I love the way they specially make my CRISPY CRISPY chicken McNuggets and since its buy one get one more for a dollar i can have 20 nuggets with 4 sauces for 6 bucks. That's all i need to keep me happy. Plus the staff at the Coffee and Hagemen McDonalds is so nice and polite no matter what time of the day it is... And they are really surprisingly Fast.!!!! Just icing on the cake for me..

I had ordered a big breakfast for my son and they told me to park from the drive thru well they couldn't find mt car because I parked in the wrong zone and when I went in they made me a new meal because the old one got cold. I thought that was really cool of them. This restaurant is legit definitely would recommend it to anyone.

Very impressed with this McDonald’s! We ordered from the kiosk. The lady that brought our food to the table was very friendly. Sausage McGriddle was very good. The lobby was nice and clean.
The employees here are AWESOME!! The manager (Not sure if there is two, but the guy) is amazing Not only does he have excellent customer service but hes also a GREAT manager! Loves his job. Definitely love coming here on my lunch breaks, it's a happy clean environment!
I received great customer service, on my visit. Even had one employee come show me how to order on their kiosk. It saved me time and to work it was easy. My order came out quickly and was fresh. I would like to say Thank you!
This is one of the best McDonald's in Bakersfield. They're usually clean and their cashiers are mostly friendly. I have tried the self checkout, but it's not much faster. I highly recommend it for picky people. Never had an issues with the food itself. There's even an older gentleman who's probably the the only one who's been there a while. He always thanks us for coming in and wishes us a good day.
I had a very nice experience today, I expected to get only one sandwich and it was a two for one day so I had an extra sandwich to give to the homeless guy sitting out side! I got a small coffee also for the guy out side and he was so happy! Thank you McDonald's it was a blessing for both of us!

Great for fast food, large drinks for a dollar, and quick service. Staff can have their moments, but it's understandable as they have to deal with parents who have screaming kids all day. Definitely recommend as this is a training restaurant and keep the staff constantly and consistently watching their orders. Great job!
The manager in the morning I believe her name is Natalie? Was so fast and kind to us when we had a hiccup in our mobile order but she made it happen for us regardless and didn't make me feel like a burden either !
Edit: I have come back to this McDonald’s after years of avoiding it. To my surprise everything has changed for the better. They have your order ready in a timely matter and the food is great. I have been here so many times I lost count and haven’t had a problem. In the past week this McDonald's has made me wait 20min for my food on two separate occasions. I was willing to let it go the first time thinking that something unforseen had occurred, but then it happened again 5 days later. After being asked to pull into one of the waiting spots and waiting for 20 minutes, I decided to go in and see what was the problem. I was ignored by multiple people including managers. Once they asked me what I needed, I told them we had been waiting for a while for our food. That's when they started to get the order together. No sorry or anything for the inconvenience.
They messed up my order but they get 5 stars because the manager recognized their mistake. Sincerely apologized and made sure not only they fixe it ASAP but also refund us what they messed up due to our time. I love that they understood the importance in their customers time❣️ wish all McDonald’s were like this. This will be my go to McDonald’s. Thank you.
Yesterday maria was a sweet and very attentive and polite. She made my day there. And she was very help full when i thought i had someone elses order but the cookies were just in a different container
My first time using the app and I had enough time to make two orders, and got a heck of a deal. … of course you have to wait to make another order to use one of the special deals but that was OK because I got to eat my french fries while I was waiting to be able to order my second order. Person was polite and handed me my food..

