Who doesn’t love a good a good burger?! Easy to order, Fresh ingredients, meat is never frozen, fried cut to order, and a hamburger made how you want it. This isn’t a place that offers chicken options. It’s burgers, cheese burgers, Double Doubles and Animal Style Fries! There is a secret menu, grilled cheese is an option, as is protein style with a lettuce wrap option. Drive Thur or eat in, a great place to stop, have a bite, made to order hamburgers, that have that cult following.

My son likes in n out. The menu is limited on the wall but you can order animal style versions of food for an off menu treat. They do make it all very fresh. Lower calories than most other places too. Calories displayed clearly. Animal fries are my son's favorite off menu item. I like to get a custom burger and a light lemonade.

I have been going to this In-N-Out for years. I can't think of one bad experience. It's probably the most consistent franchise there is!

This location is so close to my office and easily accessible from the freeway. Can't go wrong with a flying Dutchman and some well done fries!

Every time I am out (not a whole lot) or if daughter visits, if there's an In-N-Out close we are there... tasty burgers, perfect fries, shakes and soft drinks... what I noticed most this last visit was how absolutely sincerely welcoming and happy the staff was... I hadn't talked with people in a long time and it was a very pleasant plus... I have never had a bad burger there!

Like any In-N-Out, it's just as good at 12pm as it at 12am. There's no inconsistency in the food or service. A+ from everyone. Double double- toasted bun, animal style, fries well done+2 packets of sauce, neopolitan shake. Always solid

Somehow just better than any other fast food burger. Very reliable across locations. Friends and family visiting from places without In-And-Out insist it is an absolute must to go, usually the first day they arrive.

Friendly-est In-N-Out I have ever been served at. Food was, I my wife's words, way better than the one she had last year. Again I have to say service was top notch with multiple friendly check ins after we were served. Also the dining room was exceptionally clean.

While I love In-N-Out, I don't think I have ever rated one above a 4 until now. Don't get me wrong, the food is consistently great. What earned this fifth star is the EXCEPTIONAL customer service we received. The dining room host was fantastic. He must have come by 3 or 4 times asking if he could help.

In n Out is probably one of the reasons why I enjoy living in California so much. The food here is great, and the workers are very nice and prepare your food very quickly. They let you come inside and order your food there, and they have a drive through. All of the workers wear masks, and a lot of safety precautions are made. I would 100% recommend eating In n Out.

In n out burgers: honestly the best fast food burgers available! They take a few minutes longer but only because they ALWAYS have so many customers (which is testiment to their DELICIOUS menu)! It's ALWAYS worth the long line and wait, and the friendly employees are very well trained in customer service. However, their french fries could use improvement, but I do enjoy them all the same.... If you don't like their french fries try the "animal style french fries" and it will probably change your mind!

Pretty good hamburgers at a very cheap price. You can find three combos: single, double and cheese burgers. Fries are pretty good. Unfortunately, these burgers are so popular that there's usually a long line either walking or by car.

The employees are incredibly nice. Someone opened the door for us, every staff greets you when you come in, refills drinks for you, and throws away trays for you. It feels like a nice restaurant rather than a fast food place.

Always always always a place to be missed. Their menu is pretty simple: double double, hamburger or cheese burger with fries or no fries. If you feel like having something different, give their secret menu a try! In the picture is protein style burger and dirty fries.

I had never been to an In-N-Out burger before, and I enjoyed my order. My family was also very happy with theirs, and thought the fries were great, when we had read online that they are not. We don't have this chain where we live. You do have to wait for a bit, but we felt it was worth it.

I had to place an order for 16 people. I was able to place the order a day before. I paid and told them at what time the next day I was going to pick up the order. When I showed up the next day, they had the order ready and they got every order correct. I really appreciate how they handled this order and how they came through making sure the order was ready and done right. Much appreciated!!

It's always good to eat at In and out Burger. The bread is always fresh and the food is always cooked just right. For fast food, you can't beat it, and the price is fair and practical.

I have been to dozens of in n outs, and I didn’t think the experience could get better. This was by far the tastiest in n out I’ve ever had, the service was excellent, extremely fast even though it was very busy, and very clean. This location is almost always crazy busy. I guess that must be a sign of the quality of the food. Overall, my experiences here have been positive. Folks work hard to get you through as quickly as possible. Just pack your patience due to the long drive-through lines.

Always great, fast service and they provide a delicious, consistent product. Please go inside if you arrive to find the drive thru line wrapping all the way around the stop sign at the shopping mall entrance. Inside service takes about 10 minutes flat - don't clog up the entrance with your car. Grab an extra packet of spread if you order the animals style fries, they need it!

