I got my Hawaiian Pizza and crazy Beard here tonight. I did the online ordering and pick it up through their portal system. So you bascially just walk inside, go to the portal and put in your code or scan the QR code to get your pizza. When I went no one was there and I didn't have to interact with anyone. The whole process took less than 10 seconds to be in and out. My pizza and crazy bread was delicious!

The service was great, the counter person was very good. I ordered a cheese pizza that was made fresh in 10 minutes, it was very tasty but it was on the dry side, there wasn't enough of that tasty sauce on it. You can see in the pictures that the pizza could use more sauce.

Great pizza, great prices! Carry-Out Only. Cash, CC Accepted. Most of the time they have pizzas hot and ready to take out when you walk in, sometimes you do have to wait up to 20 mins, but no big deal. Great customer service. They have $5.00 and $6.00 with Extra Cheese. Wings! They got really good wings!

Great service. Quick and friendly. Love The Smokehouse Pizza.

Nice to have a Little Ceasars here. Parking is a mess, but overall the deals you get from the place is what makes it shine. Fast pizza, and always responsive. Small place obviously. Some places take cards, this place does not.

Update: 8 out of 10 visits are excellent. Previously: Used to be good location. Last visit wasn't so good. Extra most bestest tastes like normal pizza from other places. And normal cheese pizza tastes like cardboard

I personally don't care for the pizza here but my kids do. I only come here when they ask me to and at 6 bucks a pop, I really can't beat it. It's only for take out,there's no place to sit even if you did want to kick it! I think for like kid parties or kid sporting events,this would be a good place too grab a pizza.

I called in an order. Pepperoni and mushrooms and an order of chicken. The chicken was fine. The pizza tasted liked an hours-old pizza had been re-heated. I get the impression that they forgot to make my order and just covered with this fry thing.

Great value. But they close their online order ONE HOUR before they actually close (lol at the picture, machine is offline at 9:10pm). I tried to order around 9 and it said it’s closed. They close at 10pm. I got to the place and I asked for anything ready and they said, NOTHING so I have to wait. I tough was HOT AND READY... I have them 3 stars because it’s a great flavor for just $5.

I love little Caesars but this location in Reseda sucks they can't even get a phone order straight my tin crust 3 meats pizza only had 2 meat's peporoni and sausage no 3 meat and under cookec. The pizza here sucks every where else it's great

Horrible, you have to wait forever and when you finally get your pizza it's stale. And on top of that they can't even get your order right.

Call an order it at 1:09 and they tell me it’ll be ready in 10 min. I get there and it’s not ready yet. It’s not ready until 1:35 more than double the original time. and to top it off it was supposed to be half cheese half pepp but the way they cut it left on 2 sixes without pepperoni. So not only can they not count, they also don’t know what 50% means.

Is it just me. They never pick up the phone. My order has been wrong the last two time I've been there. My husband help a customer because she was patiently waiting a long time to get just one pizza. I thought I was at the DMV instead of Little Caesars.

By the time I got home, that oil had seeped into the pizza. I had to reheat my pizza at home, and use many napkins to absorb the excess oil off the top of the pizza still. Also, the app tells me that my pizza will be in the pizza portal, and to input a specific code. They had my pizza in a warmer behind the counter. I had to wait for the cashier to finish with the customer he was helping, before I could pick up my pizza. At other Little Caesars locations, I can usually show up, input my code into the Pizza Portal, grab my pizza and go without having to talk to any employee. I don’t appreciate having to wait. I want to grab my pizza and take off. I shouldn’t have to wait. This is not the first time that this location has done this to me (re:pizza portal). I usually shrug it off, and tell myself, “it is not a big deal.” But on top of everything else today, I’ve had enough. They also didn’t have the specific flavor of soda I wanted, and I had to select a substitute. The app shouldn’t let you pick flavors if they are out of stock in store.

Why, how ?? Omg..the pizza here tastes terrible. However to be fair this was years ago. Hopefully taste has greatly improved proved. Low pricing helps the hungry man, ha ha.

