We ordered through the Jack in the Box App before we left our house. The server tonight did such a great job at gathering all of our order items and had them all packaged and ready to go before we drove up to the drive thru window. She was extremely friendly and had even included all the sauces that I normally order with my meal. She was definitely a mind reader and cares about taking care of her customers.

Although this location is ALWAYS BUSY the food is always Delicious so it’s worth the wait! I had an issue with my order today and when I called the manager Carrie apologized and was very helpful with correcting it!

The curly fries were made fresh not like other places that their old and chewy, they need to add more soda flavors they only had a few and the costumer service needs more attention to detail.

I come here often for late night 1am-2am munchies and Melissa never fails to give me tacos made to perfection!!!! They are always made at the perfect crisp and her customer service is great. And no not all crispy tacos are the same, I go in the daytime as well and the tacos aren’t as nearly as great as hers. Thanks Melissa we love going to the drive through window and seeing you because that means our food is going to be fire 😊😊😊😊

The employee who walked us out our order gave us helpful info for us to save money when buying food there.

So today's little food run to Jack's involved 2 Sausage, egg, cheese on a Biscuit, Spicy Chicken Sandwich, Onion Rings and 15 Mini Taco's. It was all delicious and if if love Jack's Regular Taco's then you'll love their mini Taco's, same great filling only mini size, dip them in guacamole and sour cream. Think I'll go back for more. 😁 Remember this is only my opinion, be safe outhere.

Very good service! They didn't burnt my burger! Usually other jack in the box location tends to make my burger burnt. This location didn't im happy I finally get someone that actually cares to make my burger good!

Carter offered best customer service. Discovered this site a few days ago and was surprised to have my order done perfect! Have not visited jack in years...now thanks to excellent service I will be back patronizing this store. Thanks Carter!

I'm not much of a Jack fan, but the food here is good. Especially on those early mornings off work and you're tired and don't feel like cooking. Haven't had a bad experience here yet. And I just love Ana!!! She is soooo friendly and makes sure she cooks your food fresh and delicious.

I recommend Jack in the Box for anyone looking for decent food at a good price. I can't taste them 5 star because I reserve that for special fine dining. However, I recommend Jack in the Box.

The service was pleasant, and the restaurant was clean. I may have to reevaluate my opinion and put them on my list.

I was excited to have some Jack in the box since it had been a while since I last had it. I was disappointed. The entire burger was nearly flat as a pancake. Little to no toppings or sauce. I ordered single jumbo jack. The milkshakes were perfect.

Had to wait about 15 minutes for my food. No special orders or anything. Just took long enough for me to turn my car off to not waste gas. This was at night so not sure if that makes a difference.

For only 2 workers running the place they are great. There's a definite for hire sign. Lobby maybe closed when drive thru is full. 2 workers can only do some much

This is a standard review. I stopped in for a quick snack I got mini churros and two monster tacos. The monster tacos were just as I remembered, very skinny and greasy but I have fun memories of these, so that’s why I got them I went through the drive-through it was fairly quick no complaints.

Not that good. Wish I could say more positive things.. oh the dine in was clean. They did remember at the end of my meal. I needed a hot cup of coffee

Ordered a crispy chicken salad and they messed up my order and gave me a chicken sandwich. They also didn't give me a receipt. When I went back through the line to get it fixed, they made me pay $9 for the salad even though they messed it up and wouldn't give a discount. Lady at the drivethough was also very rude. Would rather drive to the one in Modesto.

Ordered a sourdough Jack sandwich only and a home style chicken sandwich plus an order of onion rings to share. Got home and they gave us chicken nuggets instead of onion rings and the chicken sandwich was dried out and very tough. Very disappointed.

So the first girl named RILEY was being totally rude and judgemental. Being received with dirty looks upon entry, I felt very disrespected and offended as a person of color. I've never felt so attacked ordering food. The only good thing was that one of her co-workers stepped in and stopped her in her tracks. We got our food, but she forgot our milkshake. She did, however, give me a senior discount (despite being in my early 20's "hot and ready™"). My food was mostly cold and empty like Riley's heart, but unlike her heart, still edible. The inside was clean, quiet, and tolerable once the menace Riley was removed and sent to work with drive through orders.

