Every time I visit this Taco Bell, I ALWAYS receive excellent customer service. It’s anytime, breakfast, lunch or dinner. They are always providing great customer service. Any other reviewer under 5 stars is wrong.
The fiesta potatoes I were amazing along with the rest of my food. Everything was made hot and fresh at this location unlike all the other locations I been to.
I come here for the deluxe box meals because they are reasonable and delicious.
the employees are awesome, some of them know me by name and are always super nice and helpful. this is by far my favorite fast food place to go to in all of Riverbank. I rarely have issues with my order, and that's a big thing for me, since I usually have issues anywhere else I go when it comes to fast food
I stopped by for something to eat after work. The customer service was amazing, general small talk and some funny jokes I didn't expect from a drive thru but was pleasantly surprised! Food was great as always! Definitely recommend 👍🏽

Been going to taco Bell in riverbank probably once a week for almost the last 20 years, and they've rarely disappointed me. Friendly and courteous staff, always get my order right, clean and well kept. Every once in awhile during a rush your food looks a bit thrown together, but rarely do I have any complaints
Clean, modern, fast drive thru service, super friendly staff. When they forgot to put jalapenos, they gave an extra chicken taco and cinnamon crispies!
Nicely situated and not too busy. Had a great time! Restrooms freely accessible.

Taco Bell is reliable. I know what I'm getting, and they don't disappoint. I recommend Taco Bell for anyone looking to avoid low end fast food.
We were served quickly and with a 😃 smile We also had to get to go containers and they were Happy to provide them the food was fresh and Really good portions..glad My son asked to go there before our Movie It was a Clean enviroment And We enjoyed the sit down. On Modern and sanitary furniture.
I don't know who does the hiring or whose in charge of office morale but every single time we visit this location the staff is ALWAYS very friendly and helpful. Out of the hundreds of visits over the years I believe only twic e was an order incorrect. They still have good bargains and absolute THE best Cherry Pepsi out of any fast food chain.
They were a little busy when I got here, but I wanted to treat myself to something different, something other than the boring diet I've been on for the last 5 months while going through chemo treatments. They have gotten rid of a couple items that I liked while I was on the road as a truck driver, but they still have a good menu variety. The young girl was very pleasant to deal with, and was even patient with me while I decided what I wanted. She was easy to talk to and even helped me make up my mind by suggesting choices that she thought I would like. She gets an A+ for customer service. The prices are a bit higher, but I can't blame the employees for the price hikes, all that comes down to our ridiculous government.
This taco bell is very clean. And the service is always good. But only problem is every time I go, somehow they always mess up my order by forgetting something. Which then leads me to have to wait out front so they can make it. So, always double check your order. In case your one to go home before checking. Id hate for you to have to drive back. Lol. But other than that, the food is great, service from them is very friendly.
Always consistent in their Tacos, it's crunchy, fresh and Tasty. The line of four cars ahead of me only took about 5 mins. Great place to stopped when you don't feel like cooking. Customer service was very pleasant. So drop by if you feel the need for a quick Taco. Be safe out there.

Went to this particular taco bell because I was meeting someone here went in to get a couple chicken soft tacos and a couple burritos supreme and a coke and moutain dew all's I had was a $100.00 bill and they couldn't break it for me even though I was purchasing food so I had to go next door to the big restaurant and bought a shot of Jack Daniels And got my change. Didn't want to go back into that taco bell because I was still upset about my first encounter with them but I was hungry. Long story short had to wait a good 15 minutes for my food. I do not recommend using this taco bell. C- TO THE TACO BELL CREW THERE AT THAT LOCATION.!
Well ok service when you ask for an item they repeat it with the wrong item and when you ask you want two chicken soft taco and on the screen says beef ? When you get your item check your bag 🎒 it could be wrong to me it looks like people just don't care they care about speed instead of service.
The quesadilla burrito and the chalupa were great tasting and filling .The chicken taco didn't look too appealing and seemed soggy.i paid extra to sub for chips and cheese sauce .This is the first time I had something below average here .Time was about 5 pm and was an online order to boot.
The beverage I ordered was given to me and it didn't taste right. I asked for a replacement and in the process they didn't give me my complete order. A mistake or..? Still inconvenient. Upon my return to claim my paid for items. I was met with attitude and the leadership yelled to employees. "Did You forgot an order" a touch of incompetent leadership.
Stopped For Special Coffee> MA Hine Broke Down, Had To Wsit Inside for Drivethrough Business> So-oo Just Used Restroom, Not A Clean Atmoshere, Looked Like And Smelled Like It Needed Disinfectanted, A drab Look!!
Used to be great when Maria was manager, now that she's gone they are super stingy, get 4 different things to eat, ask for a handful of sauce and they give you freaking 4 sauces. Stupid. Everything is skimmed now even the burritos aren't as big as they used to be, drive down to the taco bell on McHenry 10 mins away like I am for now on, its actually worth it even with the gas.
I am definitely not satisfied with this Taco Bell... I've had multiple incidents with this particular store, ranging from not providing sauce when specifically asked, to horribly created food, and poorly packed bags to the point where food spills in the bag. I even had wrong items handed to me once. I would be HIGHLY embarrassed to own/manage this particular Taco Bell. Needless to say, I will no longer give them any business, or recommend them to friends and family until the manager replaces their current staff. If I desire Taco Bell I will happily drive farther to a different store.