The service was so bad. They literally scream at my parents.Then they give us the pizza wrong.We had it to go tell them to go change it and their attitude was really bad.

They charge you extra for extra tomato sauce although other Lil Caesar's Pizza locations don't do this. Domino's Pizza, Pizza Hut, mom and pop pizza joints don't charge me extra for tomato sauce either. Imagine going to McDonalds, Burger King, Taco Bell Del Taco, In N Out, ,etc. and being charged for extra ketchup or hot sauce, sheesh!

Went with my girlfriend yesterday to get a extra mostest pepperoni pizza and got a regular pepperoni pizza instead. When I was inside waiting for my food there was 2 people complaining about they food that it was wrong. Idk if these guys had a bad day or dont know how to do they work properly

Came one hour before clase time and I got told I coulnt get a thin crust pizza... crazyyy or just lazy

I walked in at 2:04 and asked for the lunch special which ends at 2pm. I had my son with me and he was excited to be getting it. The young man felt bad telling us he had to ask his manager. The manager categorically denied the request for the lunch special. It was four minutes. And there was no wiggle room. She even seem offended I had asked. She just cost herself a long time customer. It’s ridiculous how far we have sunk in customer service and just plain common curtesy. So sad.

It looked like the lady in front of the counter did not want to sell pizza other than ready made pepperoni!! So cold in response, inpatient to recieve the order and letting me as a customer to cancell order and go??!!! She said 15-20 minutes for 5 meat pizza, congradulate on your speed wow

I called for a cheese pizza, was told 12 minutes. I come to pick up the pizza 25 minutes later and the guy/cashier tells me he can't find the order. He then goes and asks a coworker who told him 5 more minutes. I told him I was told 12 minutes and all I can get is "I'm sorry". This is NOT the first time that this has happened. Will not be coming back to this location again.

I made a phone order at 2:20 pm, they said 35 min, I showed up to the store at 3:00 pm. They told me my Pizzas where still in the Oven, I notice people walking in and out with Pizzas. At 3:20 pm I ask again and they are still in the oven, now it's been 1 hour since I made the phone order. @ 3:30 pm I ask again and it turned out my Pizzas where ready to go at 2:49 pm and I came home with cold Pizzas. If I wanted cold pizzas I would wait to the next day and eat leftover pizzas from the day before. Extreamly unprofessional in regard to where are the pizzas.

such bad customer service. ordered two pizzas, one mushroom and jalapeño and another pepperoni, they said tO pIcK iT uP iN 15 MiNuTeS and when i did turns out they hadn't even placed the order and i had to show them proof that i called. i waited forever to get the two pizzas and they got one wrong and gave me a sausage pizza, and they insisted i take it! so i wait for them to give me the right ones and when i go home and open the pepperoni pizza it's just cheese. horrible and waste of my time

Disgusting. Smells like dog because of too much pepperoni 😡. Unbelievable, I won’t be eating pizza for a very long time, nearly vommited I got grossed out with the smell while trying to eat.

Update: After waiting, I received the pizza in this photo. Crust is burnt and center is uncooked. Nayeli (mgr?) told me that because I requested extra sauce and there’s nothing they can do to make it better. She also said, I’m not making you another one, you can go to Papa John’s down the street. —- This location has really gone downhill. There appears to be little to no quality control. My order today was poorly made again, and I now need to wait “30 minutes” for them to redo it. Each of my last three visits has been the same experience. The pizzas have been undercooked, not cut through properly, and cold in the center. On all three orders, the cheese was only partially melted, and the vegetable toppings were raw. Combined with the uncut slices, the pizza ends up as a sloppy, gloppy mess that’s difficult to eat. At this point, I need to give up on this location. The consistency and quality have completely disappeared.

