what was otherwise a nondescript flattened glazed donut. I noticed. I don't mind paying a premium for quality ingredients. The obvious goal of this virtual fritter was to make it as cheaply as possible. Fooled me once.

Don’t be fooled by brand recognition. Try out instead: “Crafted Donuts and Bagels” or “Twin Castles” in both directions. Randy’s may be amazing in Inglewood, but this small shack is a corporatized shell of its former self.

Just left. Maple iced drink not up to standard. Tastes very bad. Also feel a bit slighted with no welcome but everyone else got one! I guess it may be because I’m black but whatever you got my money but never more!

Ordered a cinnamon roll outer layer good as i got nearer to the center it was super doughy and raw first time here a little dissapointed

Way too much sugar in the doughnuts. The other location in Hollywood is a thousand times better. I go there frequently but I decided to go later and settled for this location because they were open later. I wish I didn’t waste the trip. Terrible and inedible. Way too sweet.👎

Just wanted to give them a try because they just opened a new location in North Hollywood. It's a bit pricey for what you are getting. Really could have done better. I won't be coming back. There are much better donuts in the city of Burbank.

I ordered 2 Chocolate Crondy but got regular ones which would've been fine but they were soggy, the Apple fritter was huge& burnt, I've ordered it before its not that big. I also ordered 2 regular glazed strawberry donuts and got some kind of apple filled donut that wasn't good. Extremely disappointed probably won't Order again.
