I got off work at around 1:30 AM. I was quite hungry and nothing was really open. I then remembered that there is a 24 hour McDonald’s in Nyack on Route 59. I made my order online and when I went to the drive-through the experience that I had was nothing short of amazing the man and the woman who run the establishment overnight go above and beyond, and I really think that they should get some sort of raise or promotion Next time, I’m there I’m going to give them a nice tip. I’m very grateful for my food Being fresh and hot

I don't normally review places and I'm not a regular McDonalds customer, but, this place has always hit the mark. I've ordered a few times, a double cheese burger and fries and they were excell…

I enjoy the nice cheesy cheeseburger. But when I opened it, there was a whole family of cockroaches in my burger, and when I opened the small fries, there were dead worms that shared the same color of fries. The crunchy chicken had live chicken inside the food but I noticed that I had just bitten into a cricket. One last thing, the soda fountain had big gloats of chunky milky stuff coming out of the Dr. Pepper fountains.

Went for lunch with my mom got a quarter pounder and fries and a small soda when eating the quarter pounder notice it wasn't cooked all the way. told the manager named Keisha very nice lady she said no problem and gave me another quarter pounder and extra fries she deserves a raise. I would say the staff is the problem many don't speak good English. No complaints on the manager she's trying her best to keep the place going.

They cater to drive through first. Waited a long time just for fries, a McFlurry and chicken nuggets.

My son asked one of the associates to have 1 different sauce, and she replied with such a bad attitude "NO" without any reason. I think they can improve their customers' service skills.

I ordered a $5 meal deal, with a double cheeseburger. They could have put more ketchup on it. It wasn't bad, though. Their Oreo mcflurey was phenomenal. I absolutely loved it.

Ordered out from the drive thru here on Thursday July 4th 2025 with my parents. Basically all we ordered was drinks. I orginally wanted a chocolate milkshake, but they said their ice cream machine wasn't working, or at least that's what my parents and I heard. So instead I got the Strawberry Banana smoothie. My dad got the mocha frappe. To make matters more confusing, when we got to the pay window, the lady said mocha frappe, chocolate milkshake, and strawberry banana smoothie. We paid via cash, and got it anyways. Came safely from the takeout window in a drink tray. Happily enjoyed my strawberry banana smoothie, and my dad enjoyed his mocha frappe.Saved the milkshake for later. I like mcdonalds but this one needs to work on knowing someone's order. But highly recommend Mcdonalds as a chain!

Service was quick for being in the lobby. The restaurant and bathrooms are very clean and there are free refills. You can tell the employees are happy. Seems like they take pride in their store. I would definitely eat there again.

It was good it took a bit to get our food. Service was terrible my mom had points for a free ice cream cone so I went to redeem it and she wouldn’t give me the cone

The service is REALLY slow. The food is… well it tastes like McDonalds quality if you know what I mean. The food is just ok. Kinda overpriced these days

Has the self service kiosk, but doesn't know how to use it (my order was kept at the counter and not brought to the table). Update: service is still questionable, food is fine. No idea what the point of the self service kiosk is if they're going to shout an order number from a receipt that didn't print and doesn't match the table tent I entered.

Drove out of my way to come to this McDonald’s because it says open 24 hours. Six cars online at the drive-through and I’m told that they are closed till 2 AM? It’s 12:45AM, if they break for over an hour why doesn’t it say so on the website ?? Not many choices when working at night… poor communication here.

The food is what you can expect from any McDonald's. The only draw back is the wait times for your food seem a bit too long despite how crowded it can be. There just never seems to be enough staff on hand to handle orders. However if you can wait it out you do get some of the freshest and hottest fast food this side of Rockland.

Service isn’t too bad but DO NOT order the sweet tea!! I don’t think they have cleaned the sweet tea dispenser since they started serving sweet tea. Same goes for the ice machine. If you go there after 11pm expect to be waiting forever.

The food is good BUT the line is always long though, so I try to go to other McDonald's. I wish I could cancel my order and go to Burger King but I already placed a mobile order. The line is so long and slow that I'm able to write a review. At some point, if they want to make more money they need to hire more staff.

The only reason for 2 stars cuz place is clean. Manager waited on us and I can't understand how she's a manager! I say no salt ferries for me but Mark wanted salted fries so she gave us both no salt. Plus we said for here and not to go but she bagged our food after waiting almost 10 minutes for our small order. They need to replace her

This McDonald’s is the slowesttttt, and it’s very likely that you’ll end up with gross cold food more often than you don’t. It’s especially bad/slow in the evenings, and the woman I presume is the night manager is pretty rude, has terrible customer service skills, and doesn’t really seem to want to be bothered with anything. The only reason this location is as busy as it is is because it’s the only 24hr drive-thru in Nyack without having to go to Nanuet.

