Our go to restaurant after church when we want large servings, great service and fair prices. The shakes are the best! You actually got 2 for the price of 1, as the give you the glass full with mixer container half full also. Food arrives quickly and the restaurant is welcoming with souvenirs available for purchase, a 50s style dinner appeal and very large and spacious place to dine within. Fun! fun! fun!
We love Bob’s Big Boy!! My husband proposed to me at one 47 years ago and we will be celebrating 46 years of marriage in March❤️❤️
An absolute CLASSIC. VERY good food server as well.
Food was decent, but I ordered to go and received no condiments or plasticware for my food. The fries also had no seasoning whatsoever and they did not provide any salt packets. The burgers all come with a dinner salad and no plastic fork or anything was provided to eat it with. I do appreciate the fast and speedy service, but it's the small details that matter. I literally tipped then well just to not be given proper condiments and utensils. The burger itself was good. Would eat here again and maybe give em another chance to get it right next time. The staff was very friendly and courteous otherwise and I didn't feel rushed.
My parents have been coming here for years and I finally had free time to go with them. The food hit out of the park and the server had so much experience, it was like she could read our minds for everything we needed. Will be coming back soon!
Always a favorite. The menu is filled with good old-fashioned diner food. There are a few healthy choices, but when your in the mood for a great burger, a Big Boy is a great choice.
Cheeseburger and fries. The meal was great and reasonably priced. (considering I spent $36 for 2 footling combos at Subway the other day) Somewhere I definitely plan to revisit very soon.
It was my Friday night go to place. We'll, Saturday early 1am. 😆 🤣 😂 that was 40 years ago. I finally got to BBB and it was exactly like I remembered it. 🥗 blue cheese, Bobs big boy combo 😋. The service was impeccable 👌
They are finally open. Yes, come inside, sit-down and be served by great servers. The food is soooo good and I've been a fan for 50 years. I believe this Bobs has.better food and served hotter than the one in Burbank, both good but right off the grill to you here!. I can't want to return as life is slowly returning to normal, if there is one. LOL
I love eating here! Honestly such a good and clean environment. And the waiters are kind! Would recommend coming here! Amanda, the waiter, gave us excellent customer service and for that reason I will be coming back!
What a joy! An old school diner, one of the few Bob's Big Boys left IN THE WORLD, with great service, good prices, chefs proud of making great diner food and just the right feel inside. Combos come with salad (because that's the way it used to be done, and you need those vegetables, anyway), servings are robust, the produce and ingredients are fresh, refills are fast on soft drinks. Are you into hamburger history? Well the double decker hamburger comes from Bob's. The Big Mac is literally an homage to this burger, and this burger is still made with far more care than any fast food. It gets better: the SoCal phenomenon known as a pastrami burger or by various names (often called a "colossal") is done very well at Bob's. The genre comes from SoCal, not Utah, but they'll serve it to just about anyone, haha!
Great food at a fantastic price, each meal includes salad too.
Real good food at a fun iconic place to eat, good menu and souvenir counter
My daughter Jasmine from Nashville Tennessee was visiting and this is her first time eating at a Bob's Big boy and we really enjoyed the chili and spaghetti dinners a better than chili John's in Burbank and she absolutely loved Jerry vanilla Coke
I have been wanting to try out Bob's Big Boy for a while. Years actually!. If memory serves me right Bob's big boy had gone out of business sometime in the 90's. It was a big deal, like you wanted to do something american this was one of them. The old school dining statue was dusted off and so were the memories. The nostalgic eatery that was once lost was resurrected. For the first time in years I went. So my question that I ask myself is "What sets you apart?" what special thing do you do that no one else does. I have asked myself that question in the past and have gotten many great answers through experience. Sometimes it does not get answered. When you come in you walk up to a booth to be seated. A sign greeting you to be patient and someone will seat you. A hard reality of today that even Bob's has trouble finding help. There sign at the front window verifies it, as help is for sure wanted. With in a minute or two we were being escorted to a vacant seating area. Mind you this area was recently cleaned and we got to witness it prior to designating us towards it. Our server was awesome very easy going, and patient to explain any item on the menu, detailed, and communicative on what was ordered. Bravo! Bob's, you got a good person to represent . Leticia made it a delight. We order our drinks which they offer Pepsi, and add cherry flavor. They had other choices like chocolate, and vanilla. I did not feel froggy, so I stuck with cherry pepsi with a orange cream shake. Mom ordered sierra mist. For starters jalapeno poppers and for main, it was the Pastrami burger and Bacon cheeseburger. When we received the food we were taken back by sheer size. (Picture included), but that is much as wow factor went. To focus on one burger we will talk about mine. I took off the crown (top bread)and was greeted with half inch onion that seemed was cut from the onions and put on the burger. As I remove the excess layers I remember the part about ogres and how they have layers. getting past the onion I find myself scaling back on the lettuce as well. Iwas starting to understand why they were so tall. The pastrami was put in the burger like bacon strips. I would not exactly call it a work of art. Once I removed the all the foliage I got to add a bit of mayo, and proceed to enjoy my burger. I it was good. I did not find any part of the burger to be the highlight of what I was trying to enjoy. The fries were good. I added Ketchup and pepper.I did not pay attention to it, but I tend to do that when I find no real flavor difference from a fry. Needless to say, I satisfied. What was served was what i would come to expect at the very least. Not much out of the ordinary other than service, and a good laugh. The milkshake was good, but it did not take me back to any point of childhood to say this is the flavor i had missed. What will bring us back is the service. Which is for sure one thing many places are missing. By the way she was the only one serving. Granted it was not busy. Don't know the whole story, but hope it gets better for Big Boy. A picture is worth a thousand words. A quote ( credit to its respective creator, not me)that hold true to this day. What do the pictures tell you?
