Universally delicious, no matter which location you go to! At this particular restaurant location they are courteous and friendly. My food has always been prepared quickly, and I've never had a wrong order.

A lady complained that she waited 40min for her food. Common sense is to wait 20min and ask about the food, not wait almost an hour then complain. The food is amazing, service is amazing, everything is amazing about this place. Props to the owner/manager and the employees for being calm through it all.

The bowl has lots of meat, white rice, carrots and broccoli.

I was going to just not order anything when I saw the menu selection. The cashier was a young lady who informed me I could order the protien I wanted for my bowl. Now im very happy!

I liked the shrimp fried and basa fish was okay. The chicken not so much. Macaroni was a required island staple. Overall, I can only have this once in a long while. Just not my liking for island fast food .

Well kept and service is friendly. Close to Rainbow fields. Easy access and lots of parking.can seat about 50 people. Food is good. My advice is the Kalua pig with Brown gravy over Rice. Not on menu but they hooked it up.

9/30 @ 8:33 pm. I came in 30 mins before closing, and was not greeted, nor "how can I help you." Customer service rated a 1. As a customer, a greeting goes a long ways. Another business that don't appreciate/value your business.

Food was really good and rather quick. I did feel like the cashier however was not very friendly at all. This was my first time eating at this restaurant and I was overall pleased with what I got. Everything was delicious and reasonably priced.

Oh this is so good!! Been here a handful of times and LOVE it! The meats are crazy-good! Polite service and plenty food so you can take some home to eat later! Prices reasonable! (I heard there is new management and I haven't been there since this occured..hoping they didn't change what worked for them) ... so Good!

The resturant was fairly empty however we were in around 3pm which is in between meals for most. I hadn't been to an L&L in quite a while. The food was delicious as always. I love spam musibi so much. It is one of my favorite foods. My boyfriend and I were both unsure what we wanted. The kind woman at the counter was able to make half and half plates for us so we could mix and match. I was so thankful for this so I could have the kalua pork and the beef. 😋 the staff was friendly, the restaurant was clean and there was plenty of sesting.

Upon ordering, we could already tell she was giving us an attitude. Then when our order was done, she swiftly put our bag on our table & quickly walked away. As she turned to leave, we asked her if we could get extra katsu sauce. Her response was, "oh we charge extra for that". Again, we've been customers for 10+ years & never have we been charged extra for sauce. Even if the owner did change the rules per say, there could have been a nicer way for her to tell or ask us. (e.g. Oh we charge an extra $.30. Is that ok?). But nope. They always have a tray of sauce on the front counter & we saw a to-go customer just grab a bunch. Sooo... why do we, as dine-in customers, have to pay extra??! We should have just gotten up & grabbed the sauce ourselves, but we didn't want to bother with a negative employee. 🙄 *Update* We came back the other day. They finally put up a sign regarding the charge for extra katsu sauce. It's not a big deal. The employee(s) should just ask the customer if they're will to pay for it. Don't just say, oh we charge extra & walk away. You just lost money. 🙄

One thing people need to remember is that most of the orders are being made at the time of ordering, so this isn't a place where you can expect to run in and grab and order in 5 minutes. Expect to wait at least 10-15 minutes for your order to be ready depending on what you've ordered. I take a star away because they are pretty terrible about answering their phone- I watched them for 20 minutes completely ignore their ringing phone when no one was placing an order and 2 staff members were standing around doing nothing. I also noticed that there was a rather significant ant population streaming in under their front door and they apparently didn't notice and mind they've only reopened within the month.

This place has the BEST Mac salad I've ever had. I love that you can substitute your portion of rice for a second portion of mac salad.

Looked kind of cheap and run down. Cheap printed pictures of food items, could have easily had some professional pics and mounted. Peg board had many many items that had expired, showing me they don't care about the decor so, do they care about my food?

It's ok but pricey.but had to try.

Hot as hell ,ac doesn't work. No TV no music. Makes eating unbearable.

Unfortunately this last time wasn't very good at all. The meat was too burnt, they raised the prices, and i told them no salad on any of the four i ordered. There was salad on all. I honestly think the scoops for the rice got smaller as well. It really sucks when you have been craving something for over a week and when you finally get it it doesn't taste good. 50 bucks down the drain.

Got a mini chicken katsu and a mini beef rib. Katsu seemed like it had a lb of meat while the rib was 2 small skimpy pieces.

Food was good but the place needs serious cleaning. Dirty windows, sticky chairs, dirty floors with bugs, and dirty walls.

The taste and quality of the food here is very poor. Customer service is definitely lacking here. The dining room was dirty. It did not feel very welcoming to eat here. Do yourself a favor and drive to a different L&L location.

I have been to different ones from killeen tx to here in california just the other day I tryed this one I'm very disappointed in all them . The kalua pig was very dry and no flavor at all at any of them . The mixed plate bbq just as bad and the Mac salad bland.

I ordered the seafood combo I asked for the chicken katsu,they tell me my order is ready I look in bag only 2 tarter sauce no chicken katsu sauce I ask for some ,the employee says they charge for it now ! I have been coming to this place for 6 years never have I been charged for katsu sauce for my chicken katsu! But I paid it, didn't say anything. I get home no chicken katsu it was just grilled chicken wth? I will never come back ! The girl who took my order was very rude and obviously I said chicken katsu with my seafood combo ,I was there around 1:15 on July 13 sat!The worst service I've ever had there! Sad

On Tuesday August 1st, I ordered their chicken plate, musubi, and Mac salad. I come here all the time and everything tasted normal but the mac salad tasted and smelled spoiled. It was disgusting. I barely had a bite and I’ve been sick these last two days.

I ordered the teriyaki chicken plate and it looked nice enough so I was excited since ono Hawaiian was closed so this place is the next best option. When I took a bite of my chicken though it tasted like SPAM!! They offer fried spam there and apparently the cook doesn't even bother to attempt to clean off his grill after preparing a meal! I mean it didn't just have a "hint of spam flavor" or "undertones/after taste" either! It was like I ORDERED the spam! It was SO strong!! Everything else was ok but the taste was so strong I had to throw the WHOLE PLATE AWAY and couldn't eat any of it.... And for the $ they charge, that's RIDICULOUS!! It's not even like they were busy and he was in a rush! That I could forgive! The place was EMPTY! It was like almost their closing time so who knows how long ago the spam was made on there before we came along!

Food made my family and I suck with in minutes of eating it. Way over priced. Can't get orders right. Way to greasy.

We ordered 4 meals, all 4 were done wrong.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT EAT HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET SICK AND ENJOY INEDIBLE FOOD AND HORRIBLE AND INCOMPETENT SERVICE!! My family and I ate there today and within minutes we were all very sick. When we called the manager about it, she said that it wasn't her problem that we all got sick from the food at her restaurant. We were barely able to eat anything of the food because it was either so covered in grease or oversalted that it was pretty much inedible and the girl taking our order couldn't even get it right the first time and when we brought it to her attention, she copped a total attitude towards us, refusing at first to admit she messed up. To top it all off, the food is completely overpriced and the seats are extremely uncomfortable as well as the atmosphere being cold and unwelcoming. I'd give them negative stars if I could!!
