They were out of all bread except for white bread, which was pretty disappointing. I got the turkey club sandwich and all the other ingredients were very good. The avocado was creamy and the bacon was crispy. Clean bathrooms and plenty of indoor seating.

Food is tasty and they have everything from fresh baked sweets to salad and sandos coffee and smoothies too. Yum

Fresh bread. Coffee that is the real reason I come here lol. Panera is very good. Most times it is 5 stars.

We love Panera and think there should be more up Rt. 5. Today’s visit gets a 2 for atmosphere because Manager Victoria berated an employee where we could hear her. The other employees were embarrassed and I felt awful for them. It seemed Victoria had a valid complaint about how something had been washed, but her manner of teaching staff needs to be private and delivered in a way that inspires them instead of shaming.

Food is great for the price. Panera is an amazing fast food chain. This location just does not have the employees. I warn against going during a lunch rush you will wait 30 or more minutes for your food. Service is still great though, very nice cashiers. there is often only one of them so you will have to wait in a line for a bit during a rush

Tiny error on my order attempted to inform the staff. Guy gave an attitude because I told him were weren't given a cup yet. Staff needs to be more courteous.

I like their location, first and foremost. I can’t say much about their lackluster pastries and cookies. Their choices of sandwiches and coffees are OK but not something you want to comeback for. The company has to realize that there are coffee shops nearby that offer better coffee and delectable pastries. The general taste for coffee and various kinds of pastries here in Marin County is a bit more sophisticated than what Panera’s menu offers.

Cup of soup was excellent. The chicken salad sando had NO flavor, a small apple...not good.. and a small bag of chips given..cheap add- ons. I also got a small drink..29+ bucks! Outrageous price for quality and quantity. ALL tables were filthy. I washed my own. Never going back again.

Panera dropped off some croissants in an effort to gain our business. While the sentiment was there the food quality was not. Their new chocolate croissants are absolutely unremarkable, I presume they gave us day -old pastries. Disappointing.

The woman calling out the food yelled at me while i was looking to see which good was mine that she pointed out and screamed when i accidentally picked up the wrong sandwich for my grandmother. I do not know why this employee seems to be so miserable but i would like to be treated with respect and kindness as a paying customer. I think her name was either Julianne or Vikki but was more heavy set out of the rest. There was tall, nice man at the front who turned around our service but wont be coming here again. This was the Novato, ca location on Vintage way.