This place is totally awesome and fun. People are all friendly with lots of laughs! The food and burgers are so so good and big! I need to go back for dessert!! I highly recommend this cool restaurant!!!!
I tried the mozzarella Sticks and Hot wings. They were so delicious 10/10. The meals came with salad and fries. The food was 10/10. Will definitely be coming back. The staff was great. The place was clean great experience and great food..
[Photo Update] (Positive) 10/06/25 ***EXPERIENCE 4*** (Positive) 09/08/25 I get the Big Boy Combo or Super Big Boy Combo about 90% of the time. For me it's a comforting burger I love to eat. On my last visit I noticed that they started using shoestring fries. The crispiness of the fries complimented the burger perfectly. A slight, yet nice change. Service was good as usual. The server was a very nice gentleman that remembered my Mom's preferences, which really impressed her. It's always nice to dine at an establishment that remembers you. ***EXPERIENCE 3*** (Positive) When I go to Bob's Big Boy I usually get the Original Big Boy Combo, but If I'm really hungry I'll go for a Super Big Boy Combo. The thick patties along with the cheese is hunger satisfying. On my last visit the service was great. Everything wasn't perfect, but they were quick to fix any issues that came up. Good service isn't about being perfect. It's about taking care of the customer, and making sure they leave satisfied. I was satisfied. ***EXPERIENCE 2*** (Positive) I still love the Original Big Boy Combo. I order it almost every time I'm here, eating it brings back a lot of childhood memories. Another item I love here is the Chili Spaghetti. It's great. The people have changed over the years. But, no matter who they are, they're always nice, and the service is good. When I crave some classic American diner food. This is one of the places that comes to mind. ***EXPERIENCE 1*** (Positive) I've been coming here for years. The service has always been friendly, and the food is always good. My go-to meal is the Big Boy Combo. It never disappoints.
For those who don't know Bob's Big Boy it was practically a staple for family dinning if you grew up in the 60s and 70s. I always ordered the Bob's Big Boy hamburger combo with blue cheese dressing on the salad. It is still one of my favorite hamburgers til this day. Unfortunately Bob's is a little harder to find these days. They are not scattered around southern California as they were back in the day. I believe there are only 4 left, the original in Burbank and 3 others. If you come across the chubby boy holding a burger up high on a plate. Give it a try.
Had a birthday party for 30 and Juan took THE BEST care of all of us! Some people came as far as three hours away(one guest came from Mesquite, Nevada) we were SOO happy i cannot tell you thank you enough. We werent rushed, everybody from the sweet lady that bussed to the other waiter we had, to Juan to the cooks ROCKED IT! Food was amazing, chili spaghetti taste the same as when we were a kid and that's why we went there. Juan and the team care about what they do, so thank you very much! Made my husbands 60th Birthday perfect guys💚
Wow!!! What a treat! I have not been to a Bobs Big Boy in ages. I dropped into this Bob’s and instantly recognized the statue of Bob Big Boy himself. I had the wonderful and tasty and yes quite delicious Bobs Big Boy combo. Delicious!! Our server, Andres was attentive, pleasant , efficient and awesome ! If you are ever in Northridge stop by this iconic landmark for a nostalgic, fun and tasty dining experience 👍👍😀🇺🇸
02/18/2025 I used to live around the area about 12 years ago and I remember seeing their grand openIng but I never tried their burger until today, so I gave it shot. I ordered the pastrami burger with no bun because I'm on a strict diet. First thing I notice was the size, it was pretty big and it was actualy delicious. The service was good and the location as well. It had the 80's 90's vibe to it.
