I go there on a regular, and this afternoon I went there walked in all the staff staring at us they didn’t even greet us, I said hi standing there waiting for an answer at the end I just ordered if I wasn’t in a rush I would have walked right out. Service needs improvement

Ok for a Dunkin, but it feels like they leave so much of the cup empty here. When I order a large it’s like I get a medium in a large cup. I’ve had this happen multiple times here and never at other locations

How is it I order two croissant stuffers and I am given a warmed up croissant. Didn't notice until I got to work to late to return it, and get what I actually ordered. I also had to repeat my coffee order about three times. I believe everyone should be able to hold a job, but if there is a language barrier maybe getting orders shouldn't be the place for that employee to be placed. Now I have to eat some dry bread. Unacceptable!!!!

Really Dunkin The wax paper still in the sandwich smh. First off I went in there I wanted an everything bagel it seems like this particular dunkin always runs out of everything bagels no big deal so I settled for the sweet pepper bacon sandwich just for it to still have the wax paper in it. Im honestly tired of this dunkin whenever I go there in the morning before work the service is terrible if I decide to walk in instead of going to the drive thru they can at least greet me and simply say one second instead they will all stare at you while all 8 of them focus on the drive thru. I honestly have about ten bad experiences there but never decided to write a review. This wax paper in my sandwich just pushed me over the edge how hard is it to make a simple sandwich that I’m sure is frozen all you are doing is putting it together you guys need to get it together.

This place needs one or both of the following because my experience was terrible. I am comparing it to the other D&Ds I go to on a regular. Either the machines are broken need calibration or faulty. The other option is to retain the staff. We got the same latte we always get and mine you it was a mobile order so it was all on writing for them. It was missing vanilla shots, no sugar. The egg bites were cold. The loaded hash browns were not done correctly. We were given one spoon and no forks. No napkins. No apology or explanation. One more thing the donut was stale. Definitely left over from the night before. Hopefully a supervisor or district manager sees this and takes action. Respond to this and I will visit again and change the review.

Some girl who made my hashbrowns isn’t getting paid enough clearly 😂😂I picked up my order checking to see if it was done because it was sitting behind the counter for a good 5 min. she told me when i picked it up for 2 seconds “im not done” I said in a nice tone “oh okay im so sorry” she then gave Snarkiest tone and gave me the nastiest look. She looked a little mad, maybe she had a hard day at work but Id recommend hiring patient, not so snippy people with decent manners 😂 Anyways i hope she finds the right job cause clearly this isn’t the one for her. Thanks Nyack dunkin 😊

what is so hard about putting a scoop of matcha powder and mix it with milk and make it look somewhat green. if i wanted a glass of iced milk i would’ve stayed at home.

I don't know how this location is still open. Ordered a latte that tasted like sugar water. I had to return to the store after going thru the drive thru and ask that they remake it. After getting attitude and a definition of what a latte is from the cartoonish looking girl at the front register, it still tasted like hot sugar water. They need to be shut down.

I find the workers there rude. None of them really understand or speak any English, and when they where taking my order they were asking someone else to take my order. And when they were taking my order, the workers were also laughing at me as well which I find very disrespectful. If there was a zero star I would rate them a zero. Will not come back here again. Would rather go to another dunkin donut location where workers can treat everybody more as equal and with respect.

A man first greeted me at drive though and then disappeared. A few minutes later a lady came to take my order. My iced tea lemonade (very simple drink) surprise.. it only has lemonade ..... so I called and she claims they’re out of iced tea. Yea ok.