This is a standalone McDonald's if your unfamiliar with the McDonald's that are attached to another business that you can get to without walking outside the service and prices are different (standalone is better) quick service the parking lot layout makes curbside amazing waiting in line with the cars is just like any of the others people don't know how to drive. Highly recommend using the app seems to be the preferred method.
Just a quick lunch here, the food is McDonald's food lol. The drive thru was fast. My Order is was what I ordered and the fries were warm and crispy just like I like them .
McDonalds on Coffee Road in Bakersfield CA had slow order completion. There was no seld-serve soft drinks refill station. The women's restroom was out of toilet paper and dirty. There was no noticeable security in the parking lot, and by the time I got back to my car, a group of young people had surrounded my car and were looking inside its windows when I walked up to unlock it and get inside. I noticed that they had keyed my right side traffic mirror. I suggest drive-through only at this McDonald's unless you need to be inside, and for the security of your vehicle, if you have to park, only park as close as possible, but must parking spaces are not immediately outside this restaurant, unlike other McDonald's where you can park up close and monitor your vehicle easily from the inside.
This is first time here and when I entered there it was full of people all were served and eating I was thinking I would wait for long but as I entered my order was ready in a min I was surprised, there was a employee Jackup he was so active serving all the people there with lot of curtosy first I thought he might b a manager who is so active and making this fast moves. I ordered large fries and it was full properly so I was an other order and jackup served me with proper bag fill large fries. I had very nice experience in this location.

Whoever made my oatmeal and caramel coffee this morning made my day. My oatmeal and coffee was made with love, I could tell. I have my oatmeal and coffee about 2-3 times a week here and it’s always okay/good but today it was just different, it was amazing. Maybe because it seemed like my oatmeal was made with cream instead of water? Or maybe it was the love. My coffee was the right amount of caramel. AND I finally got two bags of diced apples instead of one diced, one sliced. Anyways, thank you 🤗🤗🤗
I'm updating my review of this McDonald's to 5 stars! I recently came here for breakfast, and was treated very professionally and courteously. The items we ordered needed some extra time to be prepared fresh, and during that time they periodically checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed despite being quite busy as well. When we received our food it was steaming hot, fresh and well assembled especially considering how customized I made my order - and included a small pepper and salt shaker on the side! This was the most well taken care of I've been at a McDonald's, and plan on going back to this location every time.
Really kind employees in the drive thru. There's a consistent issue (every time I have been there) with getting the order correct but they're kind and quick at rectifying the order. The coffee is always fresh and food is always hot.

Went here for quick breakfast. Didn’t take much time to get my order and was quick and easy. The pancakes are one of my favorite items on the menu. Nice food for a fast food restaurant. Finally, people it’s not a gourmet five star restaurant with amazing food and service, but it’s really good for what it is.
They try to do everything so fast and i understand to some degree but dont forget about customer service and interactions with your customers that pay your bills (;
It was okay. Service was slow and my friend didn't like her iced coffee. Cookies at first were hard but they switched them up and gave her better ones. French fries were being forgotten, so they made it up by bringing fresh ones.
Something is wrong with the way they cook the food. Meat tasted like microwave food. Did not enjoy the food, but the staff was very good. The animated Grinch made us laugh 😁

The service could be faster. The food's good, but it seems like it's gotten smaller and recipes. And the atmosphere is great in some locations.
This McDonald's is good when it comes to serving its food, not always the best because of rush hours and what not... (not an excuse) the employees there, especially in drive thru sound miserable, and rush you too order quickly in drive thru. They occasionally mess up on orders too.
Out of three large coffees one was cold. The only reason I am even posting this it's because I ordered three hot coffees and when I noticed that one of those was cold I had all ready driven away quite a distance and I had to make a "u" turn and go back and get the order corrected!! It is super annoying when I am busy driving around doing errands and my order get messed up and I have to take more time to go back and get the right order! So aggravating specially when I am on a tight schedule!

I've tried to give this McDonalds a fair shake, but this makes three times in a row they've gotten something wrong on my order. I now have a collection of free meal cards, but at some point, you have to ask yourself why keep going back to continue getting poor service and inaccurate orders? I'm not going to go into detail, but basically I had to return once for a missing food item... AFTER I specifically asked them if everything was there. Second time, they had me pull into a waiting space and, after 15 minutes, I walk in to find out they gave my order to a different car. Then I listened as they joked about it. Not even attempting to be discreet which really bothered me. Last night, they charged me for more food than they put into my bag. I haven't even bothered to call them this time because I'm done with them at this point. Lastly, don't even try to go to this McDonalds within 10 minutes of the drive thru closing because if you're waiting in line, they will shut the menu lights off at closing and will not respond... these are just the instances that stand out. I like to think I'm a pretty patient and understanding person, but at some point, you've got to be accountable as a business for the service you are providing. Hopefully this helps.
The new burger with bacon and jalapeño looked good but they didn't have jalapeño. Then 2, 6 piece nuggets and one had no fries and both had no sauce. I even asked the girl and she said sauce was in there.