After 20 min of waiting and the employees finally catching up with their drive through orders(not dining) my order was taken. Kiosk didn't have the mexican pizza available so had to order through the register. I started feeling dizzy and sick after another 25 min went bye of waiting so i kindly asked how much longer. She stated i dont know what to tell you cant you tell were busy with drive through i told you it would be a long wait. I asked can i have my money back please im too sick to wait any longer. The manager laughed at me when i stated i was on chemotherapy and stated ill get to it when i get to it and turned to the employees and laughed again then finally got my money back. I dont understand what kind of person laughs and treats someone this way. If your reading this please dont come here especially if your disabled. Your accommodations will not be met and will be extremely disappointed by the lack of customer service and professionalism. Thanks tacobell for the horrible service!
The most awful fast food experience ever!. Expensive terrible tasting food followed up with rude and uneducated terrible customer service.
EPIC FAIL!!! We only ordered three items at the drive through. We were told it was going to take a "couple" minutes to cook our order and could we please park in front of the restaurant and they would bring out our order when ready. We did and parked in front of the door across the driveway (only open spot due to large delivery truck using many spaces). We waited over 10 minutes before going in to see what was taking so long. Got told that our order had been delivered already and they insinuated that we ate it in the parking lot.... Order was for my son because I dont eat this sort 'food' due to health reasons. Once we made that clear, they acted totally uncaring about their mistake and told us they would re-cook a new order but we had to wait for everyone else in line.... Asked for and got our money back and went to Carl's Jr. instead. Not planning on revisiting Taco Bell ever again.
Displeased I wouldn't go to this tacobell. I only went cause it's the closest one to where my mom is staying due to health rehabilitation behind the theater on Topeka. I wanted to surprise her with a burrito supreme. Anyways about this service went through the drive through and the lady I ordered from was nice spent alittle over 20 bucks there and here is where the one star comes from when getting the food. The guy just chucks(throws) the bag of food out the window at us and expects me to move along down the line. Poor customer service. Rude too. No sauce when I asked then got handed one and i said give me more. The guys customer service needs to be improved.
I went to the Taco Bell here in Riverbank last night. Not only did they mess up my whole entire order...and..they refused to fix it when I called them last night. Telling me that there is nothing they can do about it. So i called them back today and again the "supposed" manager said there was nothing they could do to help. The food was not only wrong but stale. I spent 48 and some change and they have nothing to be said about it. Sad sad times. They hire people who are incompetent to do their jobs. Money all lost.
The little cashier girl was one help me out The manager in drive through was really rude didn’t even try to make an ice coffee or hot coffee but other that she did give to me wish cooperate was here to see how they play around here place the cashier was sweet
do they not have any booms in this restaurant? EVERY table was dirty there are either no working soap dispensers in the woman's restroom or the paper towels are empty in the men's restrooms. The worker that took our order was sleeping from the neck UP!!! Only because we were already inside that we stayed to finish our meal! The manager should get things straight at this location.
Ordered online. Went inside to pickup and after telling my name I waited 20 minutes. Zero idea what this staff was doing. I was then told I needed to pickup via drive through!!! Spent 45 minutes trying to pickup! To make it worse they gave us someone else's order. Wont be back
Rude staff , making fun of customers . Not all few of them under young manager . Experienced three times same .do not recommend at all .
At 9:21am I paid for a mini sklit bowl w/shredded chicken $2.49(I've had it several times) +tax....returned and advised I was given old or over cooked potatoes barley any chicken..a young female from the back took over my refund (nice and polite young man👍) told me she fixed my order and put chicken in it...I told her from my view it was poorly made old potatoes..she said they cook for "3mins"...No apology or empathy?....it's my fought I was on the phone..refund NOT CORRECT but they can donate it. Forgot to take a picture of the item.
Bad service... refused to make breakfast. Made an excuses that they put there breakfast stuff away... pure laziness
I ordered a steak chalupa and got ground beef. My husband ordered a crunch wrap and it was literally all lettuce with a dot of meat and sour cream. I wanted to try the green sauce on a regular bean & cheese burrito and it was all beans until the center where there was two onions and a drop of green sauce, no cheese. We threw 3/4 of our lunch away. This was the worst Taco Bell experience ever. We had no time to return and complain but the food was made so terribly that the person HAD to know they were sending out sub-par product.
I'm a truck driver. I cannot drive my truck through the drive thru. I asked an employee that was taking out the trash if I could order to go. He told me that I would have to order on an app. This means I would have to wait in my truck until Uber Eats, Doordash or whichever food app driver comes to the restaurant to go through the drive thru to get my food and bring it to me in the parking lot. I don't have time for that when I have to get back on the road. Looks like I'll have to find somewhere else that has enough room for truck parking on my route, in order to eat today. I'm so let down. Fast food employees are essential workers, but so am I. I was denied today!
Asked for extra hot sauce and they gave me crap for it. I was told they can only give me what they can and I even offered to pay for it and they said there’s no way to ring it up. Very awkward moment I just wanted extra hot sauce for my 24 tacos I ordered.
What is this? This what you guys serve? This is utterly unacceptable, How can your only job be making tacos putting meat, lettuce, and cheese in a shell but you can’t even get that right? No wonder you people work at Taco Bell, you people are not capable of working anywhere valued by society, Just gonna stay “making tacos” the rest of your life but y’all can’t even do that right. Pathetic, absolutely pathetic.
I'm so tired of these teen / twenty year olds who can't get a simple order correct , or even giving your change and receipt to you the paying customer. Basically ordered a bean burrito in my $5. Meal it came filled with onions ! The whole thing ! This is inedible, the burrito was cold probably due to ALL the onions. Trash , waste of time just to be robbed.
Again!!!!! It never fails I swear. I ask for no sour cream everytime and everytime I get sour cream!!!! Need to get a manager in this store that knows how to make sure these orders are being sent out correctly before this issue becomes worse for someone else.. I told the guy 3 times no sour cream once when we arrived before the order was even took I said make sure no sour cream is put on anything ordered ! Then I tell them after what I want please no sour cream on all of them Then!!!! I tell them after the order is repeated to me to please make sure there isn’t any sour cream! By the time I’m taking the blame Bc I expect more from this store and everytime I’m let down.
Most incompetent manager I have ever spoken to. Falsely informed us that the pie chiller is the baja freeze which is incorrect and admit that the don't even carry it here. I will be calling corporate.
Staff here is extremely unprofessional. I go to the counter and they tell me to use the kids so I do. They don't give me the items I lost specifically on the kiosk then give attitude when I have to go back to counter and ask for the mold sauce I ordered with my meal, and they give me attitude asking "why didn't I add it to my order" when I did. The kids making the food are highly unprofessional and loudly talking about their gossips on the line instead of properly fulfilling out orders.then giving people attitude when they provide the proper order. This visit was highly disappointing