This McDonald's consistently has the slowest service through the drive-thru. I went there yesterday and it took two minutes to place my order and almost 10 minutes to wait in line to get my food and it wasn't busy. I wouldn't really care if this was a one-off but 9 out of every 10 times I go here, it turns into a 15 minute wait to go through the drive-thru

I was very disappointed with my meal. I order the fish meal and it was cold and the sweet tea wasn't even sweet. I must say the blueberrie pie was hot. I'm taking a break from eating McDonald's food lately the food hasn't been delivering the quality it once did.

I ordered a sausage Biscuit with no egg and a ice coffee with 2 creams no sugar. Easy enough? I received bacon on a biscuit and milk with some coffee. The coffee was very very light. It was all thrown away..$10 thrown away.

They say they are 24 hours open but it’s a lie once it hits 2 am good luck if you need to purchase food the staff inside will never answer or they’ll say they closed for 30 mins I’ve been there at all hours of the night and it’s always a diff story. If your not 24 hours just say that you don’t have to lie for a dollar i would respect it more if they were honest never going again that’s for sure

Be mindful when using the app at this McDonald's drive. There have been several times that they tell me that the drive through code has been used when I just pulled it up. I'm thinking that it's some type of scam to get you to spend more.

Stopped for a quick bite and inside found a kiosk to order. Placed my order at it said take a tent number. None there. Has a hard time tendering the sale and nobody there to help. Waited over -0 minutes for our order. When I went to get a soda, no ice. I asked someone at the counter and he said use the other machine. They never fixed the empty one. Burgers were totally grilled to death and terrible. Seems like nobody cares. If they ever get busy they would not be able to handle it.

i never leave reviews but this place suck. they never have ice cream, take a long time, and not once got my order right!

Do not go here for breakfast I ordered an egg mcmuffin and when I got home they didn't put the Canadian bacon just an egg and cheese.

Horrible took 30 mins to get my order after ordering on kiosk and even constantly asking. Slushie was water I had to ask to be remade and basically she was just being lazy and only had to added more. I had gone this morning and asked for two Sausage egg magriddle with 4 hash browns, don’t worry not all for me. But I also asked for a medium mango smoothie, and a large orange juice. I made it home, and they put only 2 breakfast sandwiches and 1 hash brown and I tasted the orange juice, and it had gone sour, I tried calling to let them know to fix it, but no answer. Sorry for any customers that had sour orange juice. I tried to let them know.

Was there 9/22/18 @ apprx 5-515pm. Went inside. Couldn't find what I wanted on the touch screen order yourself menu. Went ti the counter. There were no other customers in the place. I stood there for several minutes waiting to order. I was completely ignored by the three women behind the counter standing around talking to each other. There was a fourth woman who was cleaning a machine and a fifth woman who was working the drive-up. Those two were the only ones working. The other three were doing absolutely nothing except having a conversation and ignoring me. I walked out. Will not go back to that McDonald's again.

I ordered a McDonald's Mc Crispy and it was horrible.... The chicken was overcooked and the whole thing fell apart at first bite. Smh as a chef I expect my cooks to hand out quality food, so I would expect an establishment as McDonald's to hold it's cooks to the same standard.

This is hands down THE SLOWEST McDonald's I've ever been to. The two ordering lanes deceive you into thinking it'll move quickly. I was there two weeks ago and waited 30 minutes to get a quarter pounder meal. This is not fast food. Everyone was so frustrated that people were trying to cut in front of others at the drive-through. The pay window was closed and it looked like they only had one person making the food. My fries were lukewarm and had it not been almost 11pm I'd have left without ordering. I can't speak for the daytime but DON'T go at night. It's a shame because their location would make them very profitable...if they could just hire competent people who don't act like they can't be bothered to work.

The place is extremely slow and under staffed. Nothing new to sit in the drive through for 20 minutes plus with only 4 cars in front of you. Food is always good but they need more help.

Can you imagine paying for something on the mobil app and getting to the front of the drive thru just for them to tell you that there is no order in the system. You then proceed to show the 2 employees one female and one male the order and they say they don’t have it. The female employee seems like she is the supervisor starts screaming at me what do you want me to do!! The man just nods in agreement. She then proceeds to tell me to move over and maybe figure it out on the side. I have been to this location many times the morning and afternoon Latina ladies there are incredible my hats off to them and the service is always good and quick. Unfortunately the night employees are not efficient they are rude, disrespectful and only know how to scream no problem solving. Do not go here after 9pm you will regret it!!!!

