My most recent experienced sucked. I order online It told me it'd be ready in 7-10 mins wasnt ready for about 25-30 mins they didn't have what I order asked if I wanted subbed out asked for chicken strips I received chicken nuggets. My salad was wrong one and missing pieces of my order.

Today at 7:25 March 8. 2026 the cashier boy with purple shirt did not want to sell us a small combo and wanted to force us into buying a bigger combo because they were out of the small soda cups and I told him I have a small size combo coupon can you just not fill up the soda in a medium cup so you can just give us what a small soda cup would contain and he just said no really bad customer service at this location please management hire better staff this place really sucks in customer service the employees don’t even care about customers and they take too much time preparing the food too and they don’t get your order until five minutes pass after they help someone please pay attention to your PM employees corporate and management Thank you

Absolutely, for the price thats paid. I should expect the fountain drink to the way it should instead of it tasting like it hasn't been cleaned in a year. How about running out of condiments because it hasn't been ordered properly? Or the fact that my meal was 15 dollars and the fries tasted like they had been sitting for hours. The inside isnt clean. The bathrooms are atrocious and the staff do not care.

I don't go here often, but it seems at least 60% of the times i do, they manage to mess up the order. The food is alright, if they manage to actually give you the stuff you paid for. Check your bags thoroughly before driving off. *To the owner* No, I will not reach out to "Heyjack". I don't care that you're sorry or disappointed, and No, I won't remove the review.

You guys need to get your stuff together ever heard of the word COMMUNICATE? 2 times I come here and order the starlight coke first time the lady tells me they can't sell it in with a meal that it has to be sold separately? Okay so then the second time I come this time the lady's saying that they can't sell it unless you buy the starlight meal which I saw no advertisement of. I procede to ask her what comes in the meal and she then tells me that she doesn't know and that she doesn't think they got it yet??? Every other jack in the box I go too I have no issue with this... What's the deal??

Took almost half an hour, food was not good, asked for extra sauce and they drenched my sandwhich, fries were stale, tortilla was stale on my wrap, no sauce, no napkins, cost $18.50. Next time i get a sense the workers are resentful about having to do their job im leaving.

First off I never leave reviews so it takes a lot for me to complain. Worst Jack In the box in the 209. I’ve had several bad experiences here but none I felt were worth a review but this time the rudeness of the staff made me feel like it was necessary. I got a chicken fajita pita and when I got it, it was literally half of a pita and the ingredients shoved in a bag not assembled at all. I immediately went inside to politely show them in hopes that they would remake it. The they/them or whatever it was I spoke to looked at it, rolled their eyes and said “you ate half of it” Again, I was being completely polite as I can’t stand when people are rude to customer service workers. I let the person know that I didn’t eat any of it and that’s the entire reason I’m coming in. The employee again rolls their eyes and sighs very loudly and said “whatever dude I’ll remake it” at that point I was frustrated and didn’t trust that this person wouldn’t do something nasty to my food so I just left and took the loss. Point is they gave me a bunch of ingredients shoved in a bag and half of what it’s supposed to have. Mistakes happen but the rudeness was my issue. $13 isn’t the end of the world but it’s the principle that counts. I get that they probably get 20 people a day trying to get free food by complaining but it was very obvious that wasn’t my intention. Don’t go here they do a horrible job

Horrible every each time it gets worst with customer service the lady’s just rude all the way around and they do not know how to take orders and they seem lost every Time and never let me finish my order

Came to jack in the box around 1:30am got the Homestyle chicken club sandwich combo small the chicken was so dry I struggled to chew the first bite it was like jerky and the fries sated like burnt oil and had burnt pieces on my fries from the bottom of the vat. Gross.