The food is the star here. And the workers are in no way or any shape or form the star. First the gentleman taking my my families order. He couldn't be finished with us fast enough or any customers for that matter. However he did get most of the order right minus the size of one meal. Now the lady at the next window was even worse. She just started throwing stuff at us all. Didn't tell us what any of what she was handing us was. As we had to inspect our all bags for ourselves. Seeing how we had 2 separate orders. And when we pointed out the size in a meal was off. Well it wasn't the most pleasant experience to say the the very least. But after she had a chuckle with manager about the situation. And apparently no one there knew how to operate anything including the manager. That's all pertaining to the drink machine. Which they didn't know I was there when said drink machine was installed. Or did they not know even know how to do the basics with it like giving light ice. Something that is really easy to input in the system of the machine. But at least the food was hot. But that all falls on the cooks. Hence my 3 star rating as the cooks smashed the order outta the park. But took 2 stars off for the customer service. The cooks are the sole reason for the 3 star rating and nothing else.
I ordered a 10 peice chicken nugget meal and did not receive fries or a drink. When I don't get my fries, I get sad. When I'm sad, I write passive-aggressive google reviews. Thank you mcdonalds!
I’ve been here many times, and the service here is consistently slow. Every time I order something in the drive thru I am asked to park in a parking spot while they make my order. While they are slow, in my experience the food is always prepared correctly, and they have never gotten my order wrong.
This McDonald's is fast, and they get my order correct unlike other locations....yea im talking about you Rosedale and Allen. Although its further from me, I will make the drive to this location for accurate orders and prompt service. I used drive thru so I cant judge the atmosphere. Just came back, used the app , they refused to honor their deal. Not cool , will just go to jack in the box from now on. I will not stand getting taken advantage of.
Kiosk didn't print a receipt, order was placed at counter to pickup so the number tent it instructed me to take was useless, no apple slices or gogurt in our Happy meals, and they don't even fill the cups so why is the kiosk bothering to present me with 20+ flavors when I'm going to do it myself at the drink station? And they're always out of versions of the Happy meal toy that my kids actually want.
My order came to $15.34. I gave the cashier $20.35. You would think the person could figure out how much change to return. I finally told the person what my change should be. I said "just give me $5.00 back and keep the penny". I might have just said it in a foreign language. I finally got through I guess because I got 4 ones and 4 quarters back. I left the cashier totally confused drove forward got my order, checked it out, because sometimes they short you then left.
This is usually a pretty nice McDonalds. They recently had a store remodel, so I thought I would share my comments about it. They lost almost half their seating. This means there will be times you won't be able to find a table. They also removed the soda station, so if you want refills, you'll have to ask - and wait and wait. If you like to mix your own sodas, as my grandkids do, tough luck.
It literally took us 29 minutes to get our food through the drive-thru, from the time we ordered at the window. Once I paid, they had us park to wait for our food, which took a long time to come out. They didn’t give us our drinks, so the nice girl said she would go back in for our drinks. She went in and it was over 5 minutes and she hadn’t returned with our drinks so I had to get off to go in and ask for them. She apologized and was embarrassed, but I get it that they were super busy. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time this happens but we keep coming back just because it’s the closest McDonalds to our house and who can say no to those fries...
Arrived, in the drive through, before closing and ordered fries that were served cold. We went back around and asked for hot fries. We were told the fryer was already shut down. Not a big deal but, if a business is open, they should serve their best until the last order is done. I feel sorry for the Uber eats that was in front of me. At least they gave me my money back.
The person answering the drive thru this morning, a female, sounded rude an annoyed. At some point, not sure if she couldn't hear me, she asked "what do you want?" I repeated my order to her. I would suggest choosing better questions. We are all overworked but no reason to sound like an inconvenience.