Manager on duty was very nasty, as I had asked my order a french fries and nuggets the freshly made and I was willing to wait. Became very rude said their food is never old meanwhile the nuggets that he did give me were cold and you can tell we're reheated. When I asked for his name he refused to give it I ended up calling the McDonald's complaint customer service line which was useless. I refuse to go there again

This place made me wait over an hour in line for a customers door dash order and I lost my bonus. This place is a complete joke they should really consider firing all staff and getting new people. They also asked me to wait on the side for my order which they still forgot

Why is this place so slow? The line is always backed up to the road, takes an hour to get food. I rarely get fast food but you can literally go to the diner next door, sit down, order a 4 course meal and be out of there quicker than this McDonald’s drive thru line. Management here must be brutal

Stopped in for a late snack. Wait was awful and when we received our order it was all wrong. They had it right on the screen but that's NOT what we received. Regular coffees were black. Had to ask for cream and sugar twice. Apple pies were cold and my ice mocha was a Carmel that had more carmel on the outside of the cup then inside. Wasn't a hard order which is sooo frustrating. Coffee and pie!

By Far THE WORSE MCDONALDS!!! Today September 17th around 12:00 pm afternoon. I went through the mc Donald’s drive thru and I was trying to tell the person on the speaker my order and it was hard to understand the person on the speaker and she was also having trouble understanding me as well so after almost 4 minutes of trying to get everything correct on the order. I finally went to the first window and the lady that looked white hispanic wearing a black mask told me the total. And the total didn’t seem right from what I ordered so I tell the lady I ordered a mc chicken 5 dollar meal with a frappe as the drink and another double cheese burger 5 dollar meal with a frappe as the drink and I was explaining to her that the order seemed off and told her what I really wanted and the entire time that I was talking to her on the first window nothing but an attitude and looking at me like if I was in the wrong and I was crazy. So even after I told her and she gave me her dirty looks and talked to me the way she did I paid for the meal and then after I got the receipt I checked and I got a charge of 34 dollars. And she charged me for something I never wanted or asked for which was the blue berry raspberry drink. And then charged me with 3 regular cheese burgers. So once I got to the second window I asked for the manager and I explained to her that the lady at the first window was talking to me and looking at me like if I was crazy. And the lady at the second window which was the manager was very calm and understanding about the situation. Then she told me to park on the mobile app parking and to come inside so that she can take care of me. So when I got inside. She was going to refund everything that was incorrect which was the 2 cheeseburgers and the blue berry raspberry drink. So I told her that I paid 20 dollar bill then I paid the rest on Apple Pay so she refunded me on Apple Pay then after she was getting my food correct but that wasn’t the case because at that moment I really thought she got it right so I didn’t bother to check it before I left back home so when I left and got back home we checked the bag and I got the 2 cheese burgers wi the frappe that I asked for and some how they charged me for a 6 pc and one small and one large fry which I was suppose to get 2 small fry’s with the 5 dollar deal. In my mind I was very confused and upset that this much mistakes happened like this at the only mc Donald’s in nyack even after all these mistakes the nuggest were cold and not even crispy at that point I lost it after a while I forgot about it and just told my self I would never come here again after a couple hours I checked my recent transactions on my bank acount and I NEVER GOT THE REFUND BACK If you want to come to this mc Donald’s don’t make a big order or and don’t order the nuggest from there. And they also have trouble trying to hear and understand a mc Donald’s mobile app reward code. But I will be taking actions and calling corporate about this the management and the caringless job that they do is unacceptable and unaccountable I know I’m not alone in this so if you read this be honest and truthful about your experience at this mc Donald’s

Horrible service!!!! Ordered via the drive thru window, the lines were long, as they were quite busy. But hey, no problem. We got home, opened the bags and found that our order wasn’t correct.The large fries that I paid for was missing and they gave me a Diet Coke instead of a regular Coke. So I called the Nyack McDonald’s to let them know what happened and no one picked up. I called back a second time and still no one picked up. That’s fine.. no one wants to answer the phone.. I’ll pay them a visit tomorrow and they can hear my complaints in person.

Even though it says 24hrs. Every time I’ve gone late at night they’re in the process of “counting the money” I drove there to pick up a mobile order and waited for over 10 minutes just to speak to someone.Don’t call it a 24hr restaurant and do not accept mobile orders if you are unable to make them, Say it’s closed. Do not go to this location at night, the female worker at the drive thru is absolutely horrible, she has no manners or respect and talks horribly to customers. They said they don’t have meals with “strawberry Fanta” and had to be ordered seperately. Last time I ordered 4 meals and they have 4 sodas and only two fries. They made me pay for the 2 extra fries.

3 consecutive visits through the drive thru... 3 times I was charged for food that I did not receive. With the visit being over a 20 minute drive one way, it isn't to just go back. McDonald's you need to do better.