Wife order pizza, brought it home. They are so tight with the sauce, little to non. Avoid this little ceasers, check picture. Two fingers to the crust ,no sauce, check under cheese no sauce. Disappointed, why drive back to return it

Best pizza for the price, for sure, just as their ad suggests. The last several (5) times I have visited I had to wait for the pizzas, unlike their claim to fame as ready when you walk in. But I'm still coming back and getting more pizza regardless. My wife loves the crust. UPDATE: I started ordering sausage pizza, so that they would have to make it fresh (it's good fresh) I ordered late nite within an hour of closing. What I got was a pepperoni pizza with the pepperoni removed and sausage added to it and then reheated. The pizza crust was very tough and hard and overall tasted like it was an old pizza. I communicated with Little Caesars about the issue, Juan Oviedo from their customer service who promised to investigate the issue, well over 2 weeks later no response. I guess it was just lip service or NO GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE! I will no longer visit them because of this. I understand that mishaps happen, but to not address them is UNFORGIVABLE! So I updated my review to a one star and uploaded the photos of the messed up pizza. See the missing cheese, that's how it came. The photos do not tell the story of how hard and tough the pizza was.

I called them and they repeatedly denied that this happened saying they can't do anything about the eaten piece. They instead asked "how I can prove that someone ate the piece". Do not order from this location or you risk being ripped off.

I’m not expecting top shelf pizza when going to little Caesar’s but this is beyond the worst location I’ve been to! The crazy bread were skinny Little Rock’s with no butter on them. They didn’t let the bread rise. The pizza was stacked in sauce and made it a soggy mess! I would NEVER return or recommend

Worst customer service ever I went in and ordered a slice and sticks with pepperoni and jalapenos they said 12 mins ...ok no problem I didn't order ahead so I knew I'd have to wait no big deal I sat in my car and came back in about 15 mins later still not ready ... About 5 mins later they bring it out I get to the car open it up and look at it .... they made the pizza and I guess Forgot to add jalapenos so they just throw some on top wasn't cooked into it at all I've ordered this same thing a bunch of times and never have they just thrown a few jalapenos on top so at this point I'm not too happy I go back in and manager just says u want to wait another 15 mins ? ....of course I didn't so.... she's just said ok refund then I said ok what other option did I have she offered nothin for the fact I wasted 20 mins due to them making a mistake and couldn't have cared less sub par food and horrible customer service and a manager that not only allows it but is the cause of it I won't be going back plenty of other places I can waste my time and money on that will at least smile at me when they're screwing me out of it 20 mins of my life wasted on people they shouldn't be doing a job they obviously don't like and aren't good at thanks alandra or what ever your name is

Its hard to beat, little Caesars with their great prices, and decent flavor. Unfortunately, at this location, i had an issue where mixed with the pizza, there was a hair from the brush they used to clean, and the only reason why i noticed is because it was a very long piece and i was chocking on it. I will not add a picture here because it could be kind of gross for some people, but the terrible customer service i received when i told them what happened it makes this a huge problem, very unprofessional. I tried scalating this to corporate, but all i got is a 6 dlls pizza. All im going to say be careful and check what you eat.

Food wasn’t ready for over an hour from when it was supposed to be. Made us pay before telling us it wasn’t ready. We Came back and they told us the order was ready. They proceeded to ignore us and take other orders for like at least another 15 minutes not telling us what is going on. Beyond ridiculous.

Unfortunately, at this location, i had an issue where mixed with the pizza, there was a hair from the brush they used to clean, and the only reason why i noticed is because it was a very long piece and i was chocking on it. I will not add a picture here because it could be kind of gross for some people, but the terrible customer service i received when i told them what happened it makes this a huge problem, very unprofessional. I tried scalating this to corporate, but all i got is a 6 dlls pizza. All im going to say be careful and check what you eat.

Worst customer service ever I went in and ordered a slice and sticks with pepperoni and jalapenos they said 12 mins ...ok no problem I didn't order ahead so I knew I'd have to wait no big deal I sat in my car and came back in about 15 mins later still not ready ...