Food: Classic American Diner Food from the 1950s. Milkshakes, hamburgers, sandwiches, fries, pie, dessert, and root beer floats! I ordered the fried chicken and I was happy with my choice! Service: The staff was kind and attentive. The place was super clean. Final thought: It's a must of you in the area. Cool place to sit at the bar and get some good grub. 1950's style diner.
I went to order the Big Boy Combo as I did in my childhood years. The server Lori was very on point and attentive. I didn't have to ask for refills. She noticed my glass half full and proceeded to refill. The red sauce in the burger gave it that extra flavor and the string fries were cooked just right and tasty. Very nostalgic environment with oldies music playing throughout. I enjoyed my meal. The service was great all around from the point I entered the restaurant throughout my meal.
I miss not having these places everywhere. 50's atmosphere and music. Great food and the malts are to die for.
Good old Bobs Big Boy ! Used to eat there in the 60’s in Inglewood! My middle daughter, in her 30’s was feeling nostalgic and we headed out to dinner. It was all right but I don’t think we’ll be going out of our way to get back anytime soon. They have beer now so that was something new.
I really enjoyed my grilled chicken sandwich, although the chicken fillet has gotten very thin. The fries were great, the best of all, our server, Juan, was perfect. He was professional, not intrusive, in major everything was cooked to our expectations. We're always glad we chose Bob's Big Boy!
Stumbled across this location by accident. We've always gone to the Bob's in Burbank and love it. This location lacks some of the retro charm of Burbank location but still has that 80's diner feel. Not very crowded on Saturday at lunchtime. The server was very nice and prompt. The food was good- can't go wrong with Big Boy combo!
Food is ok - not the Bobs Big Boy I remember from when I was a kid. Service has always been good
The food was good, but the service was not great. Waiters did not seem like they wanted to be there. After we ordered, they disappeared.
It's Bob's!! If you grew up with it, you love it. Best milk shakes!! An American classic.
Regular diner experience. Basic food done well. We ordered the patty melt, fried chicken platter and an orange cream shake. The fried chicken was different from usual fried chicken..different kind of batter and had a crust to it, almost as if it was put onto the black top after the fryer. Not overly greasy or heavy. I liked it.
Update on review. Went today, Jan 2023. Fantastic as always but huge shout out to Amanda our server. Got my Big Boy combo exactly as I ordered, Ohio Style. She was friendly, super attentive and really busy. Appreciate her. Always enjoy the food here. There are daily specials if you wish to order that instead of from the menu. I love that you can order breakfast or lunch at any time. I'm a burger in the morning, pancakes at night kinda girl and this works for me. Enjoy looking at the historic Bob's memorabilia. Huge booths, large areas if you have a bigger group. Plenty of parking. In the shopping area with Target and Kohl's. Makes it easy if you need to grab something. Clean restrooms.
I’ve been to the Bob’s Big Boy original location in Burbank, Ca.., so I thought I would try this one out in Northridge. Compared to the original location, you don’t have the nostalgia of the building and it’s cool architecture, but the food is still terrific! I had the spaghetti chili and that is definitely something you need to try. It should be on your bucket list!! #Bob’sBigBoy
Let’s talk onion rings: the menu promotes these as “classic” Bob’s onion rings; however, these are different from the ones Bobs served at locations around Los Angeles in the 70’s & 80’s (excluding Burbank). The onion rings I ate at this visit were thicker and crunchier than the ones I remember as classic. The ones I remember and loved were thinner and had a lighter, flakier coating. I don’t like this current thick, hard-crunchy batter. to get close to the onion rings I loved back in the 70s and 80s I go to Burger Lounge, which has thinner onion rings with a flakier batter, and a flavor that reminds me of the old Bobs rings. I thought that the super big boy combo and a side of onion rings would be too much food, but I managed to eat the whole thing. I enjoyed the 50s rock ‘n’ roll music over the ceiling speakers. The waitress was very accommodating and quick and brought me extra bleu cheese dressing for dipping my fries too. There were lots of tables available when I got there in early afternoon on a Wednesday.