Brought the 3 grandkids for a happy meal after a day at hart park. This place had the heater on. Or AC just off. But I swear it was 75- 80 outside. Imagine how HOT this place was inside with a lobby full of guests. I KNOW ITS BAKERSFIELD. LOL
Went one night to get my kids something to eat. It’s getting late and I have a fussy baby in the car and like always the line is packed. I place my order, pay and get to the window to pick it up, and they of course got my order wrong and didn’t take down my full order. When I inform the girl at the window she tells me well it’s not her fault because she didn’t take my order so I need to go through the line again if I want to order the other hamburger I want. Horrible customer service skills.
I always go through drive-through and it takes forever to get through the drive-through. A lot of times they make you park and wait for your food which takes even longer. I don’t recommend this McDonald’s as there’s always a problem with my food either not being hot enough or missing or the order is completely wrong. I’ve also been through the drive-through at noon and they actually closed the store. Once again, I don’t recommend this McDonald’s.
Could not get a simple order of black coffee correct. I don't see how or why they need 15+ an hr when they are famous for fudging orders and the ice cream maker is always broken. I would give a no star review but it won't let me. Would be better if negative star reviews were a thing.
After ordering food from here on Monday I realized not only was my bag missing items that I ordered but the items that were given to me were wrong. I went back in line and asked for a refund. After being told they couldn't refund my money initially they asked for the card that I paid with and they said they issued a refund to my card. I just checked my account today and no refund had been issued.
A few days ago I went through the drive thru. I ordered a burger without onions or pickles, which was a special order. When I went to eat it, it was so raw that there was blood in the container. I called and the manager who said she would replace the meal. Great, right? No! This replacement burger was raw as well! I took two bites and it was RED meat! Not pink, RED! I had nausea and an irritated stomach later that evening. I gave them a second chance, I'm done with McDonald's!!!
This Location is literally is the highest priced McDonalds in town (via McDonalds app) and coupled with the continuous lack of good customer service it’s crazy they are still always busy.
Not really a big fan of this Taco Bell. I like Taco Bell in general but once the store manager told me they didn't sell bean rice and cheese burritos, the only sell cheesy bean and rice burritos, I kind of lost interest in this place. I mean the service here has always been a little bit weird as you can tell from the Cheesy bean and rice comment. So I normally try to drive past this one and head to Hageman and Calloway. Service there is always good. Nicer people in my opinion. Better management too.
Ai ordered a mocha cappuccino. They proceeded to say the did not have Frapes. I said I want a got drink, not a cold. When i pulled into the driveway to pay they charged me for a Frape. I asked for a mocha “hot drink” They asked me to wait. Then when i did get it, it was the worst thing i ever tasted. Thee worst!
Okay, How about them prices? I could not believe it. The last couple times, I noticed the price change. Higher not lower. I got two drinks, a cheeseburger meal, quarter pounder meal, and crispy chicken sandwich meal. And that's it, that's all I ordered. 33, almost $34 dollars. As I said, how about them prices. I believe I won't be going to McDonald's anymore. In fact I know I won't. What about you all. I'm going give them one star. And that's because I can't post this unless I Mark at least one star. So I'm just going to pretend I'm giving them a negative star.
They charge way more for their coffee than any other mcdonalds here in bakersfield. It's not like a barista made it. Never coming back here again.
We all are starving after a long day and just looking forward for the food. Ordered from drive through, and for the second time, has a missing ordered item again! So frustrating! Especially when you're so hungry.. sad
Drive thru is priority, if you go in good luck you are at the bottom of the list. Period…possibly the most slippery floors in any restaurant. I have never had a good experience here.
Burgers are never hot. Fries under cooked. Big disappointment. Way over priced. That's why I will not go to this one. The one on Olive is cheaper and better food and service.
Drive thru sucks right now. Definitely choose the left line. Right menu screens don't work and they are most Definitely going 2 to 1 on orders from the left lane to right lane. I had to request my order be repeated back to me(because again i had no screen) and she was very annoyed about it.