It was the worst drive-through experience I've had. So obviously, late at night, there is no management present. We ordered, drove up, paid, and made it to the window to get our food. The guy had no idea what we ordered and was very impatient and angry. When I thought that I had everything I ordered, we got home and discovered that the large fries turned out to be small fries in a large container. No more. I will only warn you that if you go there at night, you are on your own and should probably video tape the conduct of your server.

I used the mobile app to make things easier. Ended up waiting in the drive thru line for almost 45 minutes. They were so incredibly slow. They may have been short-staffed so I try and empathize, but 45 minutes for a 2 cheeseburger meal is ridiculous. On top of that, they were allowing people to park, WALK up to the drive thru window, and giving them their food. Two people were almost hit by cars and they were slowing service for those of us who waited even more. Disappointing.

I am so surprised at McDonald's I ordered a McDonald's Mc Crispy sandwich and it was horrible. The chicken was burnt and the sandwich came completely apart when I took a bite into it. As a Chef I hold my cooks to a high level of standards and I would think McDonald's would do the same.

Worse than usual, ordered 4 sandwiches and two were wrong. Sent them back as we were still at the drive up. The person asked twice how we wanted the sandwich and even cans back a third time to ask. Finally got them and again it was wrong got one of them. My daughter walked in and there was a line with no one being helped, the manager barking orders, 4 workers standing around waiting for the orders... utter chaos. And the drive thru line just kept getting longer

I order a caramel frappe with my order and I get a vanilla shake I’m not a person who likes to leave bad reviews but this is not the first time last time I order a chicken sandwich and got the wrong order , if you’re working there you get paid to do and prepare what the customer wants not what the employees want

They did not mix my mcflurry. They just put the oreos on top. This completley ruined my day and love for mcdonald’s.

Delivery drivers should not accept Oder from this restaurant after 11 pm. When they finish cooking, you have to wait with the guests who ordered the new food. They will waste all your energy and time. Restaurants that are located elsewhere have delivery food on the sidelines. 59, this restaurant will give you a headache.

Every time I come to get food through the drive thru, they always forget something! Service is so slow. Crazy!

I waited in the drive through for 15 minutes to get no service and no food. They lost 7 other customers while I waited. I even tried the other windows. There were at 3 least employees inside not taking orders from the 10+ cars waiting. This will probably be the only review and only 1 star review I ever leave.

This McDonald’s at 55 Rt 59, Nyack, NY 10960 advertises that it’s open 24 hours, but I’ve gone twice during those hours and was not serviced either time. It’s extremely frustrating and misleading, especially when I come specifically because of the posted 24-hour availability. If they aren’t truly open 24 hours, the hours should be updated. Very disappointing experience.

I will never go to this place again. There were two black people, one at the drive-thru and the other at the window. They both started yelling at us, refusing to give us the manager's and boss's numbers. They also charged us more for food that we didn't even order. The person who takes orders today, October 10th at 10:20 at night was the worst. I have never had such bad customer service like this place.

I went to the drive thru and ordered a mc chicken value meal and he asked me what kind of drink. I told him the strawberry lemonade. He said he doesn't have it or regular. I told him to skip the drink because I don't drink soda. He told me I must have a drink or he will have to charge me for each item separately because I didn't want a soda. 🤦‍♀️ anyway after a few min of trying to get my chicken sandwich and nuggets I gave up and just told him to cancel it and went to the taco place down the street

Night manager Nancy was not supportive or helpful at problem solving. Upon getting to the drive thru, I gave her my mobile app confirmation number. She claims it was cancelled. I showed her the confirmation email as well as the money deducted from my debit card. Instead of solving the issue she was quick to send me off. Came in today after placing a online rode a few mins before breakfast was over. The older lady at the counter wouldn’t give me my order because she said there was no order she wouldn’t even let me show her my receipt after I told her there was no more breakfast on the mobile app she said that to bad. This the only McDonalds around my house so it’s very disappointing her attitude even as an older person was gross. My toddler was left with out breakfast and I was left with a pay order and no food.

Asked for a sprite they gave me a coke and said that’s all they had could’ve just told me from the beginning instead of making me pay for something you don’t have in stock. They also suck a preparing food I bearly has any cheese on my filet o fish and then WAIT TIME IS FOREVER!!! The employees in the drive thru are RUDE AND NOT PROFESSIONAL!!!

Very slow and only cater to drive through customers ,i waited ten minutes online with no one in the place....stop being cheap and hire more employees they need help !!!!! Billion dollar company!!!!!! Unsanitary bathrooms the back of the place smells of urine and has garbage loaded in carts sitting out around back of place hose on side walkway someone can trip over very unsafe get your act together before you get a lawsuit!!!! "UPDATE" STILL GROSS urinals not flushing unine overflowing cigarette butts stashed in lobby homeless bathing in sinks .