We were moving our daughter and stopped in for dinner. It’s been awhile since we been to a Bobs Big Boy and were excited when saw it. Actually we had an overall disappointing visit. We had to readjust for our drink orders and only 1 of 4 were brought. We ordered chicken wing appetizer and was brought out after we were eating our entrees. The wings were ordered with lemon pepper and they were heavily coated and too much that gave a bad taste and didn’t finish them. The entree sandwich’s/hamburger were bland. The best thing was the milk shake my son had. It was not the Bobs Big Boy service and food their reputation had! The Bob statue out front could use some TLC on paint that is worn out.
So disappointed to see this location go completely downhill. I remember when it first opened. Now the lights illuminating the sign outside are only half working, the booth seats are all torn up, and the register area looks like a swap meet filled with kids toys. I had to ask our waitress to have someone sweep the floor because there was a bone and debris on the floor. I was fearful someone would slip and fall. Countless employees just walked right by as if it was not even there. Our meal was exceptional and the service was great. BUT what happened? I hope in time this place will return to its original glory. Shopping center contains a pretty large Target and Kohls store.
I visited the Big Boy Northridge today. This location was average at best. The bright spot was the server Maria she made sure that we had everything we needed. If you visit this location get the Northridge Melt! This is the only Big Boy location that has this sandwich! It’s delicious.
Sad to say but we won't be back. Service was extremely slow even when the place was not packed. My burger took over 30 minutes and was dry.
Great staff food was okay.
A subpar experience all around. The food was okay but nothing great. The flavored sodas were quite sweet, they go heavy on the syrup. They messed up one of the burger orders - ordered a BBQ back and got a something with no bbq or bacon. The hostess was nice but the server made me feel like it was inconvenient for us being there. Won't be returning
Returned to my favorite childhood burger place for a quick dinner. The original big boy hamburger is exactly how I remember it ... the best burger to me. I wish I could say the same for the onion rings. The rings I envisioned were the ones from my childhood - narrower and more crispy. I'll stick with three fries going forward. Unfortunately that's not what they are serving. The service was average with the server calling both my friend and I hon. I found that to be a little too unprofessional since neither of us know the server personally. When did it become socially acceptable for anyone in the service industry to refer to a total stranger by a term of affection, especially when the recipient is clearly older than the employee? This behavior won't deter me from returning to my favorite hamburger joint.
Pretty average diner food. I had chicken and waffles and they were ok. Service was good.
It's ok burgers, nothing to get crazy about. Service is excellent, the wait staff are all wonderful. The place could use some upkeep. The seating need new upholstery, the lights need dusting and just upgrade some designs would be great, I'm not saying to modernize the place because people come there for the nostalgia, I guess? But just make it more inviting without losing the 50's diner look. Overall a good experience.
Went for desert, it was delicious, but the restaurant was not deep cleaned. The tables, plates and dishes and all general surface areas were clean, but it had been a while since the blinds and walls were cleaned. It also appeared most of the booth backings were tattered. The service was good. I really hope they step it up because this place is nostalgia central.
I love Bob's, always have but, this location is in serious decline. It is literally tore-up. Overall quality has dropped. Time to roll up the sleeves and put the shine back into it, where it belongs.
I got the chili spaghetti and was disappointed to realize that the pasta water wasn't salted; the savings on wear and tear of pots is so tiny compared to how it changes the pasta experience. My wife got the chicken and waffles and found it to be underseasoned as well. It took an embarrassingly long time to catch the attention of any staff at any point in the meal. The place just felt tired and dirty; the booth we were seated in had torn up cushions, and not in the "this is well loved and has been sat in for decades" way that is charming, but rather in the "someone took a knife to this last week" way.
It's not bad, but, it could be better. I mean, it's a fairly quiet place, which is good, but, the food is a little inconsistent. Went there for breakfast and it was cold. Yes, they took it back and made it over, however, it wasn't done exactly right. I didn't want to send it back again. Here's the thing; they are not paying attention. My wife told me that the ladies room was not clean and she didn't like that wondering what the kitchen looks like? She has a point. I'm not saying that I wouldn't go back, but, I'm going to keep an eye on this. There's so many other places to go. Finally, the seats are really showing signs of age. Some of them you really don't want to sit in.
