Great customer service I've never had a problem with them at all whatsoever! too bad they took off my favorite hamburger the chicken teriyaki! other than that I love their famous star and semi-spicy jalapeno hamburger! Bomb.com!

Service is always good, and food is always fresh! I'm absolutely hooked on their beyond meat famous star burger with cheese. Literally can't tell the difference. Restaurant is also very clean.

Love the Guacamole Burger. Miss the Guacamole Fries. Right now $5.00 late night “build a bag” (the name isn’t exact) from 8pm-12am is good deal. Food is fast food but at the high end of the scale quality wise in my opinion. Finally got “into” the app ( I am tech challenged). Speeded up the process considerably.

I love Carl’s Jr I’ve grew up with it and I went on a busy day and they were so nice and still had their energy high! The food was hot and good! Will be back for more! Yum! That food is my love language! Makes me want to dance with you!

Food was hot and delicious! Always come here for a western bacon and poppers and the staff are super friendly! The restaurant was and always stays clean! 10/10 will always be coming here.

Would like to leave an excellent review. The woman working the register and drive-through was working very hard, was very polite, and it was busy, yet she still was very friendly, efficient, and had a great attitude. I don't usually give reviews for fast food places but I feel she deserves recognition, especially on a day when Carl's Jr is giving away a free burger.

Was warmly welcomed upon entry, I didn’t really know what I wanted, but they patiently waited for me as I took my time. I just got off of work too, so I’m very stressed so I was very happy to see that they were able to give me my time to really think. The lady who took my order was super kind and nice enough to tell me what goes on certain burgers. My food was very good and very warm something super nice for the night time. It wasn’t too heavy just perfection. Anyways, this is probably one of the nicest Carls Jr. I’ve ever been to. They are very welcoming and nice I do wish to come back as soon as possible. Why can’t more people be like them!! This is how you do it!! Thank you so much for the workers here they were absolutely angels!! The old ladies (me) love you and your hard work!

I’ve been there recently to go eat I haven’t been there in a while, As I walk in I notice the facility is clean as I walk up to the counter a lady greeted me nicely the lady took my order smiling. I only wait for a few minutes and she brings my order to me telling me to enjoy! Everyone here was super nice and the food was hot and good. I’m glad I decided to eat at this Carls Jr. location. Will definitely be back soon!!

I came to eat here today for lunch and I always get a western bacon cheeseburger and crisscut fries, the times I’ve came here the food has been fresh and hot. Plus the service is has been great! Dining room is super clean as well as their bathrooms :)

Unfortunately we went through the drive through for the scammed overcooked dry big Carl Cook ahead under filled fry and cold and understaffed complaining staff 2 employees with an empty restaurant and only 4 cars including mine #intheweeds choose something else or else...

The double cheeseburger with extra cheese was about the size of a McDonald’s $1 burger, but I have to say the meat was absolutely delicious. Considering the price I feel ripped off. The soda was completely flat, which was a huge disappointment. The fries were very delicious. Well fried and well salted. Jalapeño cheese poppers have a lot of heat to them. I was hoping it would be filled with cream cheese (I didn’t check the details) but it was filled with cheddar or nacho cheese. Delicious but too salty for my preference. I can imagine other people liking them a lot. They were nice and crispy and well breaded. Nothing was soggy or cold. Everything was well prepared. I only knocked off a star because the prices are way too high for the quantity of food given. Overall, it’s a decent place if you’re in the mood for fast food. I can’t say I feel full from the $15 with of food I got though it tasted delicious.

We went on Christmas Day. No one inside when we ordered and 2 cars in the drive thru. People working the counter were rude, impatient and very slow. Took 27 mins to get our order and it was wrong. I could not eat there at all. No salads or any accommodations to make something meat free. Their beyond burger which is vegan is cooked on the same racks as the meat. Refused to make a all veggie wrap with sauce as its not on menu. So I sat while my family ate. We didn't even make it home to Stockton before people needed a toilet. Everyone who ate there ended up fighting over toilet time. The only people who were kind (grill and line cooks) took the time to remake an allergy order (Famous Star no bun due to severe allergy) because the guy running drive thru tried to scrape everything off the buns and give it to us. I told him at order please no bun it can make her very ill. The level of incompetence and inability to do their assigned jobs was seriously concerning. As new people came in to eat they to experienced the same sub par service and had to have orders remade because the order taker would not listen and after every item would say " Is that it?" After a few times I had to say I will be ordering for 6 so there is quite a bit. Had this place been busy on Christmas I could understand all this but in the hour we were there 5 cars and 4 inside orders came thru. Food was left on the counters to get cold and had to ask for it. They need to either replace or retrain their front counter and drive thru associates. A complete waste of $74 dollars and would warn others to find a better place. Any place would suffice.

Like many other things. Carl's Jr has nose dived. Due to 80s and '90s even early 2000s it was my goal to fast food restaurant. Have been to four different locations throughout the central valley. And the food always comes out cold and dry. Especially the riverbank and Oakdale locations.