My bean burrito was more like a Dust burrito.. had dehydrated crusty beans and also asked for extra red sauce and I see barley any. And my Chalupa had almost no lettuce in it. I’m sorry but this Taco Bell will not make it if they can’t get their stuff together. (Night crew)
Put rancid caliente sauce all over the food. The extra cups of the sauce we purchased were completely seperated, and just orange globs in pure oil. Come on. Y'all knew that wasnt good anymore. I will not trust this location again.
I went to Taco Bell this morning to grab breakfast for yourself and your mom. She ordered a breakfast crunch wrap, expecting the usual scrambled egg filling. But when she bit into it, there was a whole egg inside instead of the normal preparation. Shocked and unhappy with this unusual mishap, I decided to call the store to report the issue. When you spoke to the manager, Emilio, he didn’t seem to take your concern seriously and only responded with “Ok” throughout the conversation. This lack of empathy and accountability added to your frustration, leaving you with a bad impression of their customer service. It’s definitely disappointing when things go wrong with your order and the response from the staff doesn’t meet your expectations. Hopefully, this can be addressed if you decide to give feedback through Taco Bell’s corporate channels.
Even now trying to go to the place directly they can not get a simple order correct. We've been here before and they still miss some items or we paid extra. This taco bell needs to get better staff who can do their job in getting the orders correct.
My order is never correct. Not once. I’m so done with giving this location a chance. And the quality of the food sucks. I’m not spending $25 And I have been craving a Mexican pizza and the last two times it’s been on a tostada tortilla and it sucks! Do they not use flour tortillas for the pizza anymore????
Placed my order on the kiosk. The food never came.after 30 minute's of sitting in the resturant.i approached the cou ter to ask why I was still waiting for my food.the person couldn't tell me why.they lost my order I asked them to fix it then decided that I just wanted my money back and I left .
Ordered 1st time through the drive through window. Ordered NO lettuce on 3 soft tacos and 1 chicken taco sandwich. I did not receive the chicken taco sandwich and they gave me 3 soft tacos w/extra lettuce. Drove back to Taco Bell to complain and they gave me a new order that was still wrong. They gave me the chicken taco sandwich, but the 3 soft tacos still came with too much lettuce. It was originally ordered W/O lettuce. So we drove out there twice waisted my money and still did not get the right order. What is wrong with your employees? Don’t they understand how to get an order right? Very frustrating.

The staff is always friendly and the bathroom's are clean. I just would love for my food to be hot once. It looks delicious, but they were not tasty.