I haven’t been to a Big Boy in ages. It’s 7pm in Cali and I haven’t had a bite to eat all day. Breakfast was calling for me. I have a pick 5 for 14.99. 2 eggs, 2 pc bacon, hash browns, English muffin, and a biscuit&gravy. Also tried a tuna melt. I love how till this day they still play the older music over the speaker. Food was pretty standard, price was ok and service wasn’t bad. No complaints on the food. Maybe time to upgrade the booths? Most of them had rips and tares in them. Unless that’s a nostalgic thing these days. I can’t say the atmosphere was popping, it just seems and feels really old.
Went back for nostalgia's sake. The menu hasn't changed much in decades. The hot fudge cake was as delicious as I remembered, but my Big Boy Burger was a total failure. It had paper thin patties that were dried and unappetizing. Others in the party were happier with their burgers, which they thought were fine. Service was good, the place was pretty empty. I'll go back, but just for the cake.
For those of you who have never been, Bob's is famous for their double deck hamburger 🍔. On this occasion we had the Pappys fried chicken 🍗 and I was disappointed, the chicken was dry,. The chicken plate came with 2 sides; I chose fruit and mixed veggies which were very good. The ice cream shakes are huge and delicious. We also had chili and cheese sweet potato fries as an appetizer, they were really good.
Just a strip mall burger joint playing on a great name. Nothing like the location in Burbank. Better options out there. I gave 3 stars for out waitress because she tried but the person seating us could care less and reminded us they close in 90 minutes...
Talk about a place to go to increase your depression. The hostess really needs to go get a new job! She should be fired, talk about killing the mood and no service skills at all. Our waitress however was amazing. She was sweet, kind, and attentive. Wake up general manager! Clean up the place. I felt like I walked into a run down mom and pop's diner! No music, dirty overall, ambiance was just blah! I have worked around his area for over 14 yrs and my first and last time walking in there. And OMG can you not have enough advertisement for beer lol! Bob Big Boy's owners! This is why your business is dying. You are lucky you have loyal senior citizens that still support your over priced business.
Had to send the food back, the fried chicken was old, and the fries 🍟 were cold. The server was responsive and accommodating. Overall, we will not go back to this place. You're better off to get a burger from the Habit.
the service was good - friendly staff. the diner looks like it's falling apart and I got very sick the next day from the food. my mother and I both but it hit me harder. the amount of pain I feel right now, I can't recommend the food here
I went once and it took way too long to get a menu once i was sat down and the breakfast standard of eggs and hashbrowns was so bad i could barely choke it down. The eggs tasted like they havent cleaned the stove for weeks. Maybe it was a fluke so the second time for breakfast i got the same thing and it was exactly the same thing. Maybe the dinner and lunch menu are better but they advertise american cuisines. Theres nothing more american than eggs and hash and they messed it up pretty bad
Don't know what happened to Bob's the quality just wasn't there. Ordered chili cheese fries, chocolate shake, pastrami burger, a chicken and waffles plate and a fried chicken plate. The chili cheese fries were good, so was the shake. Pastrami burger was ok at best, patty was dry, pastrami had ok flavor. The chicken had no flavor, was dry, and had an odor as if it wasn't fresh. The food itself felt lazily put together, if that makes any sense. There were multiple tables that weren't cleaned for our entire stay there. And a woman next to us complained about her plate saying "its disgusting how could I eat it" as she told her daughters why she was sending it back. Probably won't be going back. That being said our server was great. Unfortunately the food wasnt.
This used to be the best place for burgers and brownie sundaes. Now it is run down. I am disgusted by the filthy, shiny, thread born upholster in the booths. I only think about, "how many people have sat here and had it been cleaned?"
Not sure why this location is still open. There were no other customers except for two of us and it was dirty and extremely run down. The cute decor on the wall can’t hide the dirty booths and ripped seats. If the dining area looks this bad I can only image what the kitchen looks like. Disappointing
DINER BEWARE! The food was terrible. I was given a hot dog in a moldy bun. Mother ordered eggs Benedict with eggs that were practically raw. Her side of potatoes was so under-cooked, you had to struggle to stab them with a fork. Our two meals were comped, as they should be. Later, my daughter woke up a few hours after being asleep covered in vomit and a severe stomachache. The restaurant is dingy and filthy and ever booth has torn upholstery. Absolutely disgusting.
Very rude and not friendly . Breakfast was not good eggs was still half raw toast was a little bit burnt. And the waitress was onprofessioneel and grumpy. I liked the old owners
I got the Big Boy combo. It was the worst burger I’ve ever had. The patties were oval shaped and looked like wet dog food smashed & barely cooked. The salad with bleu cheese was good as was the fries. But something needs to be done about the burgers.