My friend and I decided to go to Jack last night, and we had the worst customer service. The person taking our order was being rude and she had the worst attitude. The food was also nasty, I am usually not a picky eater, but the chicken burger was disgusting.

Went through the drive through today and ordered the Buttery smashed jack combo. When I got home the burger they gave me was not what I ordered they gave me a the other smashed jack that was horrible this is the 3rd time they have messed up on my family's orders.

I waited to long in the drive thru and than the order wasn't ready I had to get off for my order to find my food on the counter. Than my order was incomplete. ;(

Walked in and waited to order. Second party of 3 had ordered as I was coming in. 2 employees walked by, looked at me, carried out orders to parking lot, but failed to ask me if I was ready to order. 10 minutes passed. Second party had not received their food, I still had not been asked to order. Said good bye to members of second party and took my business to Taco Bell. Tacos not as good but at least I had something to eat!

The curly fries were old and the bun for the sourdough burger was super stale. The cheese was even hard on the burger. Old. Had bottom of the bin curly fries too. All small little pieces. Really awful I’m sorry.

Wish I could give zero stars. This place can’t even add cheese to a cheeseburger. Food is never right but I keep going back. It’s fast food how hard can it be to read a tag. They leave their phone off the hook so if they get the order wrong they cant be bothered to fix it. I order the pita and it was hard the chicken wasn’t cooked. My daughters cheese burger was burnt had no cheese. This place needs to be shut down

Every time I go there during the morning time the drive thru lady Misty is always so rude and grumpy . She’s never kind - horrible customer service . She slams the drive thru window on you If you ask for sauce, she never smiles or says have a nice of day . If you hate your job so much why don’t you just quit ? . Because of her I will no longer be going to the riverbank location any no more .

Lived in riverbank for a year visited 4 times total, each time has been during a moment of optimism thinking “maybe this time it will be better”. Without fail my husband comes home from the drive through cussing about his terrible experience. Wait times consistently bad, unfriendly workers, never ask if we want sauce, and when we remember to ask for sauce we are given inappropriate amounts. And probably the worst offense, missing, wrong, and poorly prepared food EVERY TIME. Burgers with mismatched ingredients, cold over cooked tacos, (you’d think that wouldnt be possible but they’ve managed to do it), food with no lettuce or sauce, and of course the token missing item. I haven’t worked in fast food since I was a kid, which wasn’t not that long ago (I’m a millennial...) its fast food, I get it. But it’s clear no one there cares to do their job appropriately. And Management must never secret shop or monitor their performance because I am seriously blown away.

Retrain your workers some care less about the job as expressed through your drive-thru

NEVER AGAIN !!! I will never even pull into this shopping center again due to this Jack in the Box. We stopped in on a Saturday night only one other car in drive thru.(which should have been our first sign) We ordered and were treated like second class citizens. When we got to the window we were greeted by the glare of a heavy set girl looked like she was interrupted from doing her shots of buttermilk ranch dressing. My husbands jaw hit the floor as we drove away. It took us a month just to find the words to describe how horrible this experience was.

It took 30 mins just to get to the menu and then another 15 mins just for the employee to take an order and the 10 mins just to get our drinks and now another 20 mins because we had to wait our front for our food. So we were for an hour and 15 mins before we ever got our food. Last I checked this was supposed to be fast food.

They had nothing we wanted, did not give us any condiments, napkins. When I went and asked gave me the wrong sauce, an paper towel from the bathroom...not professional and watched others complain too.

Went threw the drive threw right & said I could spend cash only card , what's this country coming too , dude was trying to scam my money, what you mean I can't buy food with cash .... I felt I was about to get scammed right now wen I can't pay with cash but he ask for my debit,

Usually I don’t make a big fuss when workers mess up once, but THREE times in one singe combo order is insane. Asked for a peach tea and got unsweetened tea, ordered teriyaki sauce and did not receive that, and lastly I did not get any napkins or utensils for my teriyaki bowl, I had to stop by Taco Bell to get everything he missed. Very stressful situation.