OMG! What a $#!+ show this was the other night. First the night manager is the worst. How rude this guy was just unbelievable. It wasnt terribly busy but the drive thru in slow motion. When we got to the wondow part of our food was already there and we had already waited 15 in the drive thru. The manager was working the window very subparly and was talking to one of the employees he turns around and grabs the rest of our food and hands it to me and was back to his conversation. We didnt get naokins and asked for them and he actually looked like it upset him because of the request. Well we got them and decide to eat right the in my car. We discover our fries were cold and would normally just let it be but he already had taken our time so we went back through the drive thru and explained why we came back through and when we got to the window he gives us the total for two fries. I hand him the first set and told him i just told him we had cold fries and we are back to trade for hot ones. This man grabs the fries throws them with great force then grabs the new fries and practically throws them at me and turns around with no word spoken. Its hard to put into words without sounding petty but had you experienced it, it would feel angry like I did. This manager needs more customer service training before working the drive thru window or any other position in my opinion!!
came here happy on a Sunday morning, left with 6 napkins and told no more napkins can be supplied or "excessive" napkins. My order was 6 sandwiches 4 hasbrowns. Grease from the food was a concern but also during these pandemic times to stay clean. Sara the manager was very rude and refused to give anymore napkins. I paid for the food but through it out because of the customer horrible service. BEWARE people.

Really need to work on their drive thru service. Somehow, they mixed up my order and tried to hand it to me after they handed it to another customer, whom was fidgeting through it and handed it back after 10 minutes! Seriously! Does it make sense to eat food just handled by another customer's hands!? I had to tell the manager not to restock the meal just to give it to another unknowing customer. I actually observed her attempting to put it back! Is there a negative star rating, because that is just gross!
Literally the worst service and quality in town. It is genuinely unbelievable how slow and inaccurate this store is. Make sure to either go inside or use the drive through or else you'll be waiting 20 minutes for an order at curbside.

Just about every time I come here I'm asked to pull forward and someone will bring out the rest of my order. This morning I again was told to pull forward to wait on a orange juice. After 10 mins waiting I left. I won't be back.

I received poor customer service from Yesenia M this morning. I went up to the counter to ask for water for my son and she didn't even have the courtesy to say anything to me. She walked away. Another worker started to approach the front desk to help me, but Yesenia told her I asked for water. Even when Yesenia walked out the building she had a mug on her face. This should not be how mcdonalds is represented. You are paying these workers more money for them to treat your customers horrible. I would like to discuss this matter with regional manager.
Just went through the drive thru. I ordered a #5. I asked that my order be made fresh. Before the girl at the window hands me my food I asked if it was fresh, she replys yes. She asked me if I had a tea or a water. I said a sweet tea. I get home in which i live 2 mins from, my fries and nuggets are both cold and the tea is unsweetened. A waist of $
This is the worst McDonald’s ever! Every since they put in the parking lanes they use they more often than they should. You get parked for just about every order. You’ll wait and wait and finally have to go in and get your food. When you go in there are several employees standing around and on their phones. Last time I checked fast food was fast not having to wait 20 minutes for a gourmet burger. This isn’t my first complaint nothing gets done and it’s absolutely pointless to leave a review.
Every time I go through the drive-thru here, they are quick to send you to a mobile pickup spot to wait for your order for 20-30 minutes. Then every time they bring out an order they go down the whole line of cars waiting in the parking lot because they don't keep track of where they tell which order to park. I guarantee they are just trying to get you out of the drive-thru line so they can report fast times to their higher-ups, when in reality people are waiting in the parking lot for much longer. This is true at busy times and when things have been slow. Such a waste of time. Go to another location.
In my last few visits to this McDonald's location, I was left extremely disappointed with the service I received. On three separate occasions, I ordered a nugget kids meal and each time, my order was messed up. The first time, there were pickles in the nuggets box, with no nuggets. The second time, there was hamburger sauce in the nuggets box, no nuggets. And the third time, I was given a hamburger instead of nuggets. I was extremely frustrated by these mistakes and it really ruined my experience at this McDonald's location. It's unacceptable to have my order messed up multiple times, and it shows a lack of attention to detail and care for the customer. I would not recommend this location to others based on my experience
This location is always busy for the most part, which is fine if the staff could handle a busy lunch time. You wait for a while which is also fine if your food would be hot or even what you ordered. I’m okay with a little cold food, it’s fast food but I’m not okay with rude employees!