As a native Cali cat, I've been to ALOT of In N' Out Burgers but this one in particular is our absolute favorite of them all! It's all thanks to one of your best employees Kiena Rose! Out of all the customer experience we've ever encountered at ANY business establishment Kiena by far holds the most caring soul, sweetest smile, funniest charm and impressive memory of our little group every time we come to In N Out after our archery nights! This was my first In-N-Out burger experience and I'd give it a thumbs up. The lettuce and the tomato on the burger were impressive compared to other chains. I was underwhelmed by the fries though. Not very warm and hardly any salt.

SUPER busy during late lunch rush, but efficient and the staff handled the crowd well. It seemed like they worked well together and having somone circulating in the dining area was a nice touch. I enjoyed the fresh ingredients and toasted bun. Can't wait to return! 😋

It's what you expect when going to an In-N-Out Burger joint. Fries are cooked with sunflower oil. Therefore, it has a bit of a different flavor than other restaurants. The food is quite tasty when it's warm, so I definitely recommend eating your food in the restaurant or doing a car picnic. You'll get a placemat & your food arranged slightly different when you do the latter - very convenient!

Typical In-N-Out. We arrived for lunch, and it was less crowded than I've come to expect. Location is good. Tons of parking, and just off the 101. We got a variety of foods that tasted the same as in other In-N-Out establishments - well done fries, animal style fries, and burgers with and without cheese and onions. No complaints. The fries were crispier and fresher than what we're used to from In-N-Out, but we likely got a lucky batch.

Tried the one at Vintage Oaks, Novato. Went through the drive-thru. When I got to the window, she had no idea what my order was. It was actually pretty comical. She kept listing custom orders, etc. "Well, you definitely got a grilled cheese, right? No. (For like the 10th time.) Well, what DID you order? Just Animal fries, and an Animal." I swear, I wanted to laugh my behind off!🤣

This location appears to be understaffed; the service is fine, but it’s probably hard on the workers. The pink lemonade, peppers, and pepper was empty. The meals were coming out pretty slowly. Fries and burger buns cooked a little longer than usual. Still good burgers.

4-stars, which might be a bit high considering the tiny size of the burger patty relative the bun diameter. The beef patty, and I kid you not, is about 2/3 the size of the bun. It's also slightly thicker than about 3/16 inch thick. You're basically receiving toasted buns with a salad and tomatoes, and a tiny smattering of their dressing which adds a little sweetness and tang to the lettuce filling the 'burger.' I've included an image, but you can't see the beef patty between the buns. It's still a good overall burger, just not a brew pub burger.

I know this chain was the newest to enter in Marin almost 20 years ago, I have never understood the mass appeal of their overly simple and damn near tasteless menu, and yes I know about ordering off the secret menu. Ordering twice of much crappy food is not the answer. This is my opinion and I know most would disagree with it. I&O it seems like a decent place to eat, cleaner then most and has a restroom bigger then a phone booth and services more then 1person at a time in a place that accommodates 255 inside, and the staff is pleasant. The food is bland and I have yet to figure out why eating their gives me stomach issues. Butt it's only this one in the chain that consistently screws with my stomach. I honestly wish I could find a way to like In and Out because my significant other who doesn't eat meat will only go there if it's fast food. Very sad that we have to go to two separate places, to order our food in order to be able to eat together.

I recently swung by In-N-Out for a quick bite, and while the experience was fine, I can't quite grasp the hype. The burger was good, no complaints there, but it didn't blow my mind. The fries were just okay; I definitely prefer the fries at Five Guys. Overall, it's an average fast-food experience that seems to be loved by many. But honestly, why are you reading a review about In-N-Out? It's In-N-Out—everyone already knows what to expect. If you're in a rush and need a decent meal, it'll do the job.

Used to be really good but they've definitely gone down in quality. The milkshakes are almost terrible now and are nearly impossible to drink. The burger patties are tiny and burnt while you have a tomato slice double the size of it. Only good things about this place are it's fries and environment.

Service was awesome but the shake was mediocre compared to another in and out I visited in NV about a month earlier. The chocolate shake tasted like something you'd get at McDonald's very disappointing but the Pink Lemonade wasnt too bad except for the bitter after taste. In-n-out is our go to stop for a fast and consistent meal while on the road however our visit to this location wasn't very good. Our order only consisted of fries and a drink which took a normal amount of time to get but as we got back on the road and opened the bag of goodies to our disappointment the fries were cold ..... I ordered plain meat patties with a gluten allergy and they came covered in onions. This was on July 25, 2025. The manager assured me they were cooked in isolation but didn’t verify with the cook. I ended up very sick that night. I had only eaten at home the entire past week.
