This place always gets my order out fast even when there's an event going on outside. The staff is always nice and when the drive thru is going slow, keeps you engaged in conversation....which makes the wait seem shorter and my day a little better.

Long lines as usual...but my 14 year old Granddaughter wanted a Pink drink on her birthday! Those ARE REALLY good!! Coconut milk and strawberries!

I love this Starbucks! The employees are always friendly and my drinks are always right. Also when I had an issue with a purchase I had made it was made right with no questions asked.

Sometimes the drive thru can be a long wait but service inside is usually pretty quick. Will say the employees usually are a lot nicer than other locations in town and have never had a bad experience here. Food & drinks are always good and the baristas always had good suggestions for drinks they’re also pretty good about knowing what they do and don’t have in stock that day.

I just want to say THANK YOU to the wonderful young man at the drive up window this morning who suggested that I add vanilla to my chai latte. It was delicious and your upbeat, happy morning vibe made my day. Keep up the good work!

Starbucks is the gold standard for a quick cup of delicious coffee, espresso or your favorite latte!!

Jake and Marco went above and beyond to ensure my door dash order was correct. I’ve had a problem with an old order automatically being sent even though I’ve done everything on my end to correct the problem. They remembered the issue and had door dash driver call me to make sure the order was accurate. I can not tell you how much I appreciate the extra effort especially with all the recent changes. Thank you!!

Customer service is fantastic. I have 3 other Starbucks closer to my house, but the service and quality of our drinks have been so much better at this location that the extra drive proves worth it.

More employees need to be hired for busy times. Great service and the baristas are really moving but I still had to wait to place my order and pick up my order

This Starbucks definitely puts in effort to satisfy your needs. I asked for a cold brew Expresso and received it in less than six minutes. Drive through is even faster. Clean bathrooms and nice people. Plenty of places to charge your devices and enjoy a coffee. Judge free environment and great at making quick with your order if you're in a hurry.

It's not that I crave their specialty coffee, but it's more that I like the clean efficient surroundings that are so familiar in every Starbucks that i've been to all over the world excluding Asia which is a story all its own. I got myself a high calorie frappuccino. Whatever. It's the first one i've had in a couple years. I usually get the java chip but it's no longer on the menu, so I got something different and not surprising I really like it. The staff is super nice. They have a lot to do with this trip being so pleasant.

I was on my way to this Starbucks and then I had to go to the bathroom so I went into a FoodMaxx and there was a big lock on the door so I had to go get some help and I was really suffering but then I got someone that looked like a butcher and he opened up the restroom and the combination was number to which I think is appropriate then I went over and I got an orange drink and went into the petco next door i wanted to see chameleons but all the chameleons were gone because they're comfort pets I think there's going to be a lot of chameleons at the animal control center in a few months.

Parking is absolutely terrible! Drive-Thru is fast with all orders, but be careful getting stuck in the drive-thru exit at the 4way stop sign. I will come back but never around Dinner time.

My three experinces here have not been good. Waited for more than 15min for one drinkwith only one customer infront off me who ordered one drink also. Also It seems that the employees are to young to know what professionalism is, they where chatting about personal business to each other loud enough for the customers to hear. Not a place I would go to again.

Was not to happy with this last experience. Customer service was not at the level Starbucks normally provides. Ordered a Frap and a large water and told by Trev, I could only get a small water. Not a problem, if that was consistent. No more than 7 minutes later another customer is walking out with 2 large cups of water. What gives. When I asked why, no one could provide an answer. Had the results had been the same then I would have no problem accepting a small cup. Be consistent please.

This is the absolute WORST Starbucks location I've ever come across. I've had 2 mobile order pickups where they forget my food order. The first time they apologized and gave me a $4 discount card, and today they apologized once and said I unfortunately would have to go in store for a refund. (Both encounters made for even worse experiences as I had to then take a break from work to take care of the issues). Once I arrived, the first cashier pointed at someone else for help, and that person then yelled out to another coworker "it's THAT girl!...for the refund" then proceeded to give me a refund. Needless to say, I will not be returning. Staff needs better customer service.

Never gotten one drink correct, this location always messes up my orders. Always fill the entire cup with ice so you only get a few sips of your drink, and employees get snappy if you ask that they fix your drink when it’s wrong.

Slowest Starbucks in Bakersfield. I’m always in line for at least 20-30 minutes. Whoever does the food order needs to be retrained. There is no reason to constantly run out of everything. Update your app if you are out of something.

I wasn’t done placing my order when the drive through employee told me to proceed to the next window, he didn’t even ask what size I wanted. I ordered a vanilla frappuccino and got a mocha instead. Worst customer service.

This is two weeks in a row that this particular starbucks cannot seem to make a simple Grande blonde americano with 6 pumps caramel 3 pumps classic syrup and steamed half and half consistanly or correctly at all. Extremely disenchanted with this location because of incompetence. Yes I'm bitter about this. I get a 30 minute lunch and spend 28 minutes of it getting the wrong coffee repeatedly and having to call to mention it to a young lady whom felt it necessary to correct me on how to pronounce c-a-r-a-m-e-l. Very disappointed and will not return and assure all my coworkers to avoid this particular starbucks in the future. Unacceptable.

Our food was cold still partly frozen, and the service was terrible. The staff was rude.

In this past 2 months they keep giving me full ice when I've asked for light ice. I told them carmel drizzle around the cup and just a small amount on the bottom and they packed it with so much carmel that when I was mixing my drink with the straw it was pure carmel all up in my straw! I can't go back to have them fix it because I have to work. This was never a problem before. Guess ill be getting my drink else where from now on.

I spent 30$ but worthless they are mixing flavors idk what the staff doing

Im a driver for doordash and they refused to let me use the restroom because i wasn't purchasing or picking up an order.. Very unprofessional.. I drive all day and I pick up starbucks orders all the time. To refuse restroom use to someone who delivers your product is just crazy and extremely rude.

But today, the order I was there for sat and sat and sat on the counter for at least 20 minutes The girl who was bagging the orders up, decided to leave it there while she went and helped 2 other customers that came in behind me. Those customers got their orders before I even received the order that had already been paid for by my customer. Totally unacceptable today. Then when handing me the order, there were no "sorry for the wait" or anything. Just handed me the bag. But then again, there were 5 other barristas that could have bagged it up as well.