It has been a while since trying McDonald’s and this location on coffee did a great job of reminding me why, After charging me extra to put Mac sauce on my sandwich instead of the mayonnaise When I got home and opened my bag, I was meant with a sandwich with only mayonnaise not even any of their hot honey sauce! They charged me extra just to get a simple order incorrect. They also charge me extra for ranch packet after parking me for about 12 minutes. They brought my bag out and then went Store I checked to make sure that the ranch I paid extra for it was in the bag, It was in the bag, but it was already pre-Opened and had mildew in it. I brought it into the store and told the worker that they need to check their sauces before throwing them full of mildew in a bag full of food. The lady apologized with the facial expression of her, not caring at all. She turned around and she went and grabbed two more ranch packets. She put them in my hands. They were already pre-opened. They went all over my hands, my wrist and got on my sweater. On multiple factors, I was charged extra just to have my food made incorrectly, and my clothing stained. She didn’t even offer me a napkin to clean myself up!
Every time I order breakfast curbside the person bringing the food out acts like they have the worst job ever. No replies to good morning or even a hello they practically throw the food in the car. Food is normally bad but its quick and near my work.
Just ordered a cheeseburger meal and a snack wrap.. when I pulled up to the window she asked me to pull forward to the next window and they would bring my order.. 3 cars behind me got their orders while I sat and waited.. I thought maybe they were making fresh fries and that would be understandable but I waited and then I finally received my order and the fries were not hot and fresh and my cheeseburgers were not hot either.. so why did I have to wait? Terrible!! Made me wait for not even hot food. It’s not like I had a huge order. Dissatisfied.
Went to drive through finished my drink and went back and wanted to get a refill or even pay for one and the young lady with an attitude said "it's only for dine in customers only" not even asking if I wanted to buy a new one or anything just simply denying my business. so as a customer this establishment needs a sign saying no refills I looked everywhere and nothing. The only sign I posted is on the photos. the acting manager is no help as well he was just apologizing for her actions and not asking if I wanted to buy a drink either 😂 please fix your attitudes I just wanted a drink and came out with a bad review definitely not coming back there's a bunch of kids in there no real adults to talk to
The manager here has absolutely no idea how to handle the store, no idea who made her the manager. She doesn't even know how to talk, she's just talking to other employees inside, she has no idea what's going on outside, others are getting late. This hasn't happened to me once, it happens to me every time. They harass me. They have to delay my order every time. If you talk to them, they are always in a rut, they talk in a rut, I don't know what they think of themselves. We have to buy food with our own money, not for free.
What is the manager doing here? She has no idea how to handle this. She spoke to me rudely. She delayed my order for 20 minutes and then came and gave me the order which was already waiting behind the counter. I don't know why I waited for 20 minutes. All the workers are rude. They don't talk to anyone. You have to ask yourself. Everything is absolutely useless. The service is the most useless restaurant in all of Bakersfield
This location consistently messes up order. Yeah they are good at correcting the issues but this shouldn’t have to happen. On average over the last 5 years it’s safe to say 75 percent out our orders were wrong.
Its actually 0 stars. The young man in the drive thru at the first window had his hands down his pants while waiting for us to pull up to pay. Disgusting. Then everytime we come, they make us pull to second window or park in a spot. What's the point of a drive thru!? We got fries and apple pies. Your system sucks!! Do better!
So I’m guessing we don’t use the McFlurry machine to blend them anymore... not really satisfied with this location. I feel like I shouldn’t have to go to a different location to get good friendly service Where they won’t close the window on me before I can get my question out of my mouth to see what happened to my order, but I feel like that’s what I’m going to have to start doing.
