An absolutely delightful diner. Everything was very delicious and the staff were extremely friendly. I was shocked when I saw how affordable everything was. It’s hard to find good deals, especially these days, so I’m very glad to have found this place. I’d definitely recommend getting here a bit earlier, since they can get a bit crowded, but we were seated without too long of a wait. This place is definitely worth checking out if you’re in the area.

We happened upon Julie's Diner while travelling to the Syracuse airport to catch a flight and have been back every year since. The food is excellent as is the service. We look forward to returning next year!

This diner is a gem. I can't speak enough about how great the service was. It was quick, concise and just the right touch if elegance with our family. 4 kids and us parents have been in limbo from our flight home. And Julie's really brightened our day. The food was top notch. It was done quickly and done well. Our kids loved their waffles and pancakes and they made our Eggs Benedict very well. Both had the same texture and seasoning. The atmosphere was cool and welcoming too. Soft music in the back ground and a diner where some older gentlemen came in to meet up for breakfast. Really great vibes.

I stopped by Julie’s after dropping my wife off at the airport. It’s open early, the coffee is hot and the service is FAST!! Excellent rye bread that was a bit hearty, great home fries and just fun sitting at the counter. The waitress served me quick and I enjoyed the food. I’ll be going next time I’m out that way!

As usual I ordered entirely too much food. It's an easy thing to do when the food is so good. We were quickly seated, the staff were friendly and attentive. They offered our drinks immediately and promptly took our order. The food came out in no time. I like the combination of corned beef hash topped with sausage gravy. I also enjoy the steak and eggs. Ordering both was probably not a great idea as I couldn't quite finish it and after stowing it away in a to go container I soon learned that I forgot it sitting on the counter. Highly recommend this place if you're around the North Syracuse area and have an inclination to stop and check it out. I gave it 5 stars across the board. They certainly deserve it

Such a great little local gem! Decided to take my son on a impromptu breakfast date. We got a friendly greeting by the staff the second we entered the door. We got seated right away, We got sat next to the coffee station so I got my coffee before I even sat down. Food came out fast, hot, and delicious. My son got the kids combo the portion was so big for a kids meal he was so happy. Typical kid the whipped butter was his favorite thing 🤣. I got the eggs Benedict it was very good, it did have a lot of sauce but I didn't mind that. The home fries were what I was really looking forward to and they did not disappoint. The best part it was cheaper then going to Starbucks or another chain place! We will definitely be back!

The breakfast was decent and had good flavor. The home fries were my favorite part, they were seasoned and cooked well. The egg in the omelette was a weird texture and the filling in the omelette didn’t stay together as you took a bite because there wasn’t enough cheese to keep things together.

About 10 service national grid trucks waited for the diner to open this morning @ 6AM, but they were mislead by google maps....Per there FB page on the weekends it's a 6:30AM, so they all drove off!

Dirty, tired, rundown old diner. Most have character, this dive doesn't even have personality. Weirdest Eggs Benedict I've ever had, they use cheap deli-cut ham and some weird pita-breadlike crap instead of English muffins. Water dripping into buckets as you walk into the restaurant was not very appealing either. Why is everything in Syracuse so gross?

After seven years of loyalty, I’m officially done with this place. I called to let them know my breakfast wrap was incorrect and that I was missing my side, only to be met with complete unprofessionalism and tone. The server had an awful attitude and actually hung up on me. When I spoke to the manager, instead of offering a sincere apology, they made excuses, claiming, “That’s just how she is.” shes been here 20+ years,Then he also cut me off short and hung up. There were six open tables—no long lines, no chaos—so the "too busy" excuse doesn’t hold up. I don’t usually write reviews, but after mentioning I would, it was clear they didn’t care. So here it is: They’ve lost a loyal customer who ordered from them twice a week. Customer service matters, and clearly, they’ve forgotten that. I will bring my buisness down the road. 👋