Asked for fries well down and they were RAW. This Bobs is continually horrible. Rather drive to Toluca Lake. This one sucks.I have given them multiple chances since my husband will eat anything and seriously I draw the line at fries that are raw and burned meat on burgers.
While we had a very diligent waiter, the table had been wiped down with a towel that had mold on it so it smelled very funky, affecting the taste of the food. It took us almost the whole time to figure it out. So it would be helpful if they were more diligent about cleanliness.
I was craving a Hot Fudge Sundae and decide to take my family of 6 to Bob's for dinner. Automatically you will be charged large party fee 18% tip even though my 2 year old did not order her own meal. Service was slow, orders were wrong and the vanilla shakes took forever to come out. We were there for two hours and they weren't even that busy. I told the employee about the fee and he said I could call the manager via telephone and complain.
It's not clean inside. The booths have horrible ripped seats. The service is awful. The female manager is not a nice person at all. I refuse to go back to this location but will go to the Burbank one as it is far superior. I absolutely do not recommend this location.
I waited 20 minutes after they seated and waited with there order taken of 5 family's before they waited on me which I ask for the manager then they took my order. Then waited another 20 minutes for the food which was cold and awful tasting. When ask after I took only two bites that no one in my party ate the grease cold food did I ask what ever happen to our salad. They replied oh I though l gave it to u. I responded do u see any salads or plates. When it was time to go it took them another 20 min for the bill. Only cause I ask for it.
I’m a Huge Bobs Big boy fan but was very disappointed with this location. The place was very understaffed. Restaurant was half empty and took us 20 minutes to be seated. Another 30 for our drink order to be taken, we almost walked out. That on top of the restrooms were disgusting. Mens I shared a photo but the woman’s had blood on floors and walls and did not feel appropriate to share. On top of this the restaurant sat the table next to with a homeless woman with her luggage cases of dirty cloths and all. Now we are all human and I 100% support all restaurants should treat people as such and serving to go orders for homeless but to seat homeless people who have not bathed with there cases of luggage half open with items pouring our on the floor next to patrons, it’s just not sanitary and I was shocked I have never seen this before. The one waitress on staff did the best she could but shame on the owner to let this place operate like it does. I think his name is Frank because I had to listen to 20 minutes of fighting at the counter when trying to pay. There were long time patrons furious with him yelling at him on the phone. What a joke this experience was. Please do better Frank.
My husband and I went to grab a bite and I had to use the restroom, it was so disgusting and dirty.. Then we go to sit it was dirty and extremely run down. Dirty booths and ripped seats. If the dining area looks this bad I can only image what the kitchen looks like. We walked out and will never go back
Went in for a big boy to go. Restaurant not crowded. Took almost 20 minutes. Young girl at the front not having a good day. Very disappointed
I had a very disappointing experience at Big Boy in Northridge. The entire place was extremely dirty—tables, chairs, and floors all looked neglected and unsanitary. The furniture was torn and worn out, making the space feel more like a neglected area than a restaurant. The food was just as bad—bland, poorly prepared, and definitely not fresh. It’s clear that cleanliness and quality are not a priority here. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
We ate there a couple of weeks ago for the Friday cruise night...2 hot dogs, 3 burgers w/ fries n drinks..$110.00!!! Food was not great and my burger had a bone/ something hard in it. We paid and looked at the cars and won't be back for the food! ...Terrible!
The only think I did like was the salad. I liked it because of the croutons and dressing, it tasted good so I was expecting very good burgers. I got an original big boy combo, it was like a big mac, a double decker burger with a red relish. It wasn't bad but not very good either. The buns were not toasted and that's something that I don't like but I guess there's people that like it. The bacon cheeseburger had a bigger patty and bun It looked good at first sight but it was honestly very blend. We ordered it medium well but we got a well done, dry burger that seemed to be sitting there like an hour before we arrived, and the bacon looked very old too. We also got a hot dog for my daughter and it was just a plain hot dog, wasn't expecting much anyway. I liked the fries when they came they were crispy and good but after a few minutes I didn't liked them anymore, I think it was because of the experience we had with the burgers. I did complain about it because there was no people at the time and no excuse for cooking our food wrong. I talked to the waiter and she told me she was going to tell "them" about it. After a few minutes she came back with my bill and told they gave me a discount wich was 4 dollars. I wasn't asking for free food but expected a better customer service since it's a famous place, it was our first time there and honestly they gave us food they should have disposed. I don't think I will come back since I tried their most popular items and they're not that good.
