I always come to this Dunkin even though it’s not the closest one to me. The drinks are consistently good and the employees are nice. The drive thru is insanely fast and again- they keep a smile with good attitude and hand out a good product. Only thing is they pack the cup with ice. I understand they have an ice line to hit but sometimes I feel like they over do it. Other than that I really love this Dunkin and it will remain my main Dunkin. 🙂↕️
The manager at North Wyndham dunkin' donuts is phenomenal..
Went in this morning with a large order, the woman up front was an absolute delight. She had the most positive attitude and was genuinely one of the kindest souls I have ever met. I would return a thousand times over due to her outstanding customer service!!
Everything I’ve gotten from this location has always been delicious and fresh. The service is always friendly and fast too. The dining area is very nice and clean.
This location is easily one of my favorites to go to. Some of the workers go above and beyond the work required of them with the minimal staff that is put on their shifts. While they do not always have the people they need they always take care of the customer. Great location, will always keep coming here.
Friendly group. Nice clean place. Employees seem to like their jobs. All smiles and l noticed they greeted every customer with respect and promptness! Good job!
The coffee's okay, but there's selection for gluten. Free foods is little to none very disappointing.
Ordered through Uber through this location. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese with extra egg, bacon, and cheese. I PAID for the extra items I wanted on my sandwich. I only ended up getting extra cheese on my sandwich. No extra egg, no extra bacon. I tried to call this location to talk to someone and their phone isn't working. So now I can't even talk to a person to try and fix this.
This has to be the slowest drive thru of all time. Consistently. Every time I go. Their drive thru is inexplicably slow. Does their coffee maker drip at half speed? I don't understand.
Let’s see it’s Saturday 2 pm asked for a small ice coffee and a glazed donut and was charged $7.02 with an attitude because they didn’t have small cups or lids and without letting me know they used a medium cup and served me only up to the second line and gave me attitude when I asked where’s the rest of the coffee. WTH kind of business is this? You need to hire more people that know how to deal with situations like this and if it’s to hot in the kitchen then get out!
I just move to the city and I been at this Dunkin 3 times and every time something wrong with my order I ordered donuts and got a bacon egg and cheese on a English muffin my coffe was supposed to be Butter pecan and I got pumpkin spices I know it was time to close but I always at least tips as well no matter what
If I could leave a 0 star review I would. Blonde lady with glasses that worked a shift today at 6:40pm was extremely rude from the second we pulled up to order, she didn’t even greet us she just said “what do you want”. As we pulled up to the window to get our drinks she was screaming and yelling in the lobby.
Okaaaaayyyyyy I'm not one to use the b word but the person that took my order was exactly that, with a rude remark for every item I ordered and a good 3 or four OKAAAAYYYYYYYYYS. If you can't work in a fast paced customer service job then don't work Here especially during breakfast hours
First they gave me my order completely backwards. I ordered a sausage egg and cheese on a plain bagel and a bacon egg and cheese wake up wrap. THEY GAVE IT BACKWARDS. So we politely asked them to fix it and you know what they did?? GAVE ME MY SANDWICH COLD. There was no reason for them to get my order wrong twice. There was three people working and only one other car in the drive thru with us. I do not recommend coming here.
Drive up order to window. 15 minutes. Still a car behind while the girl talks to woman in front of me and her dog. I was asked three times for my order and had to tell them it was same person. Slowest service in the world here.
Slowest dunkin ever. 2 people working there, and they obviously need more. I ordered before I got here, and I'm still inside waiting over 10 minutes now. This is ridiculous, then all ya hear is the employees whining about how they've been here since this am and haven't had a break yet? It's not my problem and not an excuse in why I've been here 10+ minutes. Now everyone else is served, and they're standing there talking instead of doing my order, which I assume they don't even know about by the looks of it. And they're in there swearing up a storm, that's family friendly. I'm going on 15 mins now, and ya ask, and they say no clue? These guys are useless. I don't recommend them unless you have a half hr plus to hang around
Not sure what this women’s problem was, however upon visiting the drive-through on May 8, 24 at approximately 12:30 Pm. I was asked to wait, once she was finally ready to take my order she did not respond when I placed the order so just drove up to the window. While at the window nothing was said to me she just stuck her hand out to take my credit card and just handed me the coffee with out saying a word again. EXTREMELY RUDE! This also isn’t the first time I have been treated with this lousy passive aggressive behavior by the people stationed at the drive-through. You are in the service industry, if you don’t like having to serve people GET ANOTHER JOB!!!!!
This place is awful. Terrible service every time, ridiculous wait times, orders always wrong. Went yesterday and the drive through took 20 minutes start to finish, and two of my four coffees were wrong. Today, I ordered a coffee and pulled away and discovered they made it wrong (as usual), so I turned around and went back through the drive through. I told the speaker box girl that I just came through and there's no sugar in my coffee. She told me to pull to the window and she would give me sugar packets. I pulled to the window and the dude tried to give me sugar packets. I told him I'm not making a mess in my car by doing that I would like him to take the coffee back and put the sugar in inside. He told me they can't take the coffee back inside. So I said fine, I would like you to remake my coffee. He told me he can do that and just to pull up, so I did. He then came out and asked me how my coffee was made to remake it. When he brought my remade coffee and handed it to me and started walking away, he then turned around and asked if it was okay and if he could go back inside now. I told him they make it wrong all the time no matter what it is and it's ridiculous. He told me next time it happens, the smart thing to do would be to come inside. I told him it's raining and if they made my coffee correctly the first time there wouldn't be a problem. Absolutely absurd, will not be going there again.
The customer service including the manager was horrible. I had not been in a while. I ordered my food and then I asked the lady how to use the app. She said it will just come off when I scan it and when she scanned it the offer I redeemed came off and the rewards I had stayed on. She was supposed to scan each one individually for the rewards so I got stuck getting charged almost 2 dollars for 6 tiny hashbrowns. I found have never ordered them if I knew I could not use a reward and an offer in the same bill so then I had to go back another time to redeem my two free ones. Then the manager said their was nothing she can do about it!!!!! If she was a good manager she should have done something to make it up but instead she attacked me for not knowing how to use the aop. Unbelievable. They always burn the hashbrowns and the croissant stuffers when ever you order them. Who wants burnt tasting food. I thought I would have better luck but their customer service is poor.
Avoid at all costs! This is the filthiest store I have ever entered in my life. The sitting and restroom areas have been wreaking of barf for the past month! First time I came I gave them the benefit of the doubt, but a month later I see that the workers just got used to it or don't care. The restroom and sitting area floors were littered with paper and food. The restroom trash bin looks like it has never been cleaned... ever. Please let's collectively stop going to have them change management or go out of business.
